I brought an heirloom watch (which was not working) to Estate Jewelry to see if they offered repair and cleaning services so it could be gifted to a great-granddaughter for graduation. They told me what could be done for it and the time frame it could take so I would have the information. They gave me a box to present it in. Since time was tight, I gave it as the gift (in the lovely box), with the knowledge it would be sent off and repaired. It brought tears to her eyes since the receipt passing of our grandmother, meant so much to her. After giving the gift to her, I returned to Estate Jewelry to send off the watch, they performed an appraisal for me and packed the watch up and sent it out, answering any of the questions I had about the process. I received a call about a week or so later telling me what would need to be done to repair it and the costs, asking if that was acceptable. I agreed and was excited to see it return, which was only about a week later ( it was having repairs, and a complete overhaul which included cleaning and polishing). It came back like new! It is beautiful and keeping time perfectly. The cost was totally acceptable and was much less than I thought it would be even. Estate Jewelry made this piece a beautiful heirloom that will pass down for generations. I will think of them every time I am in need of jewelry repair and when looking for a unique piece of vintage jewelry (I glanced around the store briefly while in there). It was a wonderful experience!

Took some old broken gold jewelry to be melted into a nugget with a clasp that I could wear as a necklace. I am very pleased at how it turned out. It turned out bigger and much nicer than expected. I took my 102-year-old grandmothers jewelry to a state Jewelers to have a chain made from some broken pieces. I was treated presidential from the time I walked through the door. That is unusual in this 20th century. I am old school so I do look for excellence in customer service and quality of product. I would definitely spend my money here anytime! We brought my wife s wedding set in to be sized. While inspecting the rings, Mara, noticed a bent prong holding the diamond. They repaired, sized and polished the set to its original luster. I cant say enough nice things about Estate Jewelers! You come in for the jewelry, but you will stay for the people. I have been so impressed with their customer service every time I have visited. For example: I recently bought a ring and had them resize it. When I picked it up, I noticed that the band was starting to pull away from the setting. Was it like that before or was it caused by the re-size? I honestly have no idea, but they immediately fixed it for me with no questions asked. If you want a low pressure place to hunt for your next treasure, you have found it.

I m pretty sure Estate Jewelers might be one of Toledo s best kept secrets!! I ve been there over the years, but this past week received the best customer service ever. It all started with Dara. When I walked in, she cheerfully greeted me and helped me. Honestly, I was a little skeptical only because she looks so young. It turns out she really is old enough to work there . I came in for a few reasons. She helped with a repair and introduced me to Penny who helped me with some of my mom s jewelry!! She was very empathetic and patient. I was greeted as soon as I came through the door even though they were quite busy. Dara not only helped with my ring repair issues from damage I caused, but addressed another issue at the same time, I walked out with a new ring that I can wear to work and not worry so much about damage! She was very kind, patient, really listened and helped with all my needs. My wedding ring was fixed and ready for pick-up the NEXT DAY! Excellent service. I live this place and will continue to give repeat business.

Estate Jewelers is the best in town. I have bought many items here for my wife. Great jewelry at great prices. They have a great selection to choose from. If you dont see what you like here. They can make what you need. My wifes wedding bands I had custom made. They also can repair anything you need. I have had many necklaces broke fixed here. I recommend My friends and family here. They have always taken care of them for me. My favorite part about estate jewelry is its family owned and operated. When you come in they treat you like family. Havent been disappointed yet.

I had my mother s ring reset and I can t say enough about how helpful Sammie was in helping me pick the setting. I get overwhelmed with all the choices available, and she was so patient and helpful in showing me different settings, and especially showing me different price ranges. I think I could have been there hours and she was ok with that! Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Best of all, I love my new ring!!

Ive been q customer for years, they do an excellent job on repairs. I have a few pieces from my mom that are very special and I know I can trust them to repair them well and quickly. Also, great selection of custom pieces. They helped me pick out a perfect gift!

Every time I have gone here I am treated with respect and kindness. All my jewelry purchased from here is of the best quality diamonds . They literally dance. My son bought me a mothers day gift and its beautiful. My ring is flawless. The gold is pure. Estate jewelers is an absolutely wonderful place to shop. Not only do they have a great selection of estate jewelry, but they have fantastic selection of new stuff as well as doing custom work and repairs. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They don t treat you like a customer when you come in, more so like family. I have been shopping at the state jewelers for over a decade and I wouldn t look anywhere else.

Id been missing a pair of earrings I bought here a few yrs ago. Ive looked everywhere for them and found nothing that compared to the quality of the ones I purchased there. You have estate jewelry which I figured those were. Id given up looking but something told me to try and see what I could find out from you there. I spoke to Jason and he was the best. I am so happy with the ring re-set I had done at Estate jewelers. I don t have a lot of experience with real jewelry, but their staff was so friendly, helpful, and collaborative. My ring feels like new, set with a beautiful aquamarine.
