Dawn Sharapoff is simply amazing and is a true professional. The whole process was a journey but we accomplished my goal which was to buy in a VHCOL area here in North NJ. Worst experience ever! Had to send the same documents multiple times to different underwriters. There is no communication between team members. They were having us do all this stuff for an FHA loan when infact it was conventional. I had to bring this to one of the underweitters attention. One woman Sue,(the president and CEO I believe) was very rude. If I ever work with a lender that uses this bank for financing, I will back out of the deal. Get it together!

This was my first transaction with Amanda, but I hope its not my last. She knows her business thoroughly and made the loan portion of the home buying experience understandable for my Buyer. She is patient and resolves issues in a knowledgeable way (at least she made it look that way to me). Additionally, Amanda is only the second Lender Ive seen who attends her customers Closing. I was pleasantly surprised to meet her at my Buyers Closing. She drove nearly forty miles to be present, for a home loan that is, probably, one of the smallest dollar amounts she has done in a very long time (if not ever)! If that doesnt show that she cares for her customers, then I dont know what does. I truly look forward to working with her again in the future.

Hi everyone searching If you re looking for a Morghage loan officer, search no more peeps. John is a miracle worker when it comes to Morghage. The first morghage company we used denied us few weeks to closing Our agent (Christine) got us connected to John. We forgot to disclose to him that we had foreclosure in 2016 and we were denied again 2weeks to closing We had given up at this time but John gave us hope, we had lots of hurdles both with our bank statements, Frequent pulling of our credits and lots more but he jumped and passed all that the last and biggest hurdle was a day to closing and on the closing date but he pulled an unimaginable stunt John got us to closing he assured us he will and he sure did Then lastly he got us a lower interest rate compared to present market. Horrible Horribe Horrible. Switched to a new lending company closed in 45 days. Rude and very disrespectful people to deal with. Held on to my file for 8 months. Owner told my realtor if we dont like there company we can go somewhere else. Stay away .. Dont even want to leave one star but i would not be able to pist this review without it.

Amazing service, everyone says how stressful home buying is but they made us super easy, fun and very exciting. Highly recommend this company for anyone buying a house!! From start to finish they were always available for questions. We went with Paul, and he really knows his stuff, no question he didn t have an answer to.

Centennial was the first lender we contacted in our attempt to secure a mortgage. A realtor suggested we speak with Dawn, who seemed nice and helpful initially. Our file was sent to underwriting, then when I started to inquire as to progress a couple weeks later she would only say it was taking more time. I called Centennial a couple times after that and was told her assistant would get back to me, but that person never did. Centennial ghosted us. No more communication, no apologies. And we DID close on a house with another lender just last week. Our (successful) lender got us a preapproval in 48 hours. Did Centennial believe we didnt qualify for any mortgage? If so the very least they could have done would have been to reach out and let us know. Extremely poor customer service, non-existent really. I would never recommend them and in fact would actively dissaude anyone from doing so. We will enjoy our new home, no thanks to Centennial.

I worked with Marc Brown, and his team at Centennial Lending Group. As a first time home buyer, Marc took time to walk me through the whole process. Their virtual dashboards helped me understand all the steps involved, and any time I had questions Marc was always available and ready to help. I felt confident in this team to get me great rates, and advise me about both my financial possibilities and limits. Cant recommend Marc enough!

I have so many amazing things to say about Marc but I ll keep it short! We had a horrible experience with a previous lender and Marc was truly a hero! From day one, Marc has shown nothing but patience, understanding and knowledge. My husband and I couldn t be luckier to have experienced such a great mortgage consultant. He answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently and nothing went unanswered. Even with such a stressful process, he made sure we were taken care of. He was always willing to help, which gave a sense of security and trust. Not to mention, the entire team was very friendly and responsive. His professionalism is unmatched and his personability made for a seamless and comfortable buying experience. It s safe to say we are beyond satisfied. Marc is highly recommended!
