Tbh if there was less then a star I would put that . This is my very first time ever dealing with this shop (I heard stories) but I don’t judge a book by it’s cover until I find out ! Today I walked in that store with 2 watches that are 100% authentic . Model number 27-740 all gold/diamond watch. Pro diver invicta gold/diamond edition. That was the first watch . Which I paid 2,400$ 4 years ago . It’s now on the site for 2,740$. A young kid (employee) at pawn plus decided to go on eBay looked up pro diver and observed all the cheap silver/ metal material models that are valued between 40-100$! Then had the nerve to offer me 60$ for my first watch! Even tho the ones he seen has no diamonds and it wasn’t gold ! I looked on eBay myself as he was doing it and eBay don’t even have my watch for sale !! There’s different models/material/editions for a Reason! He tried to offer the same price as a cheap class . I never leave reviews but that was extremely disrespectful! Either they have employees who don’t know what to look for and take the time to do proper examination or there just robbing the public . My second watch is a yellow gold and genuine diamond watch I paid 1200$ from Kay’s jewelers and they offered 55$. I just can’t believe the disrespect they give towards people . We’re not all crack heads nor bums! I would literally never do business or walk in there business again! My watch isn’t some cheap product that you could easily find on eBay ! Because I was checking eBay as he was! The kid looked like he was 20! Management def needs changed or fired ! Both watches were 100% gold & diamond and heavy ! And you offered 125$ total ! WOW! Terrible service . I’m so confident that’s what they did that I’m going to upload a picture of one of my watches so the world can see how they offered me 60$ for a 2740$ watch! I’m extremely reasonable ! But to offer prices like they do are offensive ! I truly hope management sees this ! But I’m sure nothing will change !

I have had an account w/PP for since they opened, only one bad experience from a young girl that had to learn customer service the hard way but I am very glad to say that my resent business dealings have been more than a Awesome experience, the manager is more than happy to deal with his customers, the store is clean & very orderly, there is a sense of helpful happy professional welcoming service you feel when you walk in ,l have been in customer service my whole life and you know IT when you come into contact with IT ,this gentleman also knows folks are having a financial strain and the feel of helpfulness is warm and Awesome, l feel bad l don't know the managers name but you will know him the moment he asks, Can I Help You!! I just wanted to say that my experience at Pawn Plus was a very positive one. Everyone there was so nice and helpful and Shawn too care of my need and was very pleasant. I also would like to say that the store looked so neat and inviting. I will definitely visit them again in the near future 😊😊

I visited the store this past week and once again received EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE 😊😊. Since my last visit they rearranged the floor cases and I must say it looks AWESOME!!! I almost thought I was walking into a different store. The new set up offers allot of space to browse and see all the great items they have. I'm also happy to see the jewelry back 😊😊. Pawn Plus of Lancaster has turned around over the years!! Very professional, clean store. The new Employees Crystal C. And Ashley that have been there for awhile now. They are two of the best employees they have ever had. These girls deal with so much on a day to days bases. And hold the store down!! Theirs one male worker Sean. He's a bit grumpy sometimes ;)
;) But he's a good guy and will try his best to work with you and give you fair prices for your items!! If you're not to sure how a pawn shop works. Do a little reading before you take your items in. I didn't even know they had layaway until Brandon offered it on a product I was looking at. I was very happy because I wanted the necklace but did not have the full amount. I was able to put 10 percent down. Now no one else will get it and it will be mine when I pay it off next month.

This is NOT a pawn place, it second hand store using the place holder name. There is nothing Plus about how representives talk about there patreons in front of other patreons. If you have a choice go anywhere else and get better service Ive gave this place a chance under multiple different ownership, Some of these positive reviews Ive seen are flat out paid or lies by friend and family of this cesspool of a business in Lancaster City.

The Manager James is very professional, friendly, an such a caring guy. He strives to run a friendly/professional environment. An takes any concerns or issues seriously. I went in today with my tv to try to pawn it because its not the first time i pawned it last time it was like 3 weeks ago and when i walked in there was like 5 people in front of me and they seen me walking in with the tv after waiting like 10 15 minutes they wanna tell me that they are not accepting tvs anymore unles is from year 2017 and up they saw me standing there waiting and they didnt say anything ahead plus they had an attitude yall need to do better because people go there to get loans not get judged or get smart with us.

They don t buy anything that I bring by even though the website says they buy just about everything. Tried to sell a desktop new with everything included and they said no. Sold games and only got $5, tried to sell skateboard and nothing. I m going to stop trying at this point.

I took my grandmothers ring and a necklace there that my brother gave me in exchange for cash...I was just about broke at the time. I never recd a letter stating that my time was coming up to retrieve them like Ive gotten in the past. I thought because of the pandemic they were closed. Then after some time I saw online that they were open. I am still upset that they sold or are selling those items...my grandmothers ring cant be replaced. I just hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.

If you are in need of money go here if you have good jewelry! I sadly feel like I should have got a lot more from three Diamond rings. But I really needed the money. The one girl didn t seem to know exactly what she was doing while looking at my friend s jewelry. But for me I got a guy that helped me good. And went back to look at my friend s jewelry. He took more from what the girl said no too. Also make sure to bring your security number with you. I m giving half stars because I feel like I should have got more instead of $90 for both three rings.

Havent been here in a long time. Went in to sell a laptop. Brandon. a welcome addition from York Pawn Plus, gave me a loan of the same as if I sold it to them, allowing me to hold onto it. The best part? They shorted me $22 when they gave me the loan money, I didnt realize it until a day later, called, left a message, Ivette called me Monday, I explained, she checked the cash drawer from Fri and sure enough it was $22 over. I went down Tues morning and collected the money owed me. ANYTHING could have happened to that $22, but these guys were spot on. Welcome Brandon!

