It was heartwarming to see families and people of all ages strolling the grounds to marvel at the free display of 200,000+ white lights plus colorful holiday displays.There was holiday music playing, with a nativity, menorah and a gazebo on the grounds. There is plenty of free parking plus a horse and sleigh display for group photos. We appreciate that American Heritage offers this free to the Philly community each year.

Horrible customer service. Waited over an hour just to get my account number to PAY them on my car loan bc I was out of town and they changed their payment for car loan online and would not give it to me without going into an app video call to verify it’s me. Then I wait for another hour with 1 person in front of me with an estimated wait time of 3 mins and waited another hour…….. before I hung up. I’m paying them not asking for a withdrawal. I’ll refinance else where.

My father had his car loan here. After he died they made it next to impossible for us to pay his payment and most of the time they would return the payments in an effort to defraud our family of his vehicle. Repeated efforts to contact them only caused more trouble. We sent them everything they asked for and it still wasn't enough. Every month I continue to go through the painful process of dealing with them.... And 8 months post my father's death.It's still hasn't gotten one bit easier despite me sending them 1000s of dollars. The customer service here is heartless and quite frankly doesn't have good follow through. They pretty much never do what they say.They're going to and over and over every month.I had to relive my father's death when I get to fight with them over how to take my money. I had a great customer service experience this past week. Not always this great but this one is worth posting. My money got stuck in the teller machine while I was attempting to pay my bill. All of the staff except Kacie said there was nothing they could do. The technician happened to arrive on site as I was panicking. Four hundred dollars is a lot of money to just leave by chance that the problem would be taken of later. I didn't get technicians name, but he checked machine and verified money was jammed in machine. Kacie took report from me and today she called me to assure me my money was credited to my account . She followed through and I am grateful. Kudos to Kacie.

I recently refinanced a vehicle through a 3rd party that connected me with American Heritage CU. For starters, they are behind in their tech. No app. Their website feels outdated and is not the most user friendly. This alone was extremely frustrating and ended up with several calls, wasting tons of time to make my first payment. The representative wasn't bad and was trying to be helpful in the beginning. I had some frustrations I was voicing during the 3rd or 4th calls however and do not feel like they quite understood how much customers HATE wasting time with antequainted processes. Go with a more reputable company. Do NOT settle for these guys. UPDATE: I've been in the process of refinancing my auto loan through a better company just to get away from this terrible place. Now the issue? American Heritage will not in any way shape or form release a payoff letter to ME, the account OWNER, with my entire account number listed on it!!! The other company even tried to do a 3way call with them to see what our options were and they STILL were playing hardball about not releasing documentation that showed this! Just the last 6 digits....well the other company needs the payoff with the entire thing. Anyway, this still has not been resolved and it's been 5+ weeks. Stay far away!

This bank is absolutely horrible! I have my car loan through them and theyre nothing but a headache! Fortunately, Ive only had to deal with them a very few times over the phone but those few times were a nightmare. I am, currently, on hold for customer service for about 20min. This does not include the other 24min I was on hold previously. The automated system comes on every few minutes to thank me for my patience and tell me there are 5 calls in queue ahead of me. Well....let me just tell you...there have been 5 calls in queue ahead of me for the entire time Ive been on hold! So, while Ive been waiting, I decided to check their reviews online and, low and behold, they have 3.2 stars! Wow! What a shock! So I started reading some of the reviews and wouldnt you know? Very similar complaints. Long hold time, not helpful, making simple fixes difficult on customer. But the really funny part is the owners response on a lot of these reviews apologizing and asking the reviewer to please reach out on [email protected]. Yeah, all that does is take you back to their website. I scanned the homepage-and maybe I missed it-but I didnt see any link to post any kind of feedback. This place is a joke. I cant even believe with all the bad press that theyre still in business. **quick update-I just got through to customer service to update my phone # on my acct and was told I need to do a video chat! Are you kidding me?! To change my phone #?! I will say it again. This place is a joke!

