Really nice venue, with an amazing lineup of sports and entertainment. I do wish they'd find other ways to increase revenue aside from $18 for a single pour drink, $5 for a bottled water, and $14 for what is basically a McDonald's single burger with elevated toppings. If if you can't do better on price, at least make sure they're getting something that is going to be closer to reasonable. Staff is friendly and very helpful, everything is clean and security does an amazing job at keeping everyone safe and crowds orderly. And the area offered many great options within walking distance for before or after your event.

Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse deserves a five-star review for providing an unforgettable experience at WWE Friday Night Smackdown. Despite the terrible traffic—which was expected for such a big event—the overall experience was nothing short of amazing.

The venue itself is top-notch, with excellent facilities and a layout that ensures great views from every seat. The energy and atmosphere were electric, and the staff were helpful and friendly, making the event even more enjoyable.

The sound and lighting were perfect, enhancing the excitement of the matches. Concessions were well-organized with a variety of options, and the lines moved quickly, which was a pleasant surprise given the size of the crowd.

Awesome playoff game experience! Audio quality is excellent and there’s plenty of places to buy food. One of the employees was very competent and helped us find our seats in the club level when we were having a hard time finding them. It’s also very easy to enter and exit the arena before and after every game.

Without a doubt, Rocket Mortgage Arena is a great venue. From the moment I walked in, great atmosphere, solid service, and a phenomonal crowd.

The staff at Rocket Mortgage Arena is simply sold too. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that all guests had an absolutely amazing experience. From the ushers to the concession staff, everyone was polite and efficient.

Very nice up-to-date, stadium food choices with excellent. The staff was excellent showed me where to sit and answered any questions that I needed. The atmosphere was great. The energy was great. Would recommend anybody wanting to have a good time. I went to a basketball game. It was phenomenal.

Attended the viewing of the Cavaliers playoff game on their gigantic screen . It was fun. Got our picture taken, and it was put in a small thick plastic frame. Nice free keepsake! They had cheerleaders, and fun stuff going on.

Beautiful place, went to see Martin Lawrence!! The process getting in was smooth and quick, I could smell the popcorn as I walked in the building, definitely made me get some popcorn for the show! Lots of props and sculptures to take photos next too and the whole place overall was amazing!

Venue is nice. Fans are terrible. Spent a lot of money to nrong my kid for his first NBA game and they allow people to harass an 8 year old for cheering for his team (who was losing by 30 and wouldnt win no matter what). Nothing done about the fan screaming profanity after every play, after my son cheered for his team getting a basket. Trash people allowed there. Not a good environment.

I had a horrible experience with the wheelchair attendant in section M118 of the twenty one pilots concert on Sept 28. I am a huge fan of the band and carefully studied setlists and videos of concerts to make sure I time it as well as possible when I want to leave balance of enjoyment and safety. I told my first wheelchair attendant that took me upstairs I wanted to leave at 10:45 a few minutes before the concert ended when my brother was picking me up. He wrote it down on my ticket and when I got to M118 the attendant who came to me said the concert ended at 10:30 and 10:45 I will be all by myself, but she will come before the actual concert end. I questioned it a little and with the loud music even at first thought she may have said 11:30 but figured I d enjoy the show and call when I was ready. I did not want to let it ruin the show for me, and figured Id correct her when she came back if need be. She came at 10:15 to get me and I told her I requested 10:45. She insisted it ended at 10:30 and I said trust me, I ve memorized the setlist. She said at 10:45 I will be the only one there, and that I will have to find another wheelchair attendant and will leave a lot later than 10:45. She showed me the setlist and made me recite the songs and quickly showed me it to prove her point. I asked to see it and at first she hesitated to show it to me. I pointed out there were a few songs after what she claimed was the end and she said that was the encore and covered it with her hand. Finally, a few minutes before 10:45 I went to the other attendant and said this is the time I requested. I m glad the wheelchair attendant didn t make good on her threat and reluctantly waited for me for 30 minutes, but even if there was genuine miscommunication, it could have been handled without repeatedly harassing and bullying a disabled woman who was just trying to enjoy her favorite band. A disabled woman whose information was correct over Rocket Mortgages and who was not the only one left in the room at 10:45. Regardless of what the setlist said, it did not take the time into account the time twenty one pilots takes to do different antics performing on stage. Its one thing to be rude, and another thing to be factually incorrect, but the wheelchair attendant on September 28 was rude AND factually incorrect. What ever happened to the customer is always right? PS Almost forgot the worst part is when she did finally take me, she left me at the top of the stairs. How cruel to leave a wheelchair-using guest at the top of the stairs. Thankfully, I was able to walk down them, but I ended up going out the wrong door at first to meet my brother. Point being--it is completely inappropriate for Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse to have an employee on staff who can hold such a nasty grudge against a customer/event attendee.

