If youre in the OKC area and looking for a banking HOME look no more! Im not sure where to begin here as there are so many instances where this credit union has for me been so helpful, patient and considerate. The app isnt full of ads, and or crazy pop ups. The app does the things you need and nothing you dont, The messaging is a life saver ! Need to call in thats great too.

If you are looking for any type of loan with a low A.P.R. and are wanting exceptional customer service, contact Jaquea Williams. She is amazing, professional, and efficient. After sending in an online credit application, Jaquea called me within an hour. We discussed what was wanting to do and she provided me with several options. After a credit check, she called me back in ten minutes gave me the rate and term and scheduled an appointment for me to come into the branch that day to sign. Lisa has Helped me with two loans. Due to builders changing prices, etc. the second loan took roughly a year to complete. Lisa never gave up and continuously Gave me alternative options to fit my needs. Lisa would periodically check on my financial and personal issues with the builder and assured me that we could work something out when I was ready. I start every review with five stars. Lets look at the reasons why this bank earned one star. First, I arrived at the main branch to open my account. After I told the teller behind the counter that I wanted to open an account, she took my information and called for an office representative to open my account - great! Next, the representative, Summer A., immediately opened an account. She did not go over the five accounts choices to help me decide which one was best for me - not so great. Minus two stars. Thank goodness I had the presence of mind to go online and look at the five options before I arrived. So when I questioned her about the account she was opening for me, she gave me an account that had a high overdraft protection service - which I did NOT want. She did not get to know me, my spending habits, or why I am even opening an account. I wanted checks, she did not bother to ask me if I wanted them. I was so tempted to get up and leave at that point. Minus a star. I have friends and a family member who bank with Focus. They had nice folders and brochures with their information inside - I left out with nothing but a bad feeling. Minus a star. I am seriously thinking about choosing another bank.

I just completed the process of buying a used car at a smaller Nissan dealership that was located outside of the metro OKC area by financing thru Focus Federal Credit Union. Jaquea did an awesome job of dealing with the challenges that came up, handling all the changes involved with grace and patience. I told her that I really appreciated the fact that I could hear it in her voice that she was smiling when we spoke on the phone. She made what could have been a stressful experience as painless as possible. I highly recommend using Focus and Jaquea if you are looking for the best possible car financing experience. I even gave the dealer a shot at financing the sale because they insisted that they could beat the FFCU rate, but Jaquea was taking good care of me :)

I have been a member of this Amazing CU for over 38 years and it is very hard to understand why more people do not use CUs as their main financial institution. The FFCU has always provided me with first rate customer service, and professionals like Summer are the Best! I needed to quickly access loan funds and in one day, I got approval within hours and received funds same day. I really doubt if anyone can get this level of customer service and quick loan response from any bank. Yes, it helped that I have excellent credit but the speed of getting approved and receiving needed funds is amazing! Thanks FFCU and especially to Summer!

In November my husband passed away. He handled all our business and financial affairs. My mom got myself and our children accounts at Oklahoma Health CU, now Focus Federal while they were small and they are grown now. I ve ALWAYS had excellent relationships with Focus, but in the past few months I have felt very inadequate in understanding what I am doing sometimes. I have gone too many times to count to Focus when I have had questions and needed help. Donovan S. and Vanessa L. have always welcomed any questions I have had, as have the rest of the staff, and if they didnt have the answers found someone who did and treated me with curtesy and respect. PLEASE BE CAREFUL especially if your a VET with PTSD with ANXIETY issues! Their STEALING my money. I had a car loan and a credit card with them for over 3 years. In May they started charging my credit card a return check fee $25. I reached out to Navy Federal to find out why it was returned. Navy federal said that they didn t show any Transaction returned for the amount or from that account. I called Focus who said that it was returned because the account number was incorrect. I told her that my account number has not changed for my credit card or auto loan which the auto loan payment I didn t have any issues with. She verified that both loans had the same account number and didn t understand why it was returned and refunded the fee. August I received another fee I went to Navy and told them what was happened and they told me to get a tracking number. I spoke to the bank manager at Focus and requested that the automatic withdrawal be stopped and also requested the tracking number and she said she would look into it. October I got another fee. I called the bank manager and she said it was because the stop payment was submitted after the deadline but still couldn t explain to me why I keep getting the fee, she was still not able to provide the tracking number. I have not been able to get any resolution and as a disabled VET visit with PTSD this situation is really causing me to have more anxiety issues. UPDATE: My fees were refunded in November but still no explanation as to why I incurred any fees in the first place. In there defense they said that they work with a 3rd party vendor for credit cards and they have not been able to get the information from them. At this point I m always on edge every month worried about what my statement will reflect and if I m going to have to deal with it all over again. My plan is to get a loan to pay off the balance on this card and close the account which of course will probably have a negative impact on my credit but I ll whether deal with that then the anxiety of what s to come next. Also I ve been dealing with this since June. Most of the communication was always initiated by me. There was never a time that I was called or emailed and didn t respond. Like I said I ve been waiting on a tracking number to provide to Navy Federal so they could do some research and still til this day haven t received anything. I did get a call today but that was because of the review I posted yesterday prior til today I last emailed someone in October with no response!

When I say this is one of the best banks Ive banked with its legit. Im hard to please as I work in the custom service industry. Ive always been helped in a fashionable form by amazing women here. Della, Theresa, and Samantha a few I can mention are always so wonderful and helpful!!! Love this bank and the customer services which should be renamed customer care, because you genuinely feel the care and support!

Theresa V Le , is seriously amazing ! She helped me out one day after helping a co worker with me and she handled me so great . She sent me vehicles that I could get approved for , she checked in with me daily , she talked me through everything I needed ! She is truly god sent in my time of need for a vehicle . Theresa Le was my loan agent. When I purchased my car, from the time I completed my application, she was always available! She gave me great advice and even got me interested in looking for cars that I hadn t originally considered. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle, take all the leg work out of it. You have all the bargaining power when you go in already knowing your interest rates and the amount you are approved for. Be empowered and see a FFCU loan officer. You will not regret it.

Focus Federal Credit Union is about US, we the people. They are happy to help, they do not mind if u call asking questions. I am very pleased with FFCU. They are all about Us, also they take the time to explain, share, and help us to to help our selves. I had opened my checking and saving account few months ago . I had to stop by the branch near ou medical in Oklahoma City to open CD account . Jaquea helped me to set up the ce account and offer me to consolidate my cc . She took her time with all the information so I accept and she start the process to cosolidare all my cc and save me money and less stress . I have been with this bank for some years now, no over drafts on my account, but when i need a little financial help , and this is the second time i have asked the answer is no even though my money goes direct deposit and they can get theirs off the top the answer is still no after submitting my application over three weeks ago and having to call and remind them i put one in cold hearted people.
