I recently bought a bike from Cash connection, it didn’t fit me right so I brought it back and Austin took care of me. He made sure to go up and above to make sure that I found a bike that I actually liked . I started going to cash connection and Bend back in the 90s moved over here. I’m just glad to see you that I lived right around the corner from the grants Pass location have the best Staff hands down, Audrick, the new manager is an awesome guy. Hope i spelled his name right. Best deals around.

I think they are cheap and shady. I dealt with a guy with a gray beard. I bring in 2 cameras. 1worth $50 and 1 at $358 and was loaned $20each was told they sell for same. B.s. then I had a new $160 TV they only loaned $10 and a $150 dremel I got $20. The problem is he put them on separate tickets. I paid it of in about a week, way early and was charged $7 on the $20 and $7 on the $10bucks. Thats ridiculous. He purposely did sep. Tickets and then charged me as if it was 60 days old. Was only a week. Ill never go back there and I will be reporting this to the correct authorities. Thieves they are.

Owner is a true and honest business man. Fair and respectful. One of the lady employees can be a bit gruff, but no one has ever been rude or unwelcoming. Accompanying a disabled friend to return Wii game system and TV/DVD PLAYER combo that were malfunctioning in our home. While they tested the game system, they wouldnt do the test with the TV, they sold with game system. We also had an issue getting a DVD out of DVD player. Of course the DVD eject worked there, but that they wouldnt run the Wii on the TV to see it freezes, we decided to rectify this the only way they offer, store credit. We found a light weight H-D jacket for $80. Seemed a bit pricey for a nothing special jacket, but realize youre paying for the H-D name. Service was ok, but really wished they wouldve checked it out on the equipment they sold to her.

For my first experience in dealing with a pawn shop, I felt like it was a pleasant experience. Starting with me calling with questions, the lady who answered the phone was very courteous and helpful. At the store Audric was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable on every item we discussed. He answered all my questions and made my first visit comfortable. I will probably be doing more business with them in the future. He also enlightened me about their layaway options that would make for a great way to purchase Christmas or any special occasion gifts. I have been a fan of Grants Pass Cash Connection since I moved here in 2013. I have always been treated fairly and honestly, no matter if Ive sold an item or if I have purchased an item. Today, my review will be about Audric Morton. I had him show me a ring a few weeks back that I wanted to replace my current wedding ring (which I also bought at Cash Connection a couple of years ago). Ive been looking for the ring to end all rings and found it! I didnt have the ability to get it on Black Friday but kept the picture first and foremost in my gallery. I looked at it every day. Went back to see if it was still in the case several times, and it was. I emailed Audric yesterday to make sure he was working today...HE WAS! We met again, and we worked out an amazing deal I could not pass up. I was still shaking when I got home, to show my my husband. He was SO amazed, because he had not seen it yet, but saw the picture which didnt do it justice. We are both so happy with my purchase. Now I just need to get it sized. I m currently entering into my 6th month of delayed status on a backround check after a firearm purchase from cash connection. After countless inquires via voicemails and emails to the OSP I was straight up ignored. 2 months into my delay after being totally in the dark as to the cause or status of my delay, I reached out to cash connection in an attempt to establish some kind of communication with OSP. Being under no obligation at all to assist me, seeing how they have nothing to do with this area of the firearm transfer. Not only did they reach out to OSP for me but also faxed the requested documents (after I obtained them of course) to OSP on my behalf in an attempt to expedite my background check. I patiently waited another 3 1/2 months and after continued silence from the OSP I again reached out to cash connection and still being under no obligation to assist me at all, reached out to OSP and was able to actually get a FICS agent to contact me. Without this last inquiry by cash connection its clear to me I would have been on indefinite delay seeing how no progress had been made on my check nor was any attempt by OSP being made to advance it. Special thanks to Audrick (hopefully I spelled it right) for all his help and who even called me to check if ive made contact with OSP, thanks again for all your help.

I went in to buy a cheap guitar to play around with while staying in town. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and allowed me to play as many as I liked. They had a decent selection of guitars ranging from beginner to advanced. They even threw in a gig bag for free so it wouldnt get wet, as it was raining outside. Highly recommend, will definitely go back.