Added 1 star Staff maintained control of the line and it was a great show - no issues. Update (added 2 stars) Staff inside was receptive. Updated my review because they were so helpful inside. We ll see how the show goes! ETA: So the rogue fan group - CLEVELAND CLANCY - devolved into a weird subgroup like they were led by Jack in Lord of the Flies. Locking arms and trying to push through and get ahead of everyone that was waiting. One called my 15yo a c*** as everyone was trying to figure out the entrance - because they got in front of them as they should because we were there before them. My child corrected them and so did I - with the quickness. Now one little girl in some pink slides tried to record my kid and let me tell you why you trying to show true colors videoing a kid because they were there before you. You re weird. I will say the band staff holding the door to the entrance apologized and said - I m the only official line. Thanks dude. You re the real MVP today. I don t know where the field house staff was, but they were definitely not monitoring the situation. ETA: 7:45am: Worker came out and basically said they have no clue. Supposedly said no running or stampede but who is watching. They re only watching their property. It s such a mess and everyone is stressed. People are chattering and no one wants to come back here. ETA: Everyone is concerned about safety - especially those of us with kids. Right now outside waiting in line for 21 Pilots and have been here since 4:30 with about 20 other people. A fan group came up, are total jerks, and jumped line. Called the field house - no one knows anything - but this is the worst concert line experience ever - and I ve been to many venues. My 15yo has been waiting, drove up early for the wrist bands and the fan line is rude, has went down the line asking everyone that arrived early to move - claiming they have been working with the venue for 4 days So, if they have been working with the venue, then why isn t there a sign or a security officer mitigating the line. If you are aware of the fandom and have been working with a group, then why doesn t anyone working here know something? You ll have some issues today/tonight with this rude group if yall don t get a handle on it. So - we had a worker come - and I m gonna tell ya - they haven t released the time and location for the wristbands - and there s gonna be an issue. I would suggest procedures for fan lines so there s no fighting - and first come first serve - is a risky call. We shall see. I will say that all other venues I ve been too are more organized and have a game plan for fans. This venue doesn t care about safety.

Decent Venue, but very poorly ran. Went recently for a concert and they had no info signs posted. Made us wait outside 30 minutes after they said we d be let in, in the rain. And then when we finally got inside they let us scan in, and then we got stopped saying we weren t allowed in yet. So we waited AGAIN, while the worker had to call her supervisor. Then when we got the go ahead had to show our tickets again. Honestly there was just no communication between all the security and staff there and we just kept getting turned around. Don t think they would know their left from their right.

First time visiting Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse. Im in town for the Nicki Minaj concert. After 2 days of asking multiple people about the arena and different levels and sections I decided to just go to the arena hours before the concert and hopefully get answers to my questions thats when I crossed paths with Ofc. DAILEY. She answered every single question I had. She knew that arena like the back of her hand and was VERY thorough and informative. She took the time to explain everything in detail and told me about all the restaurants and bars. Not only did she do that, but she told me what each one specializes in. She kept the line moving quickly and smoothing and basically held everything together. The other employees were slacking and she was running the show picking up everyones slack. She was multitasking like no other. Had I not ran into her, I wouldnt have purchased a ticket for the simple fact that 6 employees couldnt answer basic questions and were not helpful, informative, and downright rude... 6 employees couldnt answer basic questions about sections or the arena in general. Ofc DAILEY went above and beyond! She definitely needs recognition for how she treated guests at the Nicki Minaj concert on Friday 9/13/24 Thank you for being such a devoted, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable employee Ofc DAILEY!

