So far the experience has been very rough. My husband and I opened an account almost 3 weeks ago, and we had not received the debit card. We use the message to inquire when expected or if they got lost, tried to get the benefit of the doubt. Kind representative give me a call and Helped me through the issue. She stated I could come in and withdraw cash or get a travel card free of fees as we currently had no access to our funds. When entering the Washburn location this afternoon I was told that I would still have to pay at least $3.95 to get my funds that would allow me to pay our bills. When I explain to the representative that I did not want to pay a fee for having access to my money when it was their error, She just proceeded to explain the benefits of the cards and how I could use the card to pay bills if necessary, and how money would go back into the account if we did not use it all. I had to restate myself A second time that I did not want to have to pay fee to have access to my money and would just like to withdraw cash. Apparently, some miscommunication with the local team And no notes on the account informing another what is going on, but that was very frustrating for a first experience, and I will not be able to pay my bills on time as all of our money is in the account and has to be paid online. They’re trying but, they’re team seems to need some work.

Karla was extremely helpful in getting me a personal loan over the phone through Pacific Crest credit union. On Monday I gave her some information, she forwarded it to a loan officer who approved it in minutes. On Tuesday I signed docs online using docusign. Tuesday afternoon I had the money in my account. Lauren is a rock star! I have two separate stories, and both are extremely complimentary, as I am so impressed with her friendly demeanor, her professionalism, and her diligence in ensuring all is weell, accounted for, and everyone is a winner when she is at the helm! Today, she bent over backwards to secure a loan for me, working expeditiously as possible, so I could purchase an RV without keeping the seller waiting. (One of those If you pay me in 2 days, Ill sell at this price scenarios.) As long as Lauren is servicing loans at Pacific Crest, I will always reach out to her. I feel like she is such a friendly, warm soul, she does a great service, which should not be ignored. Last year, Lauren was working on providing loan options for me, a twist of fate came my way, and after all her work, I went another direction. Not only did she provide the best possible options for me, if I were to require a loan, but her patience and sense of humor made the process even better! The company I was making a large purchase from ended up offering me zero percent interest rate for 48 months. When I advised Lauren of the scenario, she was happy for me, and offered to assist me again in the future, rather than disparaging me for wasting her time. One star is really to high for Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union. Ive only been with them for two months and theyve already screwed up twice for a total of $2,500. In July of 2023, they deducted a check for $2,000 out of my checking account that I didnt even write. In August 2023, they didnt post my $500 direct deposit to my savings account which is to cover a car payment. A coworker who is also banking with Pacific Crest has had the same problems with Pacific Crest not crediting his payroll check to his account. In the nineteen years at the Employees Federal Credit Union or the seven years at US Bank, I never had these problems. Worst bank Ive ever banked with.

Most credit unions are connected even if youre out of state but unfortunately here in Klamath Falls Oregon there is no place to deposit or to withdraw except from an ATM with a limit of $300 to $400 a day very disappointing

Im still having issues on getting my new debit card before it expires next week. I leave on a Shriners medical trip for my daughter next week, and Im now being told a replacement wont arrive until AFTER I leave for my trip. So now I wont have access to funds to pay to come home. Lauren at Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union is a loan officer extraordinaire! I know that might sound a little over the top, but that s because she is just that. She is over the top with kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. I m new to this area and to this credit union and was initially drawn to it because of great auto loan rates. After refinancing a couple of vehicles and recently using them for a credit line, I ve just been so impressed with how simple they all make the process. Timely responses, clear instructions, and just such warm and friendly service every step of the way. In a world of endless hold times, automated responses and online only interactions, to work with a bank that still values personal attention to their customer is a breath of fresh air. Got overdrafted on (Sunday)new years. Bank didn t open until the 3rd. Refused to wave fee. Small town business claimed but not earned. Greedy to take $57 dollars for $22 transaction made right as soon as possible due to branch closure.

I really like pacific crest, but I m considering closing my account as they still don t support Apple Pay. I ve been hoping they ll add support for years, but at this point I ve lost hope.

I really like this credit union! The lending department is phenomenal! Lauren in the lending department was so friendly, kind, understanding, and patient. I believe she is the one who helped us set up our original loan and 2 years later, I called to refinance and she was amazing again! Along with her PCFU has been nothing short of professional and I trust having our finances in their hands!

Ive been a member since I was 12. I love how personal and friendly everyone always is. Got a problem? No biggie, theyll figure it out and call right back. ALSO they do SO MANY amazing things for this community. I have seen them support Friends of the Children, the Ross Ragland and the Linkville Players for sure.... I bet theres more. But then they do their own events for the community too (please bring back the bigfoot hunt, so much fun). Why use a soulless bank when you could instead use local people who care about our community?

I cannot say enough great things about PCFCU...I am one tough customer so I know superior customer service when I see it and I give PCFCU a 10+++. Specifically, I have enjoyed working with Sherry Preston on my HELOC. Sherry is incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products offered by PCFCU and was full of outside the box ideas utilizing products and services outside of her role in the mortgage department. Sherry was a key player in helping me work toward accomplishing my financial goals and I am very grateful. Also shout out to Nicole in lending... So helpful and responsive! Superior service, wonderful products -I am so happy I am a client of Pacific Crest FCU!!!

I have been banking at Pacific Crest since the early 80s. They have always been very helpful and courteous. They have easy access. We opened accounts for all of our children which helped them understand savings, checking, and how credit cards work. I really like the new remodel as well. Highly helpful and would recommend them. Luke is especially helpful.

Pacific Crest is great! They provide great customer service, timely response to processing of loans and questions in regards to processing of loans. The staff is knowledgeable and cares about their customers. When banking there, the staff is prompt to assist whether in the bank or in the drive through. I would recommend Pacific Crest to anyone!!

I dont like putting a negative review as I have had fine experiences with staff but I can not in good conscience recommend this credit union. This is due to the security they claim to be so fantastic actually being ineptly made and failing at the simplest hurdles. I had to call in on a transaction happening in Georgia, I have never been or was in Georgia at the time, just to give one example.

If I could give more then 5 stars I absolutely would! Parker helped me setup my business account and the whole process was painless, in fact, it was an absolute joy to work with him! Its not often you walk into a bank or credit union and feel so welcome and that you are the top priority. Parker gave us all the information we needed and had many laughs during the experience. All in all if you need a business account look no further then Parker at Pacific Crest! You wont be disappointed!

Careful when you call to update your new address they don t do it . Then they slowly start using fees to wipe out your savings account. Then blame you for it.

I opened this account when I moved to Klamath Falls because there are no branches of my usual credit union (Oregon State CU, highly recommended) . When I got my check from my 401k however, I realized my mistake. I understand putting a couple of days hold on big checks, but 7 business days at Christmas time was a big F you. Thanks Pacific Crest for ruining our Christmas!!!! It was obviously a valid check with the check stub still attached. Klamath falls is backwards AF.

customer service is great. Technologically it sucks. Very hard to travel with debit card, and cannot use it to pay my bills because somehow the anti fraud program thinks Western Union speed pay is a fraud or something. AND the stupid card gets blocked almost every time I travel.

They take days to process trans actions and then when you call them because there automated system isnt working for you they say try this number or that one and oh if you ask for a loan they put you on a phone for a couple of hours to even apply for one sorry but not sorry this bank sucks and you shouldnt waste your time like I did go to us bank, Wells Fargo, or rogue credit union