Went in on a whim, ended up with a lovely Yamaha guitar. Wasnt planning on buying anything, but the staff were more genuine and helpful than any pawn shop Ive ever visited. Their were way overstocked, make us an offer wasnt a sales pitch; I declined to haggle and asked for the best they could do on the instrument, which apparently was to knock off $100 with none of the well, if you FORCE us malarkey. Ive only dealt with this businesses from a buyers side, but my impression was of an honest establishment in a field not known for honesty. Surprised.and pleased!

They are what pawn shops are supposed to be. Ive never left Cash Connection unsatisfied Once you go in youll see its not room full of ancient electronics and antique corded drills that somebody is calling a pawn shop

Really great people and always a beneficial experience. I bought an XL mountain bike from cash connection and it was a little too big after riding it for some time. I brought it back and a friendly employee named Grant offered a fair price in exchange for a smaller mountain bike. Satisfied customer:)

Everytime my wife and I go to buy quality watches and jewelry/weapons and ammo we dont always start at cash connection yet we always end there. I thought that I had lost my diamond ring forever! Yeah I had traded it in a couple weeks back and after giving it a great deal of thought , I wanted it back after all! To my surprise the great staff at Cash Connection were bending backwards too get my diamond ring back!!! I will gladly recommend everyone thats looking for jewelry to stop in . Told me a ring was fake and worth nothing. Then offered me $275 for another ring that turns out to be worth over $2000. Go to Father and Son!!! He informed me my ring is actually real and gave me real estimates.

I have worked with this particular store in G.P. for years. They are always honest and reasonable. Never jad an issue with anything I have purchased there. They have the best selection on anything you could possibly desire at their pawn shops in the area. I dont go anywhere else for my pawn needs.

Do not buy a laptop from them, I should expand that statement by adding do not buy a laptop from any pawn shop. Having said the above in the past, I recently purchased a Folbot Kodiak Kayak from the folks at Cash Connection. The kayak was essentially brand new, some parts were still in plastic, never seen the water yet, but it will. Got it for a great price, will take more purchase money to the folks there now.

Always a great day, after shopping at this place. Always. They are extremely Trustworthy and personable. They offer a large variety of cool, practical, essential and rare items at better than fair to bargain basement prices. These folks treat my family and I as if we are their Pals. I travel America as an Over The Road Truck Driver. I have shopped lots of Swap Meets, Antique Malls and Pawn Shops (including Vegass Pawn Stars, and Detroits, Hardcore Pawn). If I could only shop 1 store in Southern Oregon, it would be Cash Connection. Thanks folks.

During covid crisis, I understand that they need to take precautions to ensure everyone s safety. However, I called to see if they were open, and the guy on the phone was super rude. He said that they were open, but customers who want to buy dvds aren t really their main concern right now. Like somehow other customers are more important? Great business practice! I won t be returning!

Don t do business with this pawn shop! If you forget about a pawn or lay away, don t worry they drop it. No form of communication to ask hey did you still want this item? They take your money and say nothing. Cashier told me I should ve stayed up on my item. Great customer service!! They rip you off.

If someone gave this over 2 stars they are lying. This place is a poop hole. They are asking over retail value on items that are years old! All of the firearms are ugly, worn, junk even rusted!! or over priced. I cant imagine they give you much value for anything. I would steer clear of this sketchy shop.

Here is my 2¢...l like to shop and support local small businesses and l also like to be green and try and purchase gently used items as to not add more energy consumption making a new product. I do all my shopping at this store , for Christmas and birthdays. Every item I have bought here has been a hit! AND....I save a million dollars too . Why pay retail for new stuff when you can buy practically anything from here. My grandson wanted to try snowboarding, they decked him out with quality equipment at a fraction of what you pay retail. My husband wanted a new Nikon camera, which we could never afford, even used on Craigslist or facebook marketplace. At Cash Connection, they hooked me up with a camera I could have never afforded. Did I mention the crew of employees there...? Best service in Grants Pass....ANYWHERE I m tellin ya, you will NOT be disappointed.

I just got my husband the most beautiful ring and there were so many to choose from. The service was great and price was hands down unbeatable . If you are in the Grants pass area, definitely make a stop at Cash Connection, you will be glad you did.