Horrible. Very very difficult to make loan payments. Their website and app are absolutely useless. Unfortunately it took me several months to figure that out. Lots of time wasted. last month I put additional $ towards my monthly payment. This month go to make a payment and see that my amount due is my regular monthly payment minus the extra $ I put towards the previous month. Mind you, it says Minimum Payment allowed is the full amount. So I search around for a statement so I can see what happened with my additional $$. Nothing to be found. No information aside from my balance, and basic loan details. It s just a joke. Drives me nuts that companies like this are even allowed to operate. They know what they re doing though. High rates, grab borrowers with less than perfect credit, minimal budget for labor, software infrastructure and customer service. They have us by the OO s.

I m not reviewing the credit union itself but I can t believe this specific building doesn t have five stars. They do free firework shows, have outstanding Christmas lights, car shows in the summer, etc. Don t let the 1-star reviews for people who defaulted on their mortgages take away from the fact that this is an amazing campus for a banking institution.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with the staff. Everyone is knowledgable and friendly. The branch manager Mr. Blunt helped me send insurance documents to the loan department. He made sure it was taken care of in a timely manner.

If you want access to your money 24/7 don t even bother joining this place. As soon as I can Monday morning I m removing my money. It s 2024 and I still can t even get my paycheck on a Saturday like every other institution. You would think they would be moving forward. The last straw is the incompetence of their banking system. I have more than enough money in my account to get a $30 meal, instead for the 100th time I m embarrassed because they decided to turn my card off for fraud and it keeps getting declined. Last time it was for $7 at a Dunkin Donuts, that I go to ALL the time. You call in and all they do is recite what they re been told to say. No text message asking if this is fraud to respond even though I ve signed up for this multiple times. On top of it all they do this on weekend days when no one is available to help. Apparently their system is down tonight. Does it say that on their online site beforehand? No they let you try and sign in, only the same mess about not being able to send us statements lol it s ridiculous. Did we get an email about maintenance being done? No. Should I call into their after hours automatic teller? Their automatic system is down. At this point I can t even see how much is in my accounts, I don t know if someone has scammed me cleared my account, I dont know if they turned my card off for whatever reason. You know why? Because they re not even capable of communicating something that simple. Instead I m left with not being able to purchase my dinner tonight and will have to wait two more days to even speak to a real person. They turn it on you to try and make it seem like it s for your own good so they can try to stop fraud, so how about you use a system that actually works because every time my card has been compromised, those purchases went through over and over. Enough is enough.

PLEASE READ REVIEW...Good afternoon,we been a member of this since 2019 in good standings on 1/9/24 my wife made a larger deposit in the bank with a rep named velma after depositing her money she was told that it would take 5 days to clear the escrow check we went to bank on red lion rd on Saturday an was told there was a 10 day hold on the check an the funds will be released on 1/24/24 here reasoning was that there policy we were blatantly lied to the rep went to the bank manager an she said theres nothing she could or would do its policy but never told us this. We said on the 24th have a bank check ready we will close this account an move to another bank she said she will tell her manager an could care less we also told her we have another larger deposit it 2weeks didnt care do whay ever you need to do. An thats what we will do this bank does not care about its customers so beware when making deposits the Truly do lie...

Horrible customer service. Tellers in the drive through are not friendly. I was in rush to pick up my son from the practice and didnt have time to fill out the slip . Teller send it back to me. Said that the manager doesnt let them help customers to fill out the slip. I asked first the name. The teller said she doesnt know her name. She took forever to for a simple deposit transaction. No apology and rude attitude.

I would not recommend AHFCU at all and I am letting everyone I know about their deceptive practices. I had my platnium credit card canceled over an $8 overdraft charge for a SAVINGS account that I was unaware that I had with them and that I didnt open. Never missed a payment on the credit card either to add insult to injury.