This place is turning around for the better with the staff, Brenden was great to work with and hooked me up with a few tools for a great price, and considering I m just moving back to Lancaster they said they can hold the items for a few weeks till I get down here officially. I m a little worried about leaving my purchased items there, but i ll see how it goes. If it all goes well I ll definitely continue a lot of business with them! I ll be back to update soon.

I was referred to this place by a friend because I am Trying to Sell hair clippers that I barely used once on my sons head. When I first walked in the door a young Spanish guy was standing there looking me up and down as if I was a piece if trash. I should have walked out based on that alone! Like seriously the black and brown relationships have to get better in this city smh....anyway the guy opens the clipper box and asked if I used them. Clearly you cant tell because you wouldnt have had to ask. I told him I barley used them on my son, and he said. No, he wont take them and when I asked why he asked me would I want to use clippers someone else used Im like well it happens at barber shops every day...his comment is yea but Barbers clean their clippers i said well wouldnt the person clean these before they use them he then gives me the typical I am not going to argue with you response that is given to a black female that has the audacity to question anything or anyone. I had a iPod that he wanted to look at but i decided to take my business elsewhere.

Not a fan of this place, came in the other day went to the EMPTY line in the back to ask a question about jewelry and stood there for 10 minutes BYMYSELF while the employees just stood there joking and laughing. If you go there and its the short Spanish dude working the register LEAVE!! The two managers are ok to deal with but the Spanish guy is a con artist. Went in to sell 3 SNAP ON chrome socket sets ok, freaking SNAP ON! First guy said he couldnt even find them on eBay when 10 min prior I found over 50 listings then told me hell take a risk and give me 50 bucks for them, really!?!? These things new are over 300 bucks and eBay listing are all right around 200!! I know its a pawn shop and they gotta make there money too but this guy is a con artist who doesnt know anything any is too damn lazy to even look the stuff up, went to the York location and got over 100 for the set so whats that tell ya?

Coming from out of state. Literally saw this place as I was driving, pulled over, crossed my fingers and walked in. Needless to say I was surprised...but this was my first time in a pawn shop, so I didnt know what to expect really. The people there were super chill and helpful. They took my Dell laptop that I was gonna replace anyway and an MP3 player and thats basically how I paid for my ticket back home. Thank god.

sold a fishing rod here when i was in need of gas money to get to college they only gave my $5 came back a week later see same rod in front window for $45. but its all good .. got a $600 Fender acoustic guitar off them for $150 cause the guy behind the counter doesnt know jack about instruments...

I received my laptop back yesterday, it is NOT working at all. It turns on and gets stuck on the start up screen. It was completely working when I pawned it, they even verified and confirmed my password to log on. This laptop has my entire life of pictures on it so Im highly frustrated. Contacted them yesterday and left a voicemail and have yet to hear back. DO NOT PAWN THINGS HERE! Im very upset! I cant even do school work now either.

PAWN PLUS! If your reading this. A small Spanish guy who works there. he stands behind the counter ripped me off my money!! I sell my xbox one bundle a brand new one and he gave me back olny $30 dollers. And i all so sell my PSP and PS2 games and movies with it and he only gave me $20 dollers if anyone is reading this please report to the manager to fire this young small Spanish guy who stands behind the counter and he rips people and he rip me off!!! Bad PWAN shop!. and these workers only stand around and talk and laugh at other people and be really rude!!

today my husband want to downtown paws plus and my husband have PlayStation and the game .. he wants to sale it but this is not the first time . so I told my husband how much they give you .. you know they said 20dollars . I said paw plus give you 20 dollar thats it . He said yep that it . my husband was up set .so good condition . My husband said they are not right at all .what they did .. so me my husband said paw plus didnt close down for real . Because they ripped people off that not right . I hope they close downtown paws plus . We are not going back there no more ... paw plus getting worse downtown .. I dont like paw plus . hate paw plus

I agree. Poor attitudes and not giving you the decent amount of money. Dont sell to them. $7,000 ring and pawned it for $500. I asked what the buying price would be. Again $500. WTH. Pawning there is a nightmare too. But if you need fast cash it is an option. Not many pawn shops around here.

Got a awesome price in pawn for my laptop and the interest is so much cheaper here then at shops in Maryland. It cost me only 4 bucks on a 100 borrow. And I have a 4 months in total to recover it . And in Maryland it is 25 bucks on a 100 and has to be paid monthly . So 16 over 4.months here verse 100 interest over 4 months in Md. Plus they have a awesome layaway plan for there Christmas in July special .And you have to Christmas to get it out.

They never answer the phone. I stood outside the store and called. 2 people working. There was 1 customer. They both looked at the phone and ignored it. And forget about leaving a message, their voicemail is always full. They dont check messages. Unprofessional.

Been here several time. These guys dont have a clue what things cost and low ball you every time. I tried selling a 600$ guitar that I no longer play and they guy told me it was a fake cause he it had a made in China sticker. Bought the guitar 6 years ago at a Guitar Center. Tried to give me only 30 dollars for it. Its like that every time.

Waited in a long line to reach the counter with a $220 necklace so I can get a loan from them. Finding out they will only give me $15 dollars? Does that make any sense? Anyways they do not treat new customers very nice knowing its their first time. Horrible customer service.

Meh... I didnt buy anything there but the stuff wasnt really stuff that appealed to me. They were more jewelry and video games while Im more instruments and electronics. Mind you, they had pretty god deals on some stuff, but their guitars were a little overpriced for my taste, and they didnt really have much of a selection of name brand guitars. But whatever. If you;re looking for stuff like jewelry, theyre a pretty good place to go...
