There good. But when you fall behind on one payment and you give them a valid reason, they don’t care. They will try and have your vehicle towed, even if you owe as little as $1,300. They just don’t care.

I've had a loan through Helm Associate since 2018 after I purchased an SUV at B&B Automotive when I was desperate for a car and not thinking clearly. It was an overpriced lemon that I brought back in less than 15 hours with a failing transmission among other things but that's a whole other review...
The only good experience I've had since I made this purchase was having Isaac Folly as my account manager. I've had maybe 2-3 times in the last three years that something unexpected came up and I knew I was going to miss my payment. Isaac has always been willing to work with me to reschedule for the following week without any hesitation or problems.
Unfortunately this last time I had a problem I got stuck with Lisa since Isaac was out of the office and didn't get my email. The day after I missed my payment she called while I was at work, left a voice mail and immediately disabled my engine. I called to explain my problem but got a very blunt NO. My only option was to beg my parents to wire me money since my bank account was negative or walk home.
I'd give 5 stars for Isaac if I could but Lisa deserves none. Someone needs to give this woman a hug and some lessons on compassion and better customer service. I was almost considering trading in for a newer car with B&B but Lisa's attitude reminded me of why I need to get away from both B&B and Helm and never come back.

Company switched hands a few months ago ..if you have automated payments you now have to make sure they are taking it. Or their incompetent finance manager, Isacc, will take several payments at once putting your account in negative because you didn't make sure they took the auto payment on your actual payment dates. 🙄 They took $750 out of my account at once without ever sending a late notice not one single phone call, just hit up my account when they felt like it.
Now 3 weeks ago I called to modify my payment schedule and make arrangements for upcoming medical procedure that would put me out of work. Today my car is shut off through passtime. I just made a payment July 30th..they told me my account is pass due by 9 days ...and will not do anything to help or accommodate even though I've had clear communication with them the last 3 weeks. Sharon called her a manager and Christine is my account manager . This is my second car purchased from through helm but am looking in to refinancing now that my credit is much better since I started here. The new owners seem to be over their heads and

She is professional, personable, and a pleasure to communicate with. She answered all my questions and offered me a viable solution that was flexible. I purchased a pre owned Lexus from B & B almost 3 years ago. I never missed a payment , the program does work and my credit score rose 120 points. I am presently financed with a bank and in 2015 Luxury Vehicle. The program works if you will work with it. I am sorry I had to leave Helm associates, I was always treated well by Lori , Amy and all the staff. People are often treated in a second class manner when they are not credit worthy or credit challenged. I never felt that way Helm associates. I would gladly recommend or refer a friend or family member to them.

Never answers the phone and when I put on weekly auto debits from my debit card. I still have to call because they dont take it out. Hire more people for Chris sake. Im sure we have all more important things to do than call Helm 20 times a day until someone answers.

This is a buy here pay here I didn t have knowledge of that when getting the car they just tell you they have a bank that will finace you. They are vultures , I sent my friend to get a car and she got a repo in lest then 30 days. And they keep all her personal items in her vehicle. Don t know got her go to CarMax they are the best ones to lend you a car if you have credit issues. Please listen I went through 9 cars in my life time this by far was the worse experience I could send someone #Carmax I d the way to rebuild your credit so not let helms associates play you for a bank they are in house lender they do not care for you they will take your car as if you rented it.and the customer service is beyond immature.

Financed a car , and it got repoed a a few days after payment was late , been calling to make a payments hasn t been a full two weeks even and they are denying me payment , and they left us stranded in another state we have no way home , and we had the care for a month now it s been I. The shop since the first week we had it . They say we have to wait for a manger but clearly Lori never gets back to anyone. Let me start of by saying when I first purchase my vehicle at b&b Auto not one time they told me they was a buy here pay here company they got me good Im on disability and making me pay 13000 for a 2008 Dodge caravan its only worth 900 but before that I had a vehicle there was more also the car cut on me less than a year almost got into car accident with my kids in deer because the car was just cut right off on the highway they really didnt want to help me out at all but I cant say the men Isaac help me out with with all that works for helm associates long story short they gave me another car and now this car doing the same thing another thing I dont like I make my payments on time in before the date and they cut my car off within that day or the next day which I make my payment before the date the supervisor she is a wonderful woman she do understand but she dont work at b&b Auto so is really nothing she can do she just works in the bank it just like the rest of them now Im stuck without another car it should be the third time but Im not getting no more cars from them I will give you guys an update to see what they would do

