I love my credit union! I was in a major pinch when my cars ac stopped working. See I live in Arizona and this time of year thats just not an option. I quickly contacted my credit union and explained the situation. See my credit is not great but that did not stop them! They were able to work with me and quickly. I was able to get my loan and fix my car all in the same day! I truly am thankful for Lori and the team there! Thank you!

I ve been a member longer than anyone who has worked there, they have seen me through the death of my husband. They are more than a bank they have been like a family to me. But then I go back so far that some of them recognize my voice and I ve never just felt like a number.

I have been with this credit union for years, and, until recently, things have gone swimmingly. However, they messed up one of the most simple of requests: changing my address. I have been dealing with this issue for nearly two weeks, which has been a major stressor to my summer. Every time I email or call, a different staff member answers, and it is truly a burden to explain an error that *they* made and gotten different information with each call. EDIT: never use this credit union. No accountability for their mistakes, no customer follow-up, nada. Disappointing and infuriating.

I ve had an account With them for over 25 years, they used to have the absolute best service, however the last 3-4 years they have gone down hill hard. Changing policies and loan requirements, messing up deposits, charging overdraft fees when there was no overdraft, and the way they treat their members now is worse than any corporate bank I ve ever used. When the leadership changed and Dickie Lee and Sydney left, this place became a absolute joke. Would never suggest this credit union to anyone.

I arrived close to closing and needed to replace my bank card. The cashier made my card then I left go use the outside ATM, my card did not work so I returned to the bank as they were closing. I was allowed to enter & the same cashier fixed the card. The cashier was very courteous

We all have our own struggles. I called the credit union last month to let them know my father had passed away which is who made my payment as I Was His companion. I wanted them to know that it would be late so they sent me a letter and I called him back today and the lady was very rude and tried to tell me that it would take two years and I said hell no. I have a lawyer and things are moving a lot faster she made me feel like I was going to lose my vehicle and I had no options at all when I know they have a skip a payment plan and other options and I could even lower my truck payment because Ive been paying since 2017 and havent had any problems. All she can tell me is dont talk to me like that my father died and I really dont care to hear anybody tell me how I can or cannot talk Im doing the best that I can and I have money to give them but she had no comforting words other than hostility. I just cant cast the check because my father died in the fire on March 8th and Im struggling and I have my other normal struggles that I dont care to put on here all Im saying is this woman could have been a little bit more sensitive and have better customer service skills she was very impressive like she wanted that money now and it would take two years and she was extremely inconsiderate Ive never experienced somebody so rude and heartless heartless needless to say I hung up on her it was probably making sure she knew but she was out of line Im sure I used a few Choice words that I wont put on to hear but nevertheless shes the professional she should have handled herself a lot better and be a little bit more understanding shes dealing with peoples loans.

We have 2 cars and a trailer loan through them. We had never had a problem getting a loan. in the last two years they have gotten so bad. They keep changing the loan rules around to keep you from getting a loan. nothing has changed on our part. I m so fed up with the loan debt. Once our loans are paid I will never use again. We don t recommend them for a loan or banking.

As a dealer, we deal with many different credit unions in the area and this can sometimes create confusion for the client. However, in a recent transaction that I was involved in, Lori made these problems disappear. She was extremely professional and assisted her client in his purchase making the entire transaction very smooth and easy for not just us, the dealer, but more so for her client. If all loan officers were like Lori, the relationship between dealer and client would be much better in the future. With 30 years of experience I can tell you that Lori deserves some special recognition for her fine service and sunny disposition. I would definitely recommend PCPFCU and Lori to all of my customers.

I am a car salesman who finds the unethical practices of a loan officer there named Lori, reprehensible. To tell a customer that he only qualifies for a 20k loan when I had an approval for more money so the client could buy the truck he wanted is distressing. Then to direct the client to a different dealer and a different vehicle can only make sense if she is receiving kick backs from that dealer. Either way, I can not recommended PCPCU to clients in the future.

This is the worst place to bank. I was a fraud victim and the loan officer there Toni treated me like I was the criminal. They turned a bad situation worse. Now I have to pay back the full amount they offered no help at all. I said I wanted to file a police report and she pretty much told me it was useless and they wouldnt do anything so when I didnt she asked if I had and if I didnt she was going to do it. I opened a new account at another bank. After I pay off the scam I will close my account and never return to this bank.
