My first loan was with Summit Funding and Jenness was my Loan Officer. I did have interactions with a few of the folks at Summit Funding and each person truly was wonderful. The 2nd time around, I knew who to reach out to about my needs and Jeness once again was amazing. I felt more like a friend she was dealing with; I trusted that she was giving me the same information, advice and care she would to her friends and family. Its obvious that she takes her career serious and only wants to do whats best for her client because that means success in the long term. The difference between and job and a career, short term success vs long term. Id recommend anyone to, not only Jenness, but Summit Funding in general. Also, to just to add, when I reached out with questions, I never once felt like I had to go with Jenness or Summit Funding. I was told of different options and what those could look like. I am so grateful that my husband and I landed with summit funding. It can be a scary thing to get your first mortgage but summit funding worked so hard to find us the best deal that we could sustain. Our loan officer was Reid Sebby and though he s newer at this he is so bright and smart. He knew we were first time home buyers and he answered every possible question that ever crossed our mind. Out of the other 3 houses we own, this loan process was by far the easiest. Felt like we didnt even have to think about the next step as the team was already two steps ahead of us. On top of getting the best rate they could for us in this market they had excellent customer service skills with weekly checkins and a schedule they stuck to. WOULD completely recommend :)

He and Will took time to build a relationship, and I knew I could trust them. Josh and Summit were able to get me to my desired monthly payment and interest rate (and under it in the end).