Purchased a 2007 Toyota Camry from them back 2016 which was a lemon! Selling me a car that s been in an accident and then to top it off my credit score didn t rise as they said 100 points or more with on time payments. My loan was done with the 2007 Toyota Camry(credit score didn t change), so I figured I would give it another go this time they put us in a 2011 GMC Arcadia which is &20,000 and it s Christmas time 2019 now keep in mind we ve never miss a payment, I called to see if I can make a payment arrangement due to a family emergency, I was told no one is getting an extension this month, Bahhumbug

weve had this company for 5 years and our last year has been absolutely terrible. Theyve messed up my husbands credit by removing a previous auto loan from his credit file which dropped his score by 100+ points. We paid $20,000 for nothing & they refused to put the account back on his file as paid but yet we have another loan with them, we didnt find any of this out until after we signed for the new loan. If i were you Id spend your money elsewhere because at the end you will NOT get any credit for paying of your loan. My car is off today for god knows what reason when ITS PAID FOR! we called these people literally 100 times and got no answer. Left countless vms and still no answer. I cant wait til we find another loan to trade this bs car in for. NEVER AGAIN.

They are horrible I wouldnt recommend them I just purchased my vehicle in July never late with a payment in August I had surgery still managed to make my payments up until Sept 28 when I had to be put on bed rest due to complications of my surgery call to talk to my account manager asking her if I could get an extension for atleast 2 weeks wasnt asking for anything crazy and was told I dont qualify for hardship so what qualifies for a hardship mind you they give no extension at all want to come out that day you are late ot miss a payment to recover your vehicle..I wish i wouldve known then what i know now i wouldve never went to this company

This company is TRASH and predatory lending at its best! The worst decision I ve made while desperately search for a new car was sign a contract with them and b&b automotive! I don t care how desperate you are please go elsewhere... their customer service is terrible... they tell you fraudulent information and pretend they never said it. They turned my car off one day because I gave them a bad review on Facebook! too funny. They got their piece of trash back and since then I ve been able to purchase the vehicle I wanted in the first place with a much better monthly payment and interest rate. Don t do it with this establishment... you ll regret it fully! I also know someone who use to work there and a lot of the good reviews you see on here aren t even genuine. It s employees. Received a loan through this place for a vehicle. I paid every single payment on time not a day late. I went to buy a new vehicle from a different dealership. The dealership sends the payoff check from the loan that I had the with helm and associates. The same day they received the payoff check they withdraw funds from my account which puts me at over paid. I call and they are aware of this. I was told I will receive a check within 7 days. Never received anything. Day 12 I call to figure out whats going on here and the ignorant lady that I spoke to basically told me that the check has been sitting on the bosses desk and its never been mailed out I mentioned that I was told I would have a check within 7 days she basically told me Ill get my money when I get it. I asked for my account manager she tells me shes not there and refuses to give me her name and extension number.

I called helms associates to ask a question about my current auto loan because I had a few concerns. I spoke to a lady name Lisa , who seemed to get very upset with me because I was asking a question about something I needed more knowledge about, She began screaming over the phone telling me Didn t I already answer this question for you , i don t know how clear you want me to be and we close in one minute so I really don t have the time to explain it to you again , I than wanted to speak to a manager because she was being too unprofessional and I did not like her tone and she told me she didn t know wat the big deal was and she see I make my payments on time and did my financial situation change?...... I have never had a bad experience when talking to anyone there before or had a bad experience with the company in general besides the over priced cars.. if I am spending 400 dollars a month on a 2007 car I m not expecting for anyone to be rude to me no matter if I m asking the same question for clarity or not! Something has to be done and this is not okay to talk to a customer who always pays his bills on time and is always respectful , or to any customer period! If you didn t want to help Im pretty sure someone else would have been willing!

More so directed to my account manager Isaac Folly, Mr Folly has gone above and beyond his call of duty for me on many occasions. As he still maintained his dignity and adhering to his jobs rules and Obligation he was able to rectify every situation I may have had. If I had to recommend a place for someone to finance through it would definitely be Helm s associates via Mr. Folly.