Incredibly racist union. I ve been banking with this place for over 7 years and I ve been practically turned down for loans twice. My first loan was for my car and that was denied and unfortunately I had to take the loan through the dealership and ended up with a high interest rate. My second loan application was only approved for 2,500 out of the 19,000 I applied for. Both times my credit score was above 700. I m honestly considering leaving this bank.

Only Bank I ve had this experience with. I Went in to withdraw 5k from my account. I went to the teller and ask for the withdrawal then I was told I had to sign in lol then they had me wait around at-least almost a half hour to give me my money then the lady ask if I wanted a cashier check no I need the cash. I go to my other bank and I withdraw that amount no questions asked.

I just refinanced my car through American Heritage and I ve gotten no assistance with paying my bill. I am now a day late because I can t get ahold of anyone, it won t allow me to enter an account to transfer money with. On top of it and extra $1000 was added to my load. This is the worst decision I ever made and hope this helps others. I ve never missed a payment or had such bad customer service

This bank doesnt even really get a one star from me Ive been with this bank for way over 5 years and I deposited a check Monday and they are not clear my check for 8 days, and wouldnt even give me a couple hundred to hold me over to help me get threw the week to get food to feed my family Im not happy with thus bank holding my money this long when other bank do 24 hrs or 3 to 4 business days. This is ridiculous.

I had a car loan with this bank years ago and it was an awful experience. I recently wound up with a new loan through the dealership that I took against my better judgement. Yet again this has been the worst banking experience I have ever had. They did not know I had a loan. Then they did not know the terms of the loan. Then they did not set up auto withdraw as per the contract. Instead they set me up for payment by coupon. There is no way to know that they did set up auto pay correctly except for them telling you they did. It is asking a lot to trust their word about it and I am worried about missing my first payment due to their incompetence. 6-7 phone calls and nobody knows what is going on and I just need to trust it is being done right. I wish I trusted my judgement and took out a loan at a bank that knows what it was doing even if the interest rate was higher.

Quite possibly the worst online banking experience. New car loan with them and couldnt get setup online without the account number, which they never provided. To get setup you have to go to Pay A Loan to register. My bad I didnt note my userid and password, so went to reset my password. You have to enter: userid, account number, first, middle and last name, date of birth, ZIP code and full SSN - just to reset a password. All fields required. Since I didnt know my account number I couldnt reset my password. And, as someone who has worked in IT security for 20+ years, asking for that level of information on a simple password reset form is absolutely ridiculous. Online chat was unable to help reset my password. Called the listed number and chose the option for reset password. Phonebot said to enter the cell # associated with my account and it would send a password reset link. It did send a link - just back to the same stupid password reset form. The password reset form and account login page both look like they were designed circa 2000. Maybe I should have gone with a commercial bank with an actual IT budget.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Working with American Heritage Credit Union has been the worst experience I have ever had with a business. Since the day we got our car loan it has been a nightmare. Their systems are broken, setting up auto pay to effectively draft from our account took months and hours of conversations to get it done and it still didn t work correctly. No one is able to appropriately support the customer. Once we did get things processing with the automated withdrawal, which they claimed would be permanently in place, they then stopped it again and said that it shuts off after six months and you need to go back in and set it up again. Then they start emailing and calling that the payment is late. In addition they commit to fixing the problem and tell you it wont impact your credit only to turn around and report it. This is just for a car loan where really there is not normally a need to interact with the lending institution. Ive spent more hours trying get them paid on time and work through their system issues than Ive spent with any other organization Ive ever done business with. They have made it nearly impossible to pay them on time via their sub par systems and then they state It is our responsibility to report a late payment to the credit bureau. We had a car loan with them for less than two years. Before dealing with them Ive had a stellar credit score and they have caused damage to it because of their poor business practices. I will never do business with them again and Id highly recommend to stay away from American Heritage Credit Union as a lender.

