I have come here with my parents since I was a kid all the way into my adult years. everyone is always so welcoming, patient and helpful! I was able to recently buy my soon to be husband’s and I wedding rings for a good price and his was sent out to get sized down and back to us in time to say I do. Great store, friendly people, and stellar service. I stopped yesterday on a whim to see if they would help remove some links from a watchband. They took care of both watchbands immediately along with showing me how to properly remove links in the future. Definitely check them out!

The owner and his wife whoever it is that works the desk I took some old coinage up there and got my throat cut for over $1,000 they lied straight to my face and then basically stole from me do not use this pawn shop for anything they will not treat you with respect just a faint attempt at pleasantries they stole from me period I get that it's a pawn shop but also when they come in at 30% of the value and then knock money off of your price that you gave them that you're willing to deal on and then they go out of their way to make you believe that it's not worth what you were told I used to use these guys throughout the years of living in Cleveland this behavior is absolutely appalling and they need to be shut down and investigated because I believe that they're lying on the books I believe they're cooking their own books so they don't have to report what they're making when they rip their customers off for thousands of dollars

This is by far the best pawn shop in Cleveland, the people there are very friendly extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would highly suggest you stop in and give them a try. Ten stars plus five!

Would not recommend, if you try to sell something the one mid age lady will rip you off. (At least tryed to rip me off)Very rude, cussing n complaining about what I was trying to sell and offered me a ridiculous rip off offer, 300$ item was offered 40$ for. Dont waste your time.

Im giving 2 stars bc the customer service is AWFUL. I guess its too hard to be nice nowadays. I work with customers and I MUST be nice..I would be fired and we would have no business..anyway I spend money in there and the people up front are still awful and they act like Im bothering them. The only person nice is Kathy but shes never there when I go there and I doubt the owner knows how they are acting. Today the owner or manager wasnt in and boy the same rotten attitude was front and center. When I arrived a black man was before me and he was leaving and he said thank u 2xs and the man up front ignored him..I looked at the man in shock..it was rude..since I cant report this behaviora to any owner Im leaving a review here. The people working there are rude and ignorant to the point I dont want to go back

Not a good place to sell your jewelry, I took a platinum ring in there and he only offered me $100 which is a complete rip off, then I took it to kamms gold and silver coin shop and they gave me almost $500, look around before you sell or pawn your stuff, then he was trying to talk to make like platinum is worth much, thats why you never trust these people that work at pawn shops most of them are not honest

Very Friendly and honest. I have been to many pawn shops. They pay the MOST for a pawn or selling. Prices are always extremely reasonable I Purchased A Squires Guiatar and 2 sets of nice earribgs for around $150. Will not find value like this anywhere If there is someone that wants to purchase a gold chain Diamond ring for CHRISTMAS and Believe it may be to expensive Go to Odyssey and you will find quality gold or diamonds you will definitely save hundreds or maybe thousands. They also have a variety of jewelry to select I have been going there for close to 30 years and will not shop anywhere else

Wow...ive been a customer for over 20 years..i have sold lots of jewelry here and ive also pawn jewelry when ever in need of money..so i was 1 month late on my own personal jewelry that i have from past on family member..i went in to get my jewelry and now they tell me that they sold it all..im not happy how they treat customers that have been loyal customer for 20 years..people please dont get robbed from these people..they didnt even try to help me out...wow...im sure 1 unhappy customer, many lost customers, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Went in today to pay my monthly payment to keep my chain on loan. Its been on loan for sometime now, and the manager there asked for a amount i could pay and i said sure. Here she gave me my chain and charm back for way less then the loan i took out on it. I dont know her name and Ive been going there for years. But today she was my angel, my mother had bought me that many years ago and i really wanted to buy it back but never really had it to get back and its something special to me since she passed away 5 yrs ago. If your reading this i truly appreciate what you did for me today. You and your staff have always been very kind to me. I recommend if you need to pawn or loan go here. Thank you again

Told me my 4000$ necklace was fake then said it was so taken care of that she thought it was fake tested it and found it was 1000% real and tried to say gold was down etc etc,tried to give me 500$ lol like the chain almost 70 grams smh they deal with a lot of drug additcs,well I wasn t one of them place is a rip off period ......

Three times I have had my boyfriend go here to sell some scrap jewelry. Gold, and silver. All three times have been a terrible experience. Once they refused a stamped 18k necklace, and wouldnt even test it! All three times, the amount they have given totaled approximately half of the current (at the time of sale) price for gold and silver, which I not only checked, but cross referenced each time and made certain there was no mistake. Today was no different. I sent in a 1.97g 18k necklace, (the same one the other clerk had refused to test that I had tested elsewhere although it was obviously true 18k yellow gold!) A 1.46g 10k gold bracelet, about 7g of 925 Sterling, and another gold clearing(unsure of purity, couldnt read it, was definitely 14k or better) that weighed approximately .6 and a gold Italian horn pendant that weighed about a gram. They paid $60.00 for all of it!! When people go to sell scrap jewelry, it usually means they are hard up for cash, that being said, its pretty messed up to rip someone off in there time of need. We are going through a lot right now, and really needed the money from that jewelry to feed ourselves. Shame on Odessey. I usually turn the other cheek whenever I can, but I am out of cheeks with this place! Im not one to go out of my way to tear anyone down, but this was too much, and if nothing else I would like to at least keep this from happening to someone else if possible, so here I am. Here is my review. Sadly, the place Ive always gone to closed up shop so I had to find somewhere else.. American eagle coin shop was a fantastic company, and we need another honest and fair merchant to fill the void that their closing clearly left. Namaste all. Blessed be.

Odyssey is a very good place to do a loan. I obviously came upon some hard times and wrote a letter stating I couldnt meet payments & would be late in reclaiming my jewelry. They agreed to hold my items for a few extra months without any extra charges. My experiences have been positive and kind as they seemed to care that I didnt loose my personal items. Great way to take care of customers and ensure good customer relations.