Worst place ever to get a car loan from. If you are ONE HOUR LATE on paying your car loan payment, and yes I said ONE HOUR LATE, they will send out a signal to your vehicle s tracking device and disable the starter so you can t drive your car anywhere until the payment is made. If you try to ask for a payment arrangement, they will first ask you ten thousand questions first before they finally decide to help you out, questions like, is there a family member that can help you out? Why can t you make your payment today? Is there a friend you can borrow the money from? Is there a bill you can put off? But anyway, I paid my loan off last year and I was going to recommend this place to a friend until I got refreshed on the other reviews.

I can honestly say over a month later I really really do not feel the same way. My account manager Lisa is really not bad at all. She has actually helped me get a modification so my payment is due on my payday. (Due to a change of employment). I do feel bad cause I put a very long and bad review up because I was upset at the moment so I figured the least I can do is write a good review about my account manager Lisa because that one situation does not define the 10 months I ve been dealing with helm. Not a place I would recommend at all, my car was totaled back in January after having to call multiple times for a letter of detachment from the car loan I received it a month and a half later. I started my home buying process but it had to be put on hold because this company reported on my credit that I have not paid my car since January. After trying to contact the woman in credit in this department she did not return my call after multiple message left.

I ve been a customer with helm associates for a year and the experience has been a a great disappointment. I ve frustratedly delt with two trash account managers by the name of LORI & LISA! I ve gotten my car cut off AFTER I ve made my payments repeatedly!! I ve been accused like I was being a dishonest person when all I asked for is a two day extension after I had to pay 450.00 $$$ for a repairs for my car due to the fact the 100.00 $$$ AVP WARRANTY IS TRASH!!! they put more damage to your car!! I honestly don t know who s writing positive reviews about this place but they don t help or work with you at all!!! I ve been treated like an enemy and like I don t give them hard earned cash!!! This customer service has to improve ASAP I ve actually been disrespected and told my card was declined THREE TIMES I finally called bank to figure out the problem and come to find out my ACCOUNT MANAGER was entering the wrong expiration date!!!....purposely??!!! I am scheduled to have my car towed tomorrow and I have lost 2 jobs over them everyone told me they are going to sale the car and report it to the IRS to force you to pay them I was a fool to do business with this company and regret giving them my money and attention. They give you 2 weeks to pay for a car loan with extremely high interest and do not care if you have Bills to pay. They will compare there lives to yours and talk down on you. For everyone that is currently making on time payments keep doing it because if you fall on hard times they will be there to stomp on you once you do. B&B auto sold me a car with 4 bad hub bearings and faulty parts. I had to have the parts replaced on it in the first month and two different tires feel off the car while I was driving (if you want pictures messages me) and They still could care less. you are also technically renting your car for a week or two weeks depending on your pay so you are on borrowed time with them. I will make sure people never do service with this company because they will suck the blood out of you and take from your childrens mouth to get theyre money. I have been disrespected by them for too long and Im not losing anymore jobs or getting lost somewhere because of them. If you are smart stay away from them.

My husband and I have been using this company for almost 2 years. We have great pay history. And if we say hey this is what we have can you bear with us and we will have the balance. We get told not to pay another bill so we can pay them. Then I was out of out of work for over a week so I said hey we dont have the payment. I was asked did I go to work at all I said yes I got one weeks worth of pay. Then Lisa said well you can still pay us. I SNAPPED. These are some of the most inconsiderate rude people I have ever come across. No regard for people and lifes situations. I CANNOT AIT UNTIL WE ARE DONE WITH THEM. Have some consideration for the customer and stop being JERKS.

Ive been reading some customers comments, and unfortunately I dont have the same kind words. Maybe if I had Isaac as my account manager I would. However, I called in today and was treated rudely by some woman (wish I knew her name). It took everything in me not to cuss her the f out, because she actually had the nerve to threaten me by saying she could shut off my car. I called to speak to my account manager, but was instead transferred to this woman because my account manager was out for the day. As I said, very rude. I have an impeccable payment history, and was just calling in because Im away visiting family for the holidays and wanted to make a payment arrangement, so to be treated like that really makes my blood boil. She doesnt have good customer service skills and needs to go back to training on how to treat a customer. Because she had the power to shut off my car she used that to threaten me. Such a low class piece of trash. I hope the owner reads my comment and gets back with me, because I am truly upset, and I deserve an apology.

