I don’t recommend this company. If I could give double zeros I would. I was making payments on this vehicle they sold me . My family and I, my kids were minors at the time, fell on hard times and became homeless. We stayed in a hotel for a short time, still working but doing Uber Eats to survive. I made arrangements to make a payment which they agreed .But one day when I came out to Uber, they repossessed my car before I could pay on it and when I went to get my things out the car from the repo place, it was ransacked. I had to get a lawyer on this company but they changed the the date on the records even though I had proof. They sold the lemon for $700 at an auction and wanted me to pay rest. Now I have Portfolio garnishing my wages . Now this was over 7 years ago and still on my credit which is against the fair credit act. The first car they tried to sell us had a lot problems to fix and gave us a much smaller car which was crap too! In my opinion, DON’T DO IT!

They just repoed my car because they started changing me an extra $75 cpi payment I owe 400 but they are trying to charge me an extra 475 in late fees and cpi charges I went 2 1/2 yrs without missing a payment to child support getting doubled from 232 to 600 then I got covid so it got me behind I asked how much to pick my car up they say 1175.00 and they'll add the repo to the payments then I asked about getting my 2000 speakers out so I can pay it off and they said no it's part of the car but I told him itll take 2 secs to Unhook them it's right back to factory so I don't understand.. the guy I talked to today was very condescending and mean.. not to mention the car was a lemon since I got it check engine came on next day the abs pumps whenever u hit the breaks and the transmission slips and jerk when u drive it which I have new Trans in the garage but car isn't worth 1175 how it sits so idk. There is nothing negative I can say about this company but I will say if you are in need of credit with a not so perfect credit score I think you should give them a try. Another thing I like is when you call customer service you talk to a live person and not place in a holding que. Communication is key, for this I will give them an A+.

Tracir was a great experience! There were times when I came across financial hardships. The staff was very kind , patient, and solution oriented to assist me so that I could still drive my car. This is the first time that I bought a good, reliable car and for the first time, I have made to the end and PAID OFF! First time ever purchasing a car through a leasing company and I have nothing but good things to say about this company the one time I was late on my payment they were quick and willing to let me have an extra couple of days and now my car is paid off early with no penalty this place is great cant wait to buy another car through them

This company is crooks with tebo financial.. tebo sold the car months ago the money for the load.. transmission when on it 3 weeks have it..I was told I owe a few hundred dollars back in march.. tebo got there money for the loan n now the want in too.. I check my paystub Garnishment out of no where.. the guy Pete Yang and he manger Chris Brown very rude very unprofessional.. no notice or nothing.. they did this to my whole city n then close up shop and got out of here.. then here the company I never here of Garnishing me smdh.. sbag!!

I ve fell behind on my payment on two different occasions one when my dad passed away and I was on medical leave from work and was awaiting back pay from my claim. I contacted them to let them know what was going on and told them I was having health issues and my dad passed away. They were so rude and even threaten to pick my vehicle up and pretty much said they didn t care they re not customer service. The second time was a couple of months ago lost my brother, step father and not working during the covid19. They demanded I send in proof but how could I when everything is closed. So I figured a way to pay. Now I m looking to refinance through my bank because I hate talking to their reps. I only spoke with one person there that didn t make me feel like I was a dollar and actually cared what I was going through.

Who doesn t love apps for that?? They are local, so you don t have to worry about a third world call center. If you have any serious concerns, their office is conveniently located in very close proximity of Columbus. For those savvy consumers, they are also a BBB accredited company with an A+ rating since their BBB inception in 2016. Also for those consumers who seek longevity in their places of business, they ve been in operation since 1991! If you do your part (make timely payments and communicate) then Tracir will do their part. Thank you everyone at Tracir. You folks changed my life!

