Store was clean & had good selection of jewelry, which was what I was looking for. I enjoy stopping in ATG's as their selection & pricing is pretty fair on silver items. Birdie was welcoming & attentive. It's hard to find good customer service these days, but I felt heard & taken care of, I appreciated that. I left with some unique earrings...which is why I love this store so much...not the same stuff you'll find anywhere.

Ive delt with this place for years and they have been good to deal with however, I recently came in and seen a inverter generator and I had been looking for one just like it, this one was said to have four batteries and built in charger so great I put 150.00 dollars down on it and then learn they cant find two of the batteries and after looking online it also does not have pass through power or does it have a built in charger so I was surprised the cost to buy the things I was told it would have would cost me 200 dollars more than buying the same product brand new. So I kindly return to All that Glitters and tell them that they made a mistake on a generator that they had said four batteries and it had a built in charger the manager was contacted and she came to me and said no return no refund and not even a credit because I looked at it and bought it so that is really poor business if you ask me especially when you consider Im a good customer who has a dozen active loans there that I renew when I emrun out of time and on a few items Ive payed back what was borrowed already just in renewal so that are making bank Im good with that I would do the same but to misrepresent something and sell it then learn of the error and not stand up for whats right is disappointing but for sure fits todays way of living, real sad, as Im leaving I asked one more thing, I asked so if you sold me a cubic zirconia diamond and told me it was a real diamond are you telling me since I bought it thinking it was a diamond and you telling me it was that you wouldnt return the diamond and she said correct. Does this sound like the sort of place you would want to buy from why not just own the things you say when your in business again very disappointed and out another 150 bucks to the loan sharks

Staff are friendly enough, but you have to watch them if you let them touch your jewelry. Theyll acid scratch everything (without warning, despite stamps, and apparently vigorously 3 or more times until they decide that oh huh yeah well just deface your stuff and not want it). Then the lady had the audacity to say itd buff out. Yeah, maybe if you didnt deform in the decorative metalwork of the front of the broach? Why would you do it on the front anyway? I took it into a jeweler to see if I COULD repair my antique piece, but no. Ruined; thanks all that glitters.

The staff were friendly enough, but the return policy is not lenient. I went in looking for chainsaws and there was a saw posted as a Stihl 461 in a case. It looked like it was in rough shape and started rough too, but for the price on clearance I was okay with putting in some work to get back in working condition. Turns out it was actually a Stihl 271 farmboss when I got it home and was cleaning it. I immediately brought it back within 45 minutes and they wouldnt refund my money. I wouldnt have bought any of their other saws available because I was looking for a professional saw, not a homeowner saw. There is a huge difference between a 461 and a 271 in build quality and power. I tried to sell them a couple smaller saws that I was looking to upgrade from and they checked the SN sticker which has the model number so they should have seen that the pull string cover was wrong to label that 271 as a 461.

Typically a good pawn shop to go to. I have sold and pawned many items here. Only one persons appraisal that I do not like but I wont specify who. But for example, I brought in an Xbox Series X, still brand new. The lady says Oh its selling for about $400 online. I can offer about $150 or even $175. Like wut? Couldnt even offer over $200? This is clearly a high selling item and they could have sold it the next day. I just needed quick cash, but not that bad. Sold it to gamestop for $280. That is $100+ more than All That Glitters offered me. I know you gotta make money, but some items you gotta be realistic on giving appraisals. I was willing to let it go for $250 my lowest but $175 was just plain rude. I also assume she is not too aware on how high demand these items are. Note, these are $560 brand new. Tend to resell for $500 and sometimes even more than the original price. Obviously wasnt what I was expecting, but as stated $175 was rude.

Been there a few times. Usually was decent though kinda lame they wouldnt sell standard capacity magazines even though the ban is not in effect yet as of the 7th. If not for that its usually more of a 3.5 of 5 stars in my view based on the times ive been there.

Purchased an OTF knife with a Benchmade logo on the blade for 90$. After showing a friend of mine he pointed out that it was not the Infidel but actually a knockoff being sold on wish for $5! I went back the next day to return it and get a refund. The longhaired employee didnt question my return at all because they all knew it was a counterfeit!! When I told the goofy dark haired employee it was illegal to sell counterfeit items he copped an attitude with me! Their solution to the issue was to price the $5 knife for $30 so they didnt take a loss...

I got a loan on my Xbox, when I picked it up someone new had logged into my Xbox, downloaded games on the console, added friends and they denied EVERYTHING. Even though I have actual proof of dates when all of this transpired while the Xbox was in their possession. Now none of the games load because this one account is logged in and I can t log out. Horrible place DO NOT GO!