Isaac folly was my loan officer and he was the best loan officer anyone could ever ask for he should get one hell of a bonus check or a raise even when my car was totaled and I was mad he always treated me with respect Im going to miss him cuz I feel like I kind of build a friendship with him so the best of luck Isaac and I hope you make a career promotion or a raise because you sure as hell deserve it

Please don t go here this is a warming got a car from here almost 3 yrs ago a 2006 Ford I was a new license driver and they played on that theses ppl do not have your best interest so I paid 17,000 dollars for a car that was over a decade old the paint was nice but the car is trash I spend a lot of money on repairs warranty didn t cover anything for 17,000 I shouldn t have had to come out of my pockets for no repair. I paid all my payments in time wasn t giving any offer to upgrade I owe about 4000 I m almost done my payments but this was by far the worst decision I made it s didnt evn help my credit that much Now I m paying on a car that barely drives a car that values 900 dollars I was stuck paying 17,000 for if you have no credit or even bad credit this place is not for you even though they advertise that they are #ThankMeLater and they made me put the one star if I had a choice it s would be no stars

Very rude and unprofessional customer service!! I was charged $14000 for a vehicle that was only worth $2000. I am currently seeking legal counsel as I feel as I ve been sold a lemon. The vehicle will not start and this is the 4th issue I ve had with the vehicle since it was purchased a year ago. They expect on time biweekly payments and will disable your vehicle if it s a day late. Well today I told them not to bother disabling the vehicle because the car will not start. The account manager dismissed my complaint about the vehicle s condition and told me he was no mechanic and only wanted to discuss the payment that was due Yesterday. Please take your money to a real bank and do not deal with these predatory lenders. You will be sorry.

I personally think that Helms is an excellent choice for financing a vehicle. They were great when I had trouble with payments and even helped when my vehicle was impounded! Helms is the best, with a $100 deductible, Helms has repaired problems with my vehicle that cost hundreds! Thanks Helms, and a special thanks to Theresa my account manager!!

First of all Lisa D. Is the absolute best! I mustve called her every week to rearrange my Payne ts and she helped me with ease. Made my life easier. Whenever I speak to Lisa I know that I will be taken care of. I must say that I m very much pleased with Helm Associate. That has a lot to do with my account manager Isaac. From the very beginning he s been nothing less than amazing. 2017 became a very hard year financially but he assured me every step of the way that he would help me, and he did just that, and more! He communicates very well, and always has my best interest at heart. I wish all account managers can be like him, with integrity and love for what they do. Thank you Isaac for always displaying the highest level of professionalism. I m glad I went through getting my car with this company. Best decision I ve made. All my adult life Ive had excellent credit and never had any problems purchasing a vehicle. Due to some unfortunate life events my credit score went down and I no longer could go wherever I wanted to buy a car. Then a friend told me about Helm Associates. While I was skeptical at first I was pleasantly surprised how professional they were. Especially my account manager Jessica. She is friendly and understanding of my situation . Really great customer service! I spoke with Jess the other day because there was a problem with my paycheck. She was kind and understanding about my situation and gave me plenty of time to make my payment without any penalties. Theyve always been courteous and very friendly anytime Ive ever had to call them or speak to them. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anybody especially if you have less than perfect credit!

Honestly I have no idea whether this helps your credit score but i do know my account manager has been a God send. I have litterally had the roughest year ever and no matter what it seems like Lisa has been there every step of the way. I recommend this company to anybody with a low credit score.

Me and my wife bought a car a little over 2 years ago and helm assoc was the bank used for the loan. We had jess as our first account mannager and she was beyond wonderful and helpful 100 stars for her. Then a little over a year ago Issac took over for her and did just as good if not a better job. I ended up getting injured and was out of wrk for 4 months. Words can not express how helpful and understanding Isaac was in keepin me on a payment plan that i could afford while i recovered... There truly isnt enough stars to give issac to express how much we appreciated his help, guidance and understanding. Made the money more then worth spending...!!!! I ve been with Helm for a very long time. I ve had to finance 3 different vehicles thru them. They are great. Easy to make payments whether over phone, online or in person with the smoking hot receptionist Amanda. Lol. Jessica is my account manager. She is very nice and easy to approach whenever I ve run into any issues (which is once in a great while) to work out an arrangement.

