Leo Marks saved the day. We were told my fiancés ring could not be sized down to ring by another jeweler after they charged me $300 to bring it down to 5.5. They said no one could get it to her ring size. Leo marks did. If you need any jewelry work done or want to purchase jewelry go see them. We were so discouraged after the other jewelers said they couldn’t do it. Leo marks came through and saved the day. Great customer service and very helpful.

This place is AMAZING! We took my engagement ring to get it reappraised. They pointed out few things that needed to be repaired at the same time, including re-sizing my wedding band which was a different size than the engagement one. I loved how they took the time to show us what needed to be done and made sure we had full understanding of everything at all times... didn’t matter how many customers they had at the store. They did a terrific and prompt job! The ring looks beautiful and they even offered to clean the rings for me if I was ever back in the area. The selection of jewelry at their store is superior too. We couldn’t be happier with the service, professionalism and level of honesty we experienced and will be coming back!

Incredible service: so kind and thoughtful, truly they’re fantastic folks. That said, I wouldn’t go here again for work with stone inlays.

I brought a ring in for a resize; stones were cracked in the process. They repaired it, but the repair didn’t quite match original craftsmanship.

I’d go here for watch work or new jewelry because of the staff, but wouldn’t bring in anything needing work with inlays or intricate stone work.

First pic with the bright white mother of pearl is original. Second pic with the rough jasper is repair after resize damage. Though color had to change due to natural stone color variation, the cuts were rather rough. They were so thoughtful throughout the process, but I think it just exceeded the skill or attention of the lapidary.

They locked the doors because they thought he was there to rob them, then had the nerve to call his phone to try and justify what they did by saying they mistook his Covid-19 mask as a ski mask and thought he was a criminal. Took in high end jewelry and was told i would get an appraisal. Checks to see if its real gold and offered to scrap it for the gold content. Insulting, as if they have never heard of Cartier or they wanted to rip me off. If that was your game you should of mentioned it on the phone instead of me driving all the way there to insult me to my face. Shame on you.

When my mother passed away in January she left my son a necklace that he has worn every day. Unfortunately it broke a few weeks ago and I don t have the skills to repair it myself. Joanne helped me with my mission. I wanted to have a stone set for my husband in a simple setting. I found the perfect setting with her help. The jeweler did an excellent job in setting the London blue topaz in a 14k yg bezel and heavy silver setting. Beautiful contrast for stone. The best compliment I can give is that my husband loves his ring! Thank you again! Updated review: I ordered another ring to be made with sapphires that I owned. It was a free-form ring and I had a picture for jeweler to use as guide. Beautiful result! Joanne and I worked on sapphire placement and everything was done exactly as I wanted. Its set in 14k yg and is a perfect foil for my yellow, orange and pale pink sapphires. Thanks again for your diligence, Joanne, and great interest in getting this order done right and to my specs. I purchased a ring for my wife. It was Verragio ring. The ring had four symmetric mini diamonds on each corner. That costs about $3300 without the big diamond in the middle. The ring needed to be a size smaller, and they do this service free. so we thought that was great. They took the ring to send to (I think NY) then i went back to pick it up. Later that night, my wife looked at it and she noticed that the ring is no long symmetric, the spot they cut it from is short than the other side. So we took the ring back the next day. We met with the general manager (Short and bold). His first response was Did you also noticed that the twist on the right side is different from the left? we were confused and said, well can you fix that? He said, every ring could have a mistake. if you are not satisfied without our Verragio vendor there is nothing we have will make you happy. You have to options. Keep the ring as is, or return but never come back. We were shocked by his response. We were not a difficult customer or did anything that bother him or anyone else. We were very quick and paid in full. We left and bought our rings from another place. we ended up going to get the same ring from another Verragio provider in Findlay, they offered us discount $300 and they have less sales tax. We did not even ask for discounts, they were just happy to serve us. I recommend: Michael Eller Jewelers 2129 Tiffan Ave, Findlay, OH 45840. Edited to response for the seller comment: I purchased one ring, not two. you are trying to make it sound like I was being difficult. That was completely wrong, the prove is that she bought the exact same ring again, so why would she return it? We purchased one ring, that needed to be resize from size 8 to size 7. It came back clearly not symmetric, a major noticeable difference. Steves defense was it was a hand made not made by a machine so it is more likely to have such an error. However, instead of trying to re-size it or fix it, he refused to work with us. We were not looking for another ring like you are claiming. It is more upsetting that I hear total a different story. Also, thanks for pointing out that this happen in 2014 and I just wrote the review in 2020 for first time, that says how much Im angry about it, and Im upset how your Steve handled this.