Wow, This is not your average pawn shop! They are extremely knowledgeable, honest and fair. I love how the same employees are always there too! I am writing in regards to specifically the Lancaster Drive location. I have all my rings sized and the goldsmith Bryan seriously calls me the next day sometimes! All under $60 typically! Lorena and the other gal behind the jewelry counter are my favorites; they show my kids and I kindness and smiles when we come to do business. Thank you!!!

They are generous and honest, I had a 5 star experience with jordan who was more then honest and fair I had a 14k item in the 10k bag that a previous potential buyer had marked 10k he told me it was in fact 14k. Staff are super-friendly. As far as pawn shops go, All That Glitters is a very happy medium: not sleazy, not pretentious; Ive observed them treating people who pawn here with compassion and respect. Good prices. The inventory isnt huge, but definitely worth stopping to check out if you havent been.

Horrible customer service. I called ask a few quick questions and the lady that answered (Sandy) was very rude. Which greatly surprise me because Im not used to people in a sales position talking to me a potential customer in such a way. Confused about why I let her know that I dont know very much about guns and ammo. I thought maybe my inexperience may have offended in some way Well I dont know how someone with no experience with guns & ammo has so much ammo!!! I wish i hadnt been so shocked or Id have gone the F off on her. Instead i calmly told her 500rounds is 1 small box and she told me they werent interested in anything I had...Way to go SANDY!!! You caused your establishment to lose money today and money in the future because i will never ever come to this pawn shop and i happen to well respected in my community and I will be personally telling any and everybody that I come across for the next two weeks to go to Capital Pawn where they actually know how to treat customers with some modicum of respect. Sandy you need to be fired ASAP I can only imagine how much $$$ you have personally cause that business to lose.

Beware! Know the value of your gold before going here. I went in a few years ago to sell gold jewelry. I had a heavy gold ring that I took the diamond out of, but was advised by the jeweler that it had a lot of gold so dont sell it below $4,000. Because I was in dire need, I sold it for $100 & have regretted it ever since.

I saved up enough money to buy an Xbox 1 from here and I went and bought it immediately for $110. I was so excited so when I got I home I plugged it all in hoping to play with my friends. Come to find our that the main motherboard piece for the HDMI port was completely ruined and didnt show the images on the TV.

Had pawned multiple music instruments and an error on their behalf they left a guitar amp off my pawn slip or maybe Im at fault also for not checking my pawn slip any how when went to retrieve my items no amp they where not even willing to check if there was a amp mislabeled. I work hard for what I have and dont like giving it a way for free I will never go back thats was just my experience negative 5 stars

So happy I came in to find the ring that made me happy, was surprised to find out that they offer half off of the sticker price and sometimes even more off that. Also their customer service was absolutely amazing Lorena helped us find a ring in our budget and then since their prices were so good we also bought a pendant. She was so nice and helpful. I will most definitely recommend this pawn shop to other people and I will also be back in to buy more jewelry. We stopped at capital pawn first and they didn t even offer any discounts off their sticker prices, so all that glitters is where it s all! Thanks again Lorena you re doing a amazing job!

Been going to All That Glitters for a few years now. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Offers top dollar for pawns, and reasonable prices for inventory in the store.

I have done business at this location many times for years. Recently I went in to buy a guitar and ended up returning it because of issues with the instrument. The staff was not happy. They returned my money with grumbling and a comment about this is just what we need. Very ridiculous since I have given them a lot of money over the years. I will not be going back and I strongly recommend people to go to capital pawn, where you will be treated as if your money matters, which it does.

I came in to buy a firearm they had in stock. They have trigger locks on all their firearms and refuse to remove them until you have purchased it. I will not buy a used firearm without being able to function check it. You lost a sale today.

I found something on offerup from them and we both agreed to a price lower than what they were selling it for. Came in from Albany to pick it up and they refused to sell it to me for that price. Said they never said that. So I showed them the convo where they said that and they still wouldnt sell it for that price. They are very shady and rude. Dont agree on a deal that you cannot provide. That is wrong. Asked for owners information and they wouldnt give me it. Beware.

Just bought a Ruger 9MM from all that glitters salem Oregon and I would like to say these guys and women are simply the best people to deal with. One of the best things is they are so friendly and they really do care about all the people they do business with. They have some of the best prices on all there stuff they have for sale and they make sure you are happy with anything you may buy. honestly some of the rudest people contacted them not once but twice about different firearms they told me to come into the shop and they would make a deal with me and both times i went into the shop they refused to make a deal with me and the 2nd time not only was they extremely rude about it but the firearm was in alot worse shape then it shown in the photos