I ve had a car with this place for almost a year and a half. When I got the car it was 9600. After A WHOLE YEAR.!!!! It s still at 9600. I don t get it. I ve been wasting my money paying 218 every 2 weeks and it s not going towards anything. Not even building my credit because it looks as if I m not paying anything. If you call, they are very rude if you have any questions or concerns other than making a payment. I don t want a repossession on my credit but at this point it s ridiculous. The most pathetic company I have ever dealt with. 2 years of on time payments and never late. I get laid off and was waiting for Unemployment to kick in and they shut my car down after ONE FULL BUSINESS DAY LATE!!!!! Account manager is a heartless liar that says she can t take a half payment that she said she could do before to get my car running. All of a sudden she says she can t when she told me she sends the signals herself to turn it on or off! ONE FULL business day after two years of faithful payments! Place should be ashamed of themselves with they way they treat their customers!!!

I don t know what going on if it s B &B or helm but I bought a truck from them and in two years has had two engines put in and one transmission and the transmission just went again I have made my payments up until this point but I m am No longer dealing with this place. Spent over 6k in repairs on this truck outside of warranty. They put a bad engine and transmission in my car as replacements. And then tell me that it s nothing they can due. Helm continue sly lie about how they will help make u spend more money then don t help you. After blowing almost 15k on this truck I finally did what I should of did a year and a half ago and leave it for them to come take. There are so nice folk there at both places but most of them is frauds and all about money.

This company took 2 payments at the same time , yes I had late payment history but I catched up, people have their struggling moments in life now and then but. I called them up about it and they said sorry because of our automatic payment system and I have to wait 3 days to get the money back in to my bank account. The last time it was on April 2nd I told them to give me 30 minutes only to me to be able to put the money in the bank then I will be able to pay the loan they would not let me and I had to walk in the storm for 4 miles to find a bank ... Look 3 days I have to get the money back becsuse their mistake k I cant even ask for 30 minutes ??? And that 30 minutes is to pay the car loan ???. The manager stupidly answered me with ignorance and with cold blooded heart , not even to say something nice , just keep trying to push me to the corner ...unreall , poor customer servicing and Issac got me into the nerve keep telling me on the phone where is the money where is the money??? Are you serious ???? Its a horrible experience after they make tons of profit for a junk just because they aid they could help to get a car , they suck your blood !!! Helms Associates associated with B&B Auto do not care about you and your daily struggles. I lost my job and asked them could I get a couple days to make the money. They said no and turned the car off anyways. I m so frustrated with the company that I m willing to accept a repo because I m already being charged 4x the price of the car. KBB value is $2500 for my car I ve paid $3500 and still owe $12,000 so yes they can come get this darn car! It s a 02 Camry and I m being charged over $15,000 for a car worth $2500 so I m fine Helms I ll tske the repo and you can have your car and loan back!

Helms Associates is the worst!!!! I wish that I never left the company I was with prior. They never and I mean never work with you. They don t understand that sometimes in life things can come up unexpectedly. My payment was due on a Friday I told them my job processed our timesheets late and I was not going to receive my payment till that Monday. When I tell you Helms did not care all they care about is the money I told them I work 1hour away from home and it s a snow storm and where I was at no public transportation runs around there. So I told them if they cut my car off I will be stuck out in the snow, I could not believe that they did not care and they cut my car off and I was stranded in the snow storm in my cari had to sleep because I couldn t get help from no one to pay helms until Monday but I finally got in touch with my dad who payed them. My thing with them is that they really don t care about they customers they don t work with you and I swear to you I would not recommend anyone to get a loan threw them. Anyone can get faced with unexpected life problems and your car will be shut off for a late payment and I mean just 1 day late it will be cut off not a week or Month or two 1 day they will cut your car off. So please spread the word to family friends and all DO NOT GET A LOAN THREW THEM!!!!!

