The two ladies that work at Ace check Express are extraordinary there is the nicest sweetest kindest ladies very proficient and informative and all around considerate gone above and beyond several times for helping me out staying late explaining or getting a card same day half hour before she closes to the ease of doing loans there and unless the way they handle peoples personal affairs. I would recommend them to anyone whos looking for a bank account online, money orders,cashing any kind of chedk or personal loans.

I have never had any issues with the Ace cash express on 7th Street in Eugene, Or. Staff always polite and more than willing to explain how things work, and do what it takes to get your payday loan approved. I cannot speak of the other services they offer since I have never used said services. But all in all I would recommend. As with any loan, payday or otherwise, you must be aware of the rather high interest rates that are charged. That is the price you pay for assistance and/or the convenience of getting money when you are desperately in need. So just be careful and do not borrow what you cannot pay back. It is easy to get caught up in the every month thing. Souse caution , be smart, and go through this Ace branch in 7th in Eugene, Or.

While traveling & running errands I had such a great experience at the other location I decided to stop in and I was very happy to see the same Happy Face young lady named Kyrah there to help me again! As I mentioned seeing her, I wasnt surprised that she remembered me! Brandi was absolutely phenomenal. I had just gotten off a 19 day fire assignment and was in desperate need of cash and every place I had been to wasn t able to cash my check but Brandi went above and beyond with a smile first thing in the morning. On top of that she arranged for a mobile phone repair to come fix my phone that had been broken on fire assignment out of kindness. Mandi was amazing. I am however very unsatisfied with the fact that they didn t have enough cash to fully cash my check. On top of that I specifically said I wanted any remainder to be put onto my chime card. Instead without making sure I was okay with it she opened me a flare account. At first I didn t mind because I was told I would get immediate access to MY money. It s now been 3 almost 4 days, I have verified my identity multiple times with them even speaking with the risk management division and I still cannot access even 1 penny of MY money. I needed my money that day specifically. I ve now been issued multiple late fees on bills, almost received an eviction for lack of payment of rent, and couldn t buy the car I needed to for my daughter and I to get home. The car has sold in these past few days so now I m completely screwed, and still have NO access to my own money. I will never use their services again and I will highly discourage everyone from getting this card. I wanted my money into my already established account for a reason. Not put into an account that wants to charge me a monthly fee and then still won t even let me access my own money. So thanks for nothing. It would have been a 0 star review but Mandi at the counter was wonderful! I understand there had been a holiday so some money deliveries were late, but that doesn t excuse their flare account not letting me use my own money. Don t get the flare account card!!!

Many thanks to Karen for all the help to complete my transaction! After getting the run around from two other check cashing (walmart & fred mayer) counters went straight to the window and handed over my already endorsed check. Yeah thats a lesson kids dont endorse until theyve already approved your check! Yes the check was out of state but its still correctly filled out and wasnt damaged. Now this is more expensive than the other places but worth it to get service for now and in the future as well! Thanks so much Karen!

So I had a very large check from an insurance settlement and I was out of options and didnt want to wait 5 days for my check to clear at a bank and go through the process of opening an account so I went to Ace. There I was able to get my check cashed in minutes and the staff was amazing, after only a matter of minutes I was on my way with cash in hand. Thanks Ace you Rock!

Why dont they have air conditioning?!?!?! Thee employees are always so quick and friendly. I dont know how they do it when its so hot and muggy in the building, I was getting dizzy and uncomfortable just standing in line, I couldnt imagine what the employees go through. It was really fast and easy, it was the second time I cashed a check there so I didnt have to do any verification this time, just handed the lady my check and a few minutes later got my money and walked out. Also the lady working there that day has an amazing work ethic even when dealing with difficult people, if I had to deal with the lady in line ahead of me for any reason I probably wouldnt have been able to keep my self from getting frustrated with her. I cant remember the name of the lady working there that day but she deserves some cutoes.

My friend got his check cashed. I got a loan..... But I said I am sorry , I get snappy when in pain. She was so sweet and her boss made my life so much better. They joked with me and walked me through it. I really appreciated it. So Karen o and Mandi , you both need a big raise.

Ace flare is a scam they want to charge you just to deposit money into your account, this location the people are never there on time to open there is only ever one person in there and the women that works in there is rude and disrespectful. Ace flare does not care about you.

I have a very positive experience Everytime I come in to make a payment , or get a loan. I specifically wait in line to work with Mandi most of the time if I have the option. She is a very upbeat person and always keeps a conversation, which definitely helps calm the rudeness of some of the more impatient customers. Im glad to keep my business here.

Ive recently started over in my life. I am in a transitional housing program for women in recovery. The lady and gentleman handling customers that day gave me such a renewed outlook on customer service. They praised my efforts, helped me start a bank account, treated me like a customer should be treated and went above and beyond to guide me in a way that just warmed my heart. So many times in life due to my appearance Im stereo typed and treated as a convict that it can really discourage me however this visit to your store on 6th Ave in Eugene I made me feel so cared for so happy and I walked out of that store in tears of joy, thank you

I have been a customer with ACE Cash Express for about 5 years now and for the most part the employees are always very courteous and understanding. The interest is not that bad and they are straight forward when explaining the terms of the loan agreement or answering questions.

When Im not a flake, Ive got ok credit, proper ID and have never had a negative transaction with ACE, it seems they could allow that to count for something. The check was only $150. The lady who wrote it is financially stable and actually quite wealthy. Unfortunately, they could not get ahold of her. Ace did state they would call me if she called, have me come back down and we could complete the transaction. She said she called Ace never called me back???

As a business itself its services are very convenient .But the Eugene store Specifically owes the Two Women that work there a Huge appreciation for all they have done for us customers expecially during this covid meltdown .They have handled Lines of customers out the door and down the street opening accounts cashing checks pandemic and unemployment specifically which wouldnt have been possible with other institutions that wouldnt work with us that couldnt obtaine I.d through dmv These women often never saw the end of the line during a whole shift and still went over and beyond being friendly quick knowledgeable and courteous to each and every one of their customers .Please let them know you appreciate them .Thank you and hope to see a plaque for them in their store very soon
