Originally I gave this place five stars. But yes and I admit I was in the wrong I fell behind, things in life happened and I had to make a choice between paying them or rent, and I chose rent. They threatened to garnish my check. So I made the decision to pay them $100 every two weeks. The other two ladies who I have spoken to have been very pleasant and very professional. On the other hand their branch manager Tracy is something else she's very condescending and very rude. Yes she gave me an extension but what was one more day until my money come on my card. I feel like she is the reason why everyone give this place a bed review. If you go down and look at the reviews you will see where people are like "Tracy was very rude" or "Tracy came to my house after I told her not to". When I talk to her she said "you can laugh" which I did, I gave you an extension there's no more extension." This time" I was only behind one payment which was $75 which would be my last payment I was even willing to pay a late fee. I think she thought I would not be in to pay my note . My money popped up and when I got off of work I went right to their office and paid my note she said I had to pick up my contract but I didn't see a contract All I seen was how much I owed in my receipt. Honestly I don't care about the contract I know I paid them off and I'm happy and will never ever ever ever do business with them again.

Everytime I go to make a payment I'm greeted with a warm and inviting welcome. I love the fast and friendly service that they provide. Also the perks that have after 4 payments to continue increasing you're credit score. I love it thank you!!!

I am a middle aged man with 2 jobs and a 700 credit score. I don't like being treated like a liar! Will gladly pay off my loan and forget these people exist

It s I could give no stars I would. This loan company is horrible one of the worst loan companies in the city of Tulsa. They are not understanding they will harass you every week for a payment. Never mind the fact that people have children rent/mortgages in typical bills they want to be paid every week which is totally unacceptable or makes sense, I urge anybody that is looking for a loan company to not I repeat do not use Western Finance. They are terrible.

Western shamrock finance is the place to go for quality financing Ive been a well cared for customer for almost two years come December Mrs Tracy and Mrs Monica have been the absolute best to me I couldnt ask for better financial advisors if I was you Id look into Western shamrock p.s the negative reviews shouldnt make your judgement Im a father of 6 children on a single income and they have always been willing to work with me no matter what the circumstances are Tracy can be stern but thats her job people shouldnt hate on her because shes good at her job

The girl was rude and inconsiderate Im a US veteran diagnosed with PTSD and the girl was incentive to me they refused to give me a receipt and told me they had a policy change and dod not have to print a receipt showing my payments and balance owed.

This is got to be the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL,RUDE,Hateful place of business I have ever encountered! I am being forced to file a lawsuit for harassment and threats! They call me 100 times a day ,they do not respect the law and think they are above it!!!!!!!!!! They aggravate just for the sake of doing it! They need to drug test all of them!!!!!! These ladies act out of control and such a disregard for customers!!!!! Not to mention the law!!!! They will soon find out because I have had enough! I will allow the court to tell them they are not allowed to threaten nor harass nor sit out in front of my home! When someone say DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN it means just that!!!!! Do not cash a check if they mail you one. For me the entire experience here has been horrible. You get treated degrading. I told that women (Amanda/Angela) that I can t come in to make my final payment I can make it over the phone. She told me I can t I have to come in in person to make the payment and get my contract. I told her that due to my disability I can t leave my house right now. I am very sick. Then she had the audacity to ask me how I am getting my groceries. Excuse me? That s none of your business. Per Walmart delivery or my DHS approved home nurse helps me with that. I am on very strong medications and will put myself in danger tomorrow to bring my final payment in person. Let s just hope I don t collapse or fall in their store and hurt myself. If you have a disability they will treat you like absolute trash! I do not recommend them at all. Go to security finance. I had the best and sweetest and most caring experience with them. Very supportive and friendly. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this Viking run store!

Horrible customer service, someone from the office called me Friday to let me know my loan was due, told them I would call Tuesday to make my payment. Lady proceeded to tell me the card machine was down so I would need to come in to make a payment well I can t do that cause I have a full time job, it s not my problem the machines are down. So then she proceeds to just hang up on me a CUSTOMER!!! Extremely rude! I am an easy guy to get along with I have other loans out and have no issues with other loan businesses taking a payment. To add to this they also will not take your last payment over the phone, they tell you you have to come in so I thought maybe I gotta sign something. NO!!! Nothing at all to sign, so for me it was a wasted 45 min drive up there, they are just absolute douches I m so glad I don t have to deal with them anymore

The employees here behave as if they are loan sharks or something. They will belittle and even threaten you! Theyre like a high-school mean girl clique, unprofessional, and they get aggressive at the drop of a hat. Would NOT recommend!!