These people are truly ridiculous! I thought they were pretty cool when I first started with them January of 2017 I really needed a car and being a new driver I was excited to get a car didn t even notice how they ve been getting over I m paying almost $300 every 2 weeks for a 2006 car smh ! Up until I recently had a baby and took of work I ve NEVER been late with a payment & even still NEVER missed a payment not until these frauds did some sneaky stuff to my account and took my car note payment that was due to them & then a week later took another pay unauthorized from account which led to my account becoming overdrafted which states the exact amount THEY took out !!!!! They claim they put the money back into my account which they did not & in return started harassing me about another payment & im like wait how do I owe you guys when you took the money out twice I ve shown bank receipts & statements showing no money was EVER put back in they then began threatening to shut my vehicle off for something that was their fault !!! I then asked if they could send me proof that they put it back so I could take it up with my bank !!! They sent me this bogus looking email with nothing on it but numbers & dates no names or logos or nothing not even my name !!!! NOTHING saying this was proof however in June of 2017 they did what I thought was helping by getting my car from impound but I paid ppa a lot of money to get my car back & then they said they paid $600 to get it back now all this time later their saying I still owe them over $400 for that ???!!! This company is HIGH WAY ROBBERY & I agree needs to be shut down I m in the process of handling stuff with my lawyer because I will not be played with like this..... I d rather just give them this vehicle back part ways and find a more reliable trustworthy company to do business with

I financed a car from bnb automotive in January of 2017. The loan is through helm associates. Since the day I picked up this car the check engine light has been on. I have taken it to the dealership as well as their warranty scam artist shop multiple times. Every time it ends in the same result once I get a block away the check engine light is back. Then helm has the nerve to turn off my car on thanksgiving weekend. When I called them and told them I couldnt cash my paycheck because we got busy at work and I couldnt leave. Mind you I have never missed one payment on the piece of junk that one day will probably kill me. I would avoid this place at all costs. They will not help you. Also most new dealers can get you financed in bad credit situations and stand behind their product. Maybe after this review they will actually contact me to maybe rectify this and put me in something other then a car that has a check engine light for 11 months they keep saying they fix and then same thing.

My account manager claims that I never called even though I had proof. She was so rude and basically said that she doesn t care who I spoke to she s not doing anything! We ve never been late on a payment and that woman had the nerve to call me a liar and dismiss my situation. This company needs to be closed. I came to this organization because no other car company would sell me a car do to the fact that I didnt have good credit nor have I ever had a loan in my name. And I desperately needed a vehicle to get back and forward to work. So they say they judge your payment arrangement by your income and your liabilities such as bills ( rent, gas & electric, etc.). I called and let them know that I needed to get reevaluate do to the changes in my living they told me they cant help me to not pay my bills just to pay them and I just asked for a payment arrangement for this week only and I never missed a payment like I wont even give them any recommendations because I feel like they raping the public they overcharging for old used cars and they still not trying to be helpful Im paying damn near $500 a month for a 09 vehicle when I can pay half that for a up to date vehicle this just dont make sense.

The account manager Maria is extremely rude. I have been making my payments on time. I call a whole week ahead of time just to SEE if I cant make an arrangement for my carnote on the 19th. She proceeds to tell me that it is a default on my loan and she will need to review it with the manager. How is it a default if the due date is not here yet? Seems extremely fishy to me. I will proceed to make my payments on time! Be cautious if you decide to take a loan out through them because if anything unforseen was to occur they wouldnt care. They are about money not the well-being of the borrowers.

I got my car a couple of years ago when my credit was very bruised. Two years later my credit is excellent due to the fact that Helm actually reports payment history to the credit bureau. Isaac was always a great help the couple of times I needed to make payment arrangemenst. There are many buy here pay here lots out there but only a few of them will report your payments to the credit bureaus. My vehicle has been very reliable. It only needed service a couple of times and the service was outstanding. -Brent

Helms customer service is excellent but I still found it difficult to rate Helm Associates higher than 2 stars. Although I was able to finance my vehicle it was 12 years old when I bought it and I paid triple the value of the vehicle. Now that Im almost at the end of my lease the transmission is going along with other problems thats on me because the warranty was up after 150,000 miles. I also really dont see a increase in my credit score. All in all it was difficult with such a high payment but I was in a jam and desperately needed a car. For people with bad credit I would advise them to only use Helm as a last resort.