Absolute criminals. Was never explained how charged off works. They sold my car years ago.. now claim I owe them 15k on a 2012 Chevy Malibu that was never worth that. God have mercy on this crooked establishment. Its just as valid as suing for a car you already sold. This is from 2018.. I was under the impression this charge off was doing me a favor. Just spoke to Michelle in customer service who was extremely rude from the word go. More or less accused me of being a liar without letting me finish what I was trying to say. Absolutely disrespect. Tone, the way she spoke to me like I was absolute garbage. Is this the image you really want for your company? Id look at a replacement for Michelle pretty quickly if you dont want people refinancing and dropping your company. Edit: obviously you need to review again these are the exact same things you say on bbb complaint site. Constantly bad mouthing your clients. My husband and I have our auto loan financed through Tracir. I have never had any issues. Today I called to make a payment and spoke with Michelle. She is amazing! She went above and beyond to send me information to submit my insurance declaration and helped me set up our auto-pay again! She has a wonderful, friendly, and professional demeanor. You can observe the lack of customer service training just from the reply s to the comments here. This has got to be some kind of rinky Dink owned company. I can not wait to pay off this old auto loan this summer and be through with them forever. Today I received a call because I am on payment plan paying off an old loan. They sent a statement in January to set up a payment plan that we agreed to. I was told I could start making the following month witch I did. I was then contacted to be notified that In between payments from Feb till now , Mays payment is not due yet, It was a payment missing. I told the woman on the phone okay I was pretty sure it should not be but would look into it. She gets all snappy and goes yeah because if you don t we will move forward with garnishment ! I m like okay you don t have to do all that and hang up and proceed to check into it. Now let s do this the system that s use is outdated and charges a $7 convenience fee, if you are paying off an old loan the breakdown does not accurately display what your current amounts are how payments are applied. The account displays that it is past due of $156.00 , I pay that and call back to give her a confirmation. Then she replies that that amount is an old amount from when the account was active and the account won t display missing payments if there are any. Now I m confused and asking okay so if that s the case how can it be updated to reflect the current arrangements. She start responding very snarky , I asked her can I be sent a statement reflecting the current arrangement so I can know how much of the payment is going towards interest and the principle. She says no we don t do that, you can call up here every month tho like why would I want to do that. Your not even being pleasant to talk to right now!?! So I say thank you end the call and try to log in so I can just set up scheduled payments & guess what ??? It wouldn t even work. Long story short I left this comment as reflection of the CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had no issues up until this point but todays conversation had me upset enough to write this lengthy review. I hope moving forward this is addressed. Few minute update: look at the response. Inconsistency how? As soon as I ended the call they received payment ? Every person on here whose comment is not positive is inconsistent or lacking facts. A good company would take accountability and be more open to feedback.

So they did my 1st car loan. I had zero issues. I totalled that car and went shopping for another car lot (Funkys Automotive) I called Tracer (columbus branch) 1st and was told there would be no issues. The car lot said Tracer wouldnt return there phone calls. But.......it turns out they sold the car and wasted half my day. Anyhooters, long story short, i called and talked to Michelle. Let me tell you, this awesome, beautiful soul was the best most positive thing i talked to all day!!!! Thank you Michelle for being awesome at you job and Tracer should value that and appreciate you because I most certainly do!! Job well done and give the lady a raise!!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER!! Their system is not up to date so it does not include any additional fees or display an accurate total. If you ask for a copy of your contract they wont give it to you, they will send you an illegible screenshot and then say you will get a copy in the mail which you will never get. They get defensive if you ask for a copy of payment history. ALL are rude especially Michelle she is uncouth, unprofessional and vile. She literally told me to shut up and when I spoke with the manager Brandon he attempted to cover for her by saying she said IF you would shut up complete trash RUN and use this company as your last option or NOT AT ALL. I guess customer service isnt a thing anymore? Per your request: It is indeed a FACT I was emailed a screenshot of my contract on 12/5/2022 by a Vanida K. And when I asked for a pdf she said she could not email me, but however she would mail me a copy. It s now MARCH 2023 and I have yet to receive it. Actually, the first time I asked for it the gentleman I was speaking with said you should have a copy like I m not aloud to ask for documentation?? FACT NOT ALL FEES are reflective via the payment portal. I was just told today that was brought to the attention of the web designer. FACT that today I spoke with 2 separate people and asked multiple times for a breakdown of payment history, I have yet to receive it. FACT Michelle definitely told me to shut up no matter how you may try to spin it. FACT all of my calls with you guys are recorded and I have saved every single email thread to coincide with my claims, just thought I would honor your request to speak factual The lack of your poor customer service shows in the way you respond to everyone that leaves a bad review.