I think I just about done had it with The Heritage!!! Let me start by the transition to PAT yet you STILL need to see a teller just BEHIND a screen. On top of that, if you need to do a check or money order OR large withdrawal you ALSO still need to see a face to face teller which are limited now because of PAT. However, the debit card issues was my last straw. About a few weeks ago all debit cards were down. Therefore, I was stuck unable to get gas on my car before work. TODAY...I go grocery shopping and my card is being declined (and yes I have funds available). The cashier calls the manager, and he asks.. whos your card from? Im like AMHFCU, he apologized and says that AMHFCU cards were not working today. Here I am with ALL my groceries bagged, and nothing to pay with! Im done venting...any good credit union or bank suggestions??

I took out a loan through a dealership but have been having issues that my payments are being returned. Husband called AH told him they use an outside company. My bank stated the address was wrong but when I called they stated it was correct address. The person I spoke to couldnt give me address for service used! How the hell do you expect to get paid, unless you just want to keep tacking on fees because your staff dont know the correct information!!!

Meeting with banker (Dorreen I believe was her name) was extremely discriminatory and filled with micro-aggressions and felt extremely racist. From the moment I stepped into her office it was as if she didn t want to be bothered. This is super disappointing as my close family members referred me to this credit union to shop resources for my growing business. I came in for an appointment to apply for small business loan and learn more about the credit unions requirements and opportunities as a small business owner. Instead of taking a moment to ask me any questions about my business history, goals or if I was prepared to proceed with opening the required accounts (which I was) she was extremely condescending and super unhelpful. It s as if she assumed that I was just some random colored woman coming in to beg for money without credentials or structure. It was giving racist vibes. Meanwhile, my business is established and growing and I m just trying to keep up with the growth. Instead of assisting me, she pushed for me to do it online, and while I m technically savvy I was already there for my appointment with business documents in tow ready to sign up for the personal and business accounts. I asked a lot of questions ranging from account requirements to merchant services and most of her responses were pushed to reading a brochure or seeking another department. Again, she was giving the energy that she did not want to be bothered. I repeatedly told her I wasn t worried about the credit score portion of the application and that I did NOT want a credit card but rather a small business loan for lower interest rates than a credit card that she was pushing. If she took time to ask questions rather than being judgmental the interaction would have been more fruitful and pleasant. When she offered me her card to come back for an appointment with her I told her that I didn t want it because I didn t appreciate the negativity of the interaction. She shrugged it off and giggled. Her behavior surely didn t make me feel like American Heritage would be a place where my business would be respected.

So far extremely disappointing experience. I was approved for an auto loan today and since the dealership shopped my loan the credit union decided to allow the dealer to take it. The credit union did not put their member 1st and I do hope they make this right soon. Allowing a big corp to bully a customer is not ok. Unions are supposed to protect and operate in the best interest of their members. The bank representative was frustrated as was I but refused to be transparent and withheld a lot of information from me. This small bank is very unorganized. They charged me $3800 for insurance that I already had. They required it when I got the auto loan. I have been dealing with them for 2 months now to get it removed. Terrible service, with no follow-ups. Stay away

Really no different from other credit unions maybe just better hours..fast forward 11/2022 well I finally had enough of this business I have since left and opened accounts with PFFCU and Trumark after almost 15yrs and they are better CU so I guess there is a difference!

I have had 2 car loans with American Heritage. All payments have been made on time over 4 years. They contacted me that I was pre approved for a personal loan. I applied, they messaged me they would call about fund dispersement. Later that day get an email that the loan they pre-approved me for was denied. They would mail me a letter explaining, not even a call to check if app was correct. Very dishonest!

This credit union is ok, but they low ball loans and hike up rates higher than other CUs such as the Police and Fire. Customer service always fixes issues but it take forever to talk to someone. Not the worst credit union but I wouldnt use them if I didnt have so many payments setup for autopay. Once my car is paid off I am likely to leave them and move on to a more modernize CU or bank.