I have had my car since 8/2015. The transmission went in 1/2016. The repair shop had it for almost a month. I still was responsible for the car note. And paying people to take me to work and other places. The air conditioner does not work. The rear defrost does not work. The back window shield wipers do not work . I have not missed a payment and applied for other credit. The place where I applied for credit thinks I am not paying my car note because of the way you report to Trans Union. The last time your company posted anything was 10/2016. So of course it looks as though I am not paying. I offered to give them your companys telephone to verify that it is being paid. But they would not do that. Now if I was not paying you would turn the vehicle off. That was explained to me in 8/2015. I understand that this is a 30 month loan. I now look at this situation I am in ......I wish I never walked through your door!!!! I have spoke to 5 auto companies about yours....Every last one now tells me to BEWARE!!!! Too freaking late..... But everyone else I am telling you please look elsewhere....

I just got this car which I love ,but I decided to open up a new bank account which caused my job to mail out a paper check instead of direct deposit my payment is due today and my check arrives tomorrow and the guy I spoke with on the phone told me to go get someone to pay it today I dont need nobody paying my bills I work very hard its just a matter of getting my check and depositing it into a new account he was absolutely no help at all so I told him well if you need to get the car for it being a day late please do so because thats ridiculous ONE FREAKING DAY

During my time with helm associates I wouldnt have asked for a better accountant Isaac is the best I give him A + credibility he understands I. Does everything that he can to assist , he shows he cares in trys to make things on both ends so that the business relationship is successful in both parties are happy is he definitely the best accountant to have I would not want to trade to any one else !

I have been dealing with Helm Associates for over 2 years. They have always been kind and courteous when I call them. My account manager Theresa Masi is the nicest person to talk to she always takes the time to help me when I call her.

Issac is the best accountant to have hands down. Hes very understanding and will work with you to the best of his ability. I had to make an payment arrangement and he was so helpful with doing that. He didnt give me a hard time or anything. My sister has a loan thru Helm and she always wishes she has Issac for her accountant. I love working with Issac and when Im done paying off my car now I will be returning for services. Issac gets a A+ and some in my book. Also hes very respectful and helpful. Before we hang up he always makes sure that Im satisfied and happy. Go Issac you Rock!!!

They gave me second chance when noone else would. They worked with me through my disablity. They offered great services such as an outstanding warranty and vehicle locator that got me discounts on my insurance.

Theresa is the best account manager she helps you find away to overcome all obstacles even when I wanted to give up she didnt let me she took time out of her busy schedule to help me find a way to get back on track unlike many people who are just worried about getting the money shes genuinely interested in helping you out.

I highly recommend Helm Associates to anyone looking for a car loan. From day one it has been a pleasant experience. Everyone there treats you with respect. They understand things come up and work with you to resolve any issues. My account manager Theresa is the best!!! Theresa has gone above and beyond for us and she is always friendly and professional. This us my third car with helm associates. Great company. Isaac is the greatest associate by far. Hes always respectful, helpful and very understanding. Ive only had to arrange my payments a few times and he never gave me a hard time. I highly recommend using this company for purchasing a new car. Isaac is A+++++

The associates at Helm Associates helped me out so much from day 1. They are friendly attentive and very professional. Teresa was very kind and always had a positive answer to all my problems. When I went to go retrieve my car Brandon helped me out with my plates and also went through a journey just to get me into my car and onto the road. Ive had a loan with helm associates for a little over a year. My payments have always been on time. A few weeks ago I resigned from my job due to military reasons. I called my loan manger Theresa and informed her of my dilemma. She was very understanding of my circumstance. She has gone above and beyond to work with me these last few weeks by giving me great advice to help get my payments in and on time. I would recommend this company to anyone. Theresa is the best!

Brandon was excellent, my car was impounded and he acted promptly in getting my vehicle out. Their recovery assistance program is great. Most car dealerships does not offer the recovery service but Helms does. Thanks again Helms

Helms Associates has really gone above and behind for me. I was late making a payment, all I did was call them up and they worked with me. I have always made payments on time, so when I came to them with a problem, they made a solution that worked for e and them. I appreciate Rachel in the office in Bristol, she really was the one to point me in the direction. She is always making sure I am caught up and if there is any problems she calls me. If I am late making my payment by a couple hours they give me the time I need. Thank you all at Helms Associates!

They would have gotten no stars of the site would of let me post with no stars, these cockheads lock my car after I paid the payment late. The crazy thing is I called and told them it was going to be late and I still paid.

Had the worst experience with helms associates , Dan the financial manger is very DISRESPECTFUL he does not value his customers and will NEVER get business from me EVER! Id advice anyone going for an auto loan they should not go here !