This was my last stop and I was giving up on finding a nice chain for my sons birthday. They were pleasant and attentive as soon as I walked through the door, and thank you Joanne! Joanne made buying a ring the easiest thing I ve done. We went to almost every jeweler in the city. We walked in, my fiancé told her exactly what she wanted and within minutes she had a band picked out. We were told by so many other places that what we were asking for either couldn t be done or they didn t have anything close to it. Joanne had everything in house to show us and then even took time to explain diamond size, color, and clarity. I told her our budget and she stuck to finding the exact diamond and exact band my fiancé wanted. I could go on and on. I will continue to buy jewelry from this store just because of the attention and knowledge Joanne provided. Never did I feel pushed to buy or like I was getting something I didn t want. I have purchased custom jewelry from this store a couple times in the past 2 years. First an engagement ring, then the wedding bands. The customer service here is second to NONE! Joanne was all over every detail. From the first time I just inquired about pricing until months later when I was finally ready to purchase, she was nothing but helpful and in communication every step of the way. It can be nerve wracking just throwing out ideas and asking someone to create what you are thinking. They did exactly that each time, and I wouldn t think twice about having them create any custom piece because the finished product is far beyond anything I ve seen in jewelry cases at any other store. I will never go anywhere else for my jewelry needs. His title is master jeweler and he earns that title every day. He does outstanding work! He added gold to an 18 year-old ring and you absolutely cannot tell where and how it was done. And it looks good as new Better than any other jeweler Ive been to, bar none. Thanks!

Joanne was absolutely amazing at helping me to pick out the ring of my dreams. She was willing to sit with me for hours and go through, not just their in-store collection, but online as well to find the ring of my dreams. I couldnt be happier with the ring and would tell anyone and everyone to go there. They were willing to resize my ring a quarter size for free They also customized my ring when it came in with saphires. I would rate them a five out of five everytime.

College student, bought an engagement ring for a good price at a college students budget. Steve was very knowledable and fun to talk to. Most of the time we spent talking before I got the ring was to keep me informed of the options I have (cliché phrase but I actually felt good about my options) and various practical ideas to keep in mind instead of an aggressive make a sale now technique with this or that credit card. When buying the ring we talked about everything from why ring sizing is almost always wrong if you do it yourself to the new season of Star Trek that s coming out. I went twice and both times I had a limited amount of time. Because of this I was anxious to get going at some points and it felt like he was talking my ear off but I couldn t help myself but stay because the conversation was something I felt very engaged in. If you give yourself a good chunk of time to go and just talk with Steve I m sure you won t be dissapointed. Back to the store as a whole: it s very clean and the staff are all professional it s a business I definitely seeing myself going back to and recommending to friends.

Absolutely love this jewelry store! I was sized and had my mother s day stackable rings sauddered together and I can t begin to tell you how in love with them I am. I have an estate, platinum engagement ring, with diamonds going down the prongs and band. I have had the ring worked on in the past by 2 different jewelers, in other cities and the repair work was shoddy. Somehow I bent the band and because of that the small diamonds on the the band portion kept falling out. No one could fix it properly...ie, used a metal on the band that turned my finger green, or diamonds on the band continued to fall out. I was not able to wear it for 2 years. In Fabruary, 2016, I took my ring to Leo Marks. They fixed my ring in their store (it did not need to be shipped out)...It is back to its proper shape, with the same quality diamonds attached to the band. They resized my ring and they even added more metal to a portion of the band to strengthen it, bc of weakness due to wear and tear. After 2 years, I can finally wear my engagement ring. I waited to post this review for a couple of months to make sure the repair was solid...and it is. I havent had any problems. I want to mention, that the repair charges were extremely reasonable!! If you have any platinum and diamond jewelry, get your Jewelry repaired here!!!!! They know what they are doing!!!

I came into Leo Marks before Christmas, not really having any idea what I was looking for. I know for a fact that I can be rather picky and if its not the right one then Im gonna keep looking. Well not only did Ashleigh help me pick out the perfect ring but she stayed patient and helpful with a smile on her face the whole time, even after pulling the 30th ring out of the case. But, we found the PERFECT one eventually and the checkout process was super smooth. She cleaned the ring, checked me out and ensured me that everything was covered under warranty. No extra paper work or contracts or anything. So, when Christmas morning came and the surprise was revealed, needless to say it was a complete hit. Thanks Ashleigh, I really appreciate it.

I visited Leo Marks Jewelers and was immediately impressed with the service, kindness, helpfulness, and honesty I received while purchasing a Retirement gift for a fellow employee. I have visited this wonderful store many times; and every time I visit the store, whether it be to purchase gifts for my granddaughters, a simple watch repair (battery) , or a purchase for myself; I am greeted warmly, treated as a family member by every employee. The most amazing jewelry store in the city . The most friendly, accommodating, and acknowledgeable staff Ive come across. I had two gift cards I found dated back over 10 years and they were willing to accept them no questions asked. They bent over backwards to find the exact necklace I was looking for.