Randomly my husband gets this check in the mail, he was confused because we dont bank with American Heritage but he went to his local bank and deposited it anyway because it was a real legit check. Then today he realized that American Heritage Credit Union reneged and took the money back. Why on earth would you mail someone a check to begin with if youre just going to take the money back. It would be nice if we could get an explanation as to why we even received the check in the mail to begin with. Either this bank is playing games with people but its not funny and we are all confused right now

Terrible customer service. No tellers available. Receptionists shuffles you to a machine for banking service which requires I.D. (My I.D. doesnt fit machine.) A teller at a window, although there at the branch at Bridge and Harbison, wont be available to 11 a.m. Waiting for customer service via phone call and am 23 in line for service to the head of Customer Service. Streamlining service so that only machines and automated services are available.

Their Scorecard rewards program customer service and resolution is even worse. I ordered two gift cards two months ago. According to their system it was shipped right away, 2 months ago. I have not received either card. They have taken 12,400 points from me, and I have not received anything. I have asked for credit points back or resend cards. Their answer was an email, saying, cards were sent, check your porch, your garage, your neighbors. I have been a member for years, but in the last few years the service and system has been making a lot of mistakes costing customers money in fees by other vendors due to their erroneous processing and delays. Customer service automatically says its your mistake. However, I have had to get angry for them to look into something further, and 3 times in the last few months they have discovered it was a system error. However, they wont admit that unless you insist there is something wrong. Now, they are no longer available on weekends, so delays and fees also get charged if you dont discover the issue by Friday 5pm EST. It has gone down hill in customer service and system is not good quality anymore.

If I could give negative stats I would. After someone stole $600 from my account I got locked out of my account when I tried to buy something for $6. They always protect my account from my access after they let someone else steal hundreds of dollars from me. This is the second time this happened. And since I still cant access my account I have to call again tomorrow to talk to their condescending staff to make sure they even bothered to file the claim after sending me on my way. Worst financial institution Ive ever even heard of. And when I tried to reply to their copy and paste message below the message came back as undeliverable. Unbelievable.

Customer service on the phone at this bank is the worst I have experienced. First, you do not get a live person till after about 25 to 30 minutes on hold. Then I spoke to a woman named Robin two separate times, I made 7 phone calls to them altogether, I was trying to resolve $300 missing out of my account. Robin was rude, nasty and not helpful at all, belligerent to myself and the senior specialist from my other bank where I was as I was trying to get it resolved, the money was transferred electronically from there. She was loud and I cannot believe she works in customer service, horrible! Is this is the treatment I am to expect? I am closing my account with this bank.

Bad service when you call for customer services. They don t provide services after hours, weekends, and Holidays. They take so long for them to answer a phone call. They don t provide call back services. I wait more than 12 hours on a phone call with no luck. I called over the weekend and they said they only do transfer. If you have problems with your debit card over the weekend, holidays, or after hours you have to wait until regular hours to solve your problems. I give 4 stars when you do in person services.

Had a blast at the AHCU annual car show with my buddy Ron sponsored by 98 wogl radio station. Plenty of awesome cars & car enthusiasts and just great people enjoying the show. Truly an American tradition that I enjoy immensely and by the size of this years crowd Im not alone. They have something for everyone, great music, food,games,craft shows and cars. My hats off to American heritage cu and it all benefited CHop hospital. Truly An amazing day I had, thats the USA I want to live in, God bless America.

Had a balance on my account of $59 due to Covid I was laid off from work, they sent me to collections and keeps reporting a late payment of $59 dollars which I been paid off. So now it s hindering me from purchasing my first home, getting credit cards or any type of installment loans. I called they say they will take it off but that was months ago! And it is still being reported as we speak!

This bank used to be okay. But customer service is terrible now. Long waiting time. Cant get help by calling them on the phone. Putting up very distracting Christmas lights on such a busy road doesnt help if customer service is terrible. Car shows and etc do not help if the service is terrible.