I wanted to wait until around 6months to do this to give a accurate review. Mine is I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Ive made all payments on time sometimes early and always had Insurance except a 2-3 day lapse while switching companies. Since the beginning of my loan I have received letters and emails saying I didnt have insurance and would be charged 50$ which was not the case. These letters make me feel threatened and harrassed while being a good standing loan holder. Not to mention the lady thats said she specifically handles these was extremely rude and hung up on me twice when I brought it to their attention. This company has extremely poor customer service for good standing loan holders.

I ve been with Tracir since 2018 for my current auto loan, and I have not had one issue thus far! I ve only had to call their Customer Service line a handful of times since my loan started, but everyone I spoke with has always been so friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

Customer service department very rude constantly harass you and talk down to you . Kyle is the worst always very smart mouthed , condescending and smug . Kyle is very unprofessional once hes done being rude he just hangs up . He also tries to turn it around and say whats your problem and yells at you loudly on the phone and that he is smartest person in room ( his words)

Absolutely horrible customer service, please be aware that if your account is over 30 days past due, you will be threatened with repossession, told how bad of a person you are for having to use high risk loans. My girlfriend spoke with Julie who was very rude, and when we spoke to Trisha, it was the customers fault because people dont like what they have to say. Worst financial company, bridgecrest is way more amazing. Tomorrow will be speaking with Brandon, maybe better luck, Ill update later. Please dont go through them, Ricart, should be ashamed, as they are the owners.

Company keeps requesting insurance proof, its to the point my insurance company is tired of dealing with them. Guy who answers at the 614 is a rude individual. Brandon is just as rude as Chad. 1 the insurance company is tired of your company always wanting proof that we have insurance. They say its a scam to get individuals to pay for company insurance instead of normal insurance. 2 the review was more about your rude managers. I pay 3 loan companies a month for vehicles I dont personally drive and yet this company has given me the most trouble. At the begining of the loan I asked to switch to a company I was already using and this company told me I couldnt do that. Which Brandon just told me that was a lie. Your managers lack customer service skills, thats mainly what the review is about. Then again some of your comments on here show your probably the one who trained them.

I dont really have an issue with this company. I pay my bill on time every time. My only concern is when I go to search for my payment history it only shows me the most current 2 payments. I feel like my balance should be lower. Being able to see my entire payment history would allow me to see how much Ive paid and put my mind at ease. Guess I can go through my bank statements but I would still like to be able to track it on their site. It gives the option to change the dates to view payment history but no matter what it only shows the past 2 months.

When I bought my truck tracir was the best option to go with after having a few bumps in the past. during the term of my loan anytime I called into tracir I always got an answer and everyone was polite and respectful even when I called and got my early pay off quote. I would reccommend this bank to anyone!

I have finally paid off my car. The feeling is fantastic. But this company has been great the entire duration of my loan. Unfortunately when I purchased my car my credit was not very good and this bank took a chance on me and I couldnt be more grateful for them to understand that people do deserve a second chance. I have had some bumps in the road especially during covid and they were gracious enough to work with me. Ive seen some other reviews on here saying horrible things about this bank. But I wholeheartedly disagree with them. They work with you so long as you keep your agreement with them and some banks do not even care. This bank cares. I want to thank this Bank for giving me that second chance to prove myself. And I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a loan.

Someone from this company was stalking and creepily talking to people from my church. I have no idea about the situation, but I just find it extremely concerning that they are just hanging around a church like a bounty hunter. Something fishy is going on and Ill figure it out eventually. But that behavior was extremely strange and similar to a stalker like. Not giving my future business to this company.
