The overdraft fees here are ridiculous. They ll hit you with $30 every time they can. Whether it s .19 or $2, $30 and get this planet fitness was still trying to take out $23 a month (I m taking care of them next those jerks ) LFCU DIDNT pay them and STILL charged me $35!!!! This business is crooked they ll just bleed you of money unless you earn enough to stay ahead. I ll be closing my account soon and NEVER going back. And any time I get the chance to speak TRUTH about this place I will. Not slander but TRUTH!!!

Always having problems with their automated system. I tried booking plane tickets tonight cus u know Im a working mother and night time is my only peace and quiet and of course it was decline TWICE. once because they thought it was fraud, and again cus it was over my daily spending limit. I tried calling and calling but their automated system kept glitching. What if I was stranded? Id have no access to my money. This isnt the only time but this is the straw that broke the camels back. Also, they r extremely racist. I tried to wire my bf money. But since he has an Arabic name they kept insinuating he was a terrorist or a scammer. And they ended up denying his wire. But kept the 1,000 dollar wire fees. Absolute joke. Going in tomorrow to close my account.

I ve had a generally positive experience with LFCU. I do have some concern about the security of their online banking portal. They do not use 2-factor authentication. Instead the basis of their security is to have a customer recognize a thumbnail image and force customers to change their passwords every six months. They also do not have 24 hour support for their portal. All of this seems very out of date from a security perspective.

My wife and I recently had our first child. With her on maternity leave and the new baby expenses we weren t sure if we d be able to afford to make this months car payment. When we called to notify that the payment would be late, we were offered payment assistance. Sharon is the hero of the day. She was very kind, attentive and really listened to our concerns. She not only explained our options but really took the time to work out what was best for us. Thank you Sharon! The credit union needs more employees like you.

I came in for an auto loan& and always ALWAYS ask for TINA! She is the best. Super friendly and efficient and works with you! I will cry the day she retires. I won t see anyone else! Myerstown credit union was such a blessing to work with. Tamara Hostetter was patient with my questions, and gave me honest, down to earth answers, with humility. She was extremely helpful, and efficient with my HELOC. I recommend their branch to anyone who needs help with hard questions or just down to earth kind professional assistance with any banking needs.

Do not use LFCU if you want to have a balance in your account. I had requested they remove an overdraft fee as a courtesy, they did but only after they tacked another $30 fee onto my account because they couldnt be bothered to apply it before any more came out of my account. It seems to me that the policy of LFCU is to keep its consumers in debt and having no money.

They have 4 locations in Lebanon, I see another one is being built in Johnstown. Their team goes above and beyond the call of duty to assist me when necessary. I cannot say enough about their phenomenal staff, and I highly recommend joining this credit union. Their hours are also very convenient.

Kathy at LFCU s Schneider Drive Office was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and customer service centric. I am new to business banking and she made me feel like I was an expert. She answered all my questions with patience and provided examples and even recommended services that the bank didn t. I was truly blown away by her jovial demeanor and product knowledge. She is an absolute asset to LFCU. I highly recommend you stop in and ask for her personally!! Did I mention that she s bilingual? Así que me gente quien habla Español, también te puede ayudar.

It s conviniently located and always empty which is why I chose to go open an account today at State Drive branch today. The place was empty, totally empty I said I wanted to open an account. It s like everyone thumbed their nose or yelled not me. The teller was totally apathetic ( no good afternoon, no eye contact, no how may I help you, barely looked away from the computer) and the lady next to him said I m going for lunch (2pm). So I was told to sit and wait in a Totally empty bank, I was the only customer. I followed through and waited because I will bank online and hopefully will not have to deal with that horrendous customer service again. If I was asked to describe them in one word it would deffinetly be Apathy.

I would not recommend anyone to this branch or to any Lebanon Credit Union. I was not contacted about money being charged to my account to the sum of 45 dollar. In fact this account was my sons account and they have my address on file..correct. Still no information was sent to I or him making up aware that money was constantly being charged to to account. Its a savings account...is not what the purposes is to save? Why do they have such a system as this which in my opinion robbed us...like thives literally in night. I do not and will not ever recommend this banks service to anyone wishing to save their monies..I suggest you all just go the other way.

This lady was not only rude and seemed annoyed I called to follow up after she did not call back after 2 weeks (we were told we would hear back in 2 days).. customer service is good and if you have a problem they will fix your issue or at least try to. Any suspicious activity on your account they will call you immediately or send a text and let u know if its after bank hours. Great bank

had 433$ stolen off my card reported it and they gave me my money back and concluded the investigation that i didnt spend it thought everything was good. a mysterious 644$ comes off my card called them they said they had to pay back the people who originally took the 433$ because of some dispute and charged me an extra 211$ for some odd reason and i cant look into this or get the reports that they filed or anything on the investigation

These loan officers need to start treating current members better when coming up with interest rates, there should be no reason why I can go to another bank that I have no association with and get a better interest rate for any loan I need. This has always been a problem for me with lfcu and I have good credit !

Staff usually friendly and helpful, but there were TWO mistakes made on a loan through them. It was basically disregarded as if it was nothing, but it happened again! Not only is this a BIG mistake, but it effects the customers credit... highly NOT recommended.

Very nice people overall very good the only drawback I feel is that if someone writes you a personal check and they cash it, if they end up not having the funds they dock you...which Idk if it is the practice but I was never told or else I would have never done it.... Needless to say it screwed my acct ROYALLY