My mom started an account for me here when I was 1 year old. Great service for 26 years then all of the sudden terrible service the past year. I kept getting emails saying I had e-alerts but couldnt log into account, contacted customer service multiple times about it with no solution, then after several months of issues and not being able to log in a defaulted loan for 77 dollars pops up on my credit score from AMHFCU. Only loan I had from AMHFCU was fully paid off over 2 years ago. Maybe before throwing a defaulted loan on someones credit score your customer service people can pick up the phone and ask if your customer knows that there is an outstanding balance on an account in their name. UPDATE: I reached out to customer service and after an hour and bouncing between a few departments was able to get the defaulted loan paid off and removed from my credit score. Turns out it was actually from a checking account I didnt use. It is a shame they closed all my accounts because I actually am buying a new truck and would have considered them for another auto loan.

American Heritage Credit Union was great when I first joined them over a decade ago. However, they have concentrated too much on their image in the community over customer service. Their products cant compete with other banks and lose me as a customer at every opportunity. Why should I deposit money at this bank when they cant even compete for a mortgage, a car note, or even a CD.

I only wanted to bank here cause when i was a child my mom had an account here. Now as an adult. I see how horrible and inconvenient this place is. I have a 700+ credit score with my fico, did a joint application for the rewards card and got denied. Loan officer calls and seems happy to deny me but wont assist me with getting approved. Reason for disapproval.. Not enough history! In 2 years i have had multiple self lender accounts, 2 car loans, and 3 cards...... All has perfect payment history, no charge offs , or collections! And if you did further due diligence my statements says it all. Maxed 1 card off 3 times in 1 month and paid it off. She tells me paying it all off is not good carry a balance, like why? No so im paying more interest? Im already paying taxes! How far you want me to spread my money! Than she tells me try again next year, why?? to get another inquiry and no help. At first i was going do a secured credit card , but now after really seeing how they are. I will buy Navy Federal Pledge Loan Instead! Nfcu gave me a line of credit So did Capital One We good i know yall not here to help, i understand it now. Also they will give you a car loan evem with teerrible credit but not a line of credit.

I stopped in American heritage to open a new account and I could not have had a more pleasant experience. I waited less then five minutes to be helped. The process was easy, fast and I walked out with my new debit card in hand. I was also able to download the app and login before leaving to make sure I had no issues. I m excited to be a member and take advantage of low rates for a loan and lots of other great perks. Thanks to Darleen for making me feel so welcome!!!

Amhfcu is a great place to invest in some people take the place for granite but my experience is good there. Any problem or circumstances come up I m informed ahead of time. Not like other banks this is the place. Great employees, polite and respected at all times.

AHFCU has the worst customer service. Their online banking system is horrid so you have to call for assistance. It is typical to have 50+ callers ahead of you, so the wait is at least 45 minutes just to speak with someone. They would be a much better credit union if they would invest in better web options and hire more customer service employees.

There is a working situation that occurs as a result of not understanding what the items in the tax return are and, as a result, asking you unnecessarily even though it is written on the form in front of everything. I dont recommend it to anyone. Waste of time!!

They are eliminating tellers and substituting with machine Tellers where a person sitting who knows where remotely interacts with customer thru a tiny 10 screen at the machine. This is pathetic.. What happened to the customer services face-to-face. I thought the American Heritage FCU was different. But to my great dismay, this credit union is just the same as with any other institutions. They slash customer services by getting rid of their tried-N-True employees by forcing customers to interact with a DUMB machine. I know why they are doing this. They want to funnel all the savings from employee reduction into their managements salaries and their fat bonuses. And sadly the few remaining folks (customer greeters) at the front do not realize this. Please wake up and realize that your jobs will be gone before you realize that the machines have taken over your roles. I have been a member for over 30+ years and I have never been more unhappy with the level of services Ive received from this credit union. I may vote this credit union out by TAKING MY BUSINESS somewhere else.