The people in this office are very unprofessional and unpleasant. I got behind on my payment and these people call my phone on a daily basis and get an attitude. They certainly dont like when you speak to them in a reflective tone, they raise their voices, become extremely hostile and snarky, and berate people. The woman threatened me saying youll get what you deserve which is honestly an unhinged thing for a person representing a professional business to say to someone. I will be reporting this to the Credit Bureau and the BBB.

I had a loan with this company. I will admit I did get a month behind on my bill and was harassed so much so they came to my home to treat me like a child over the bill. They also told about someone elses loan and how when they applied they had plenty of extra money so there was no reason I couldnt pay my bill. I had no idea the other person had even applied for a loan let or their financial status but I do know it is illegal for them to do that. So if you dont mind illegal activity with your info go for it otherwise stay far away. Also after paying my loan off in full I still received collection calls from them. Would do zero stars if possible. Also going to turn this into the BBB no one needs to be giving out info like they did.

After filling out an application via phone with Katy, whom was extremely nice and professional. I received a call back about an hour later from Tracy whom stated, I need to ask you a few more questions concerning your loan. Then proceeded to chide and shame me about my credit and ended the phone call with complete disgust sighing followed by a very annoyed, mmmhmm .yeah bye I was completely taken aback by this disrespectful behavior! Unbelievable! I would not accept a loan from this company even if they said I didn t even have to pay it back based on her completely unprofessional, judgmental, and unnecessary admonishment. No thank you

Poor customer service. Only one employee in office at any given time. They won t ever answer the phone. Interest rates with this company about 21% higher than comparable businesses in the area. When I consolidated my loan here with another loan with a better company, and brought a payoff check into the Tulsa office of Western Shamrock, the lady behind the desk was extremely rude and threw the paperwork at me. Would not recommend.

If youre in a circumstance of needing to borrow money, Id find another loan company that would care for you as any other business cares for their customers. Great place until you decide to face defeat and file ch 7 bankruptcy I was just told that the calls will continue from them. Fine by me youre blocked ..any number you call from. According to my attorney you cant do this but ok funny only one other had this problem. Just talked to my attorney and he said please dont change my number allow them to call, so carry on Monica

Ive had a loan with this company for almost a year-and-a-half Ive never had an issue theyve always been very understanding until today when I spoke to LACEY who is argumentative and barely let me get in a word to explain my situation. I dont have a job anymore because of the pandemic I was using my unemployment benefits to pay off this loan (which is almost paid off) we are not getting the full $600 in unemployment benefits anymore I get about $180. I tried to explain this to her I wont have the money until Monday and she cut me off and proceeded to tell me that she would call back on Monday and that there would be a late fee. I tried to explain to her that if she gave me a late fee that would literally be all my money and I wouldnt have anything left for myself let alone any other bills I have to pay. I WAS CUT OFF AGAIN and she told me you will be receiving a late fee its in your contract maam. I cant wait to have this loan paid off so that I dont have to deal with people like her.

The whole process was fast and easy, and the ladies who work here are super fast and friendly. I started my application online and then we had a phone conversation to make sure the info was right and she called right back to let me know the amount I was approved for. I went in the next day to pick up the check and deposited it right then.

Ive been in and out of the of the hospital. No one in the office cares and they herass your 9 references and come to peoples doors when you ask do not bother me they say sorry made my disabled friend go in a painc. Other companies I work through offered me a hard ship break they just rather sue you. Stay away. Many other companies to choose from besides this unprofessional office that smelt like pee.

First off if I could give no stars I would! Applied for a loan and got turned down! Wouldnt even call me back I had to literally drive to Tulsa and actually go into the office and ask the day after I applied! Secondly, the lady working in the back didnt even have common courtesy to come out of the office to talk to me she asked my name and said immediately No we cannot help you, your are behind on two many creditors no respect! She says this out loud in front of another lady that was working in there plus a customer! Embarrassing! What happened to privacy!? Third, Im not behind on anything, to add to that Ive had two loans with their office in Jay Paid Off In Good Standing! Left from there went to another loan place and got approved! Will never use them again or refer anyone to them!

This place is great, the loan payments are at a great low rate and they report your loan back to the credit Bureau. Beats those payday loan places by miles, I was stuck in one for a while and this is a much better option.