I was told on the phone I could just run in and sign the paperwork for my credit card. I ran in and the receptionist checked me in and said they would be with me momentarily. At no time did anyone say I should schedule an appointment. I waited 40 minutes and still was not seen. I had to back to the front desk and ask about being seen. I was very disappointed in the time time I had to wait. I was 40 min late for work. If someone had told me I need an appointment I would have made one and come back. Sincerely, Kristine Keown

Underwriters for the auto loan department have no clue how to do their job. Cannot read simple self employment financials. Income was way more than enough and credit was over 700, and I was putting more than 40% down on the vehicle and the loan got declined and no one could provide a logical reason. I sent emails and received no response from the loan department. I Went to Police and Fire, they approved my application in 30min and walked out with a check the same day for a loan at 2.75%. I m actually glad they declined my app.

I think this bank is weird. They can t tell you why the system is malfunctioning online. Everything is a week long hold with check deposits. Then when you go to deposit your checks, your debit and ID isn t enough - they make you fill out a form. If you don t do something right sometimes the tellers get very motherly and speak to you like you should have known better like you are holding them up but no one is even in line. Very old school. Please don t call me hun . I m 40.

I had a bad experience of depositing a big amount but the front desk customer service personnel was not allowing me to see the teller, saying do it electronically, but I excepted to talk to teller to clarify some deposit accounts of checking and savings, felt like stop my service and switch to another bank , this is bad to have a in bank impersonal service. am so disappointed, and not feeling like going to the bank again, but stop my business with it

This bank sends misleading letters claiming to be account statements but are really life insurance offers. Ive asked many times to stop receiving promotional materials, but it never stops. They also sold my information to 3rd parties for even more junk mail. They couldnt even get my address correct and kept sending mail to my neighbor. I had to close my account to get it to stop.

im a nurse who recent became unemployed due to covid . i asked to refi my car loan which ive been paying for 3 yrs $140.00 ea month in finance chges plus.... they want to charge me 5000.00 finance chges. thats more then it cost me to refi my home loan.. there totally taking advantage of hard working americans... shame on these greedy crooks. im going to tade the car back to the dealer, screw these crooks...

Worst credit union ever been a member for over 10 yrs it was all good long as I had a Acct in good standing fall on a hard time they disregard you over drafted 350 they sent it to check systems after I paid. Needed a letter from them stating the Acct was paid and they didn t give me nothing. They have it in the system I paid but will not give me proof

Ive been with this institution for many, many years. The last few years they have gone downhill. Just responded to a credit card offer they sent me, and I have an exemplary credit rating. Youd think I was applying for a mortgage. Tried their e mail application, didnt work, then they wanted me to come to their branch, ( none close to me), to sign, and when I said I wish theyd mail it, because they originally said they couldnt, they said yes, they could. No one bothered to tell me that I had to get my signature NOTARIZED, for a CREDIT CARD, then said oh, you can come to a branch and well do it free . I had it mailed so I didnt have to go to a branch. Apparently, the security information I give over the phone to access my PRIVATE ACCOUNTS isnt good enough to get a credit card. Applied for a card from somewhere else, over the phone, and was approved in 5 minutes.

Ive used this bank for years but lately they have done nothing but cause me stress. We have direct deposit, credit card and loans with them but have to jump through hoops to get any account open. It is a painful process to open and close an account. The auto draft for loan payments is faulty and sometimes does not pull the payment. They run credit checks just to open a savings account and when you need their help the most they turn their back. We will be closing all of our accounts and moving to a better credit union.

Ive been a member of AHFCU for 10 years. I was recently denied a car loan request without a valid reason. I had a car loan with them before,which I paid off. I also have a credit card through them with a $0 balance. I have excellent credit, so Im really disappointed by this.