I generally only review my own direct experience with a company, but in this case it was my partners experience that I was with every step of the way with that prompts this review. She unfortunately is not one to complain when justified. She had been dealing with a representative named Devin. After weeks of attempts to get a cash out refinance that will allow her to access some of the considerable equity we know the home has, we fined out the loan being pursued is a totally different type of loan from what she requested, and far more difficult to get.. By this point she had already had an appraisal done, and hard credit pull. She never heard about the appraisal other than a window that needed replacement, which was one of the many things she intended to fix with some of the cash out refinance money. When she realized that the loan being pursued wasnt even what she requested, along with other communication issues she became worried that if this was how her experience with Rocket Mortgage is before the loan, can she really trust the company after the transaction? So she stopped. Major problems created, her credit score was something that a divorce had ruined, and shed worked hard to raise, and after the hard credit pull, shes going to have to wait 6 months to earn score back, before finding another mortgage company... Its hard in a review like this to express how mislead she felt after trusting the representative, only to realize he wasnt even applying for the appropriate loan, which created issues that shouldnt have existed. So shes starting over,and she will be more careful and less trusting this time, but if someone asks me about Rocket I have more than enough info to say Approach With Caution...

Have been coming to this venue since it was Gund Arena, mainly for WWE events. Great location downtown, right next to The Gaurdians stadium. Allows for a nice arena district area, close restaurants, and shops, bars, and things to keep one occupied before and after the event. Parking has changed since before the casino went in, but never to difficult finding a spot in downtown Cleveland, though the high price to do so is always another story. Arena itself is clean, large, spacious. Being the Cavs professional stadium, it is well maintained with plentiful bathrooms, comfortable seating, and plentiful concessions. Everything is spaced out yet close enough that nothing is too far or overly crowded. Easy to navigate, and easy in and out. Staff and security are always phenomenal. When it comes to seeing events, this one has always been at the top of my list. Traffic getting out can take some time if theres a baseball game as well, but for the most parts, events are timed well enough that it doesnt get particularly terrible and the freeway onramps are particularly close. Will return many more times, Im sure.

We went to Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse to watch the Harlem Globetrotters and it was fantastic!!! The establishment was very clean and the snack bar was very efficient. The only negative was the gift shop was closed due to a remodel going on. It should be back open very soon. We look forward to coming back!!

I am fortunate enough to say I was at the very 1st game played in that building. My absolute favorite place in the entire city. Enjoy a game, or a concert. Its a cashless arena so dont bring cash for services.

Horrible staff and bad venue. I went to a concert and people were constantly going up and down the aisle mid song and no one was telling them to wait for the song to end. There were no bouncers controlling the concert and the crowd control was non existent. At one point some people sat in the wrong seats and there was a staff member who got them out of their seats and put the people back in their seats mid song and got the people the seats belonged to and put them in their seats right in the middle of the bands most popular song. So overall it was a sucky experience and I ll party the day the place closes

I went here for a concert with my son. The performance was amazing. The facility was clean. The seat ushers were not managing crowd control well. We had people in our tire that were seated incorrectly. People came in during the most popular released song and had the ushers confront the people in our row in the middle of the song. The family in front of us was putting their daughter up on their shoulders during the beginning of the opening act obstructing our view. The ushers allowed for continuous flow of foot traffic down the aisle making it very distracting to enjoy the show. Other concerts I ve been to there has been better management of people traffic during main performances. It felt very disrespectful and rude for the price tag of the tickets. I d expect this from a lawn seat not a high price ticketed seat. I would not attend another concert at this venue.

Went here for the AJR concert tonight and the employees here were very rude to my fiancé & I. I went to buy merch: I described several things about the one shirt I wanted as well as pointed to it specifically. The lady caught me off guard by her aggressive response. She made a rude face, then in a mean tone was saying that she has no idea what the shirts are, that she only saw them once this morning, & that there s letters categorizing them. Last time I got merch years ago here I didn t have this experience at all with the workers and never knew about the letters or else I would ve done that. Back then I just did what I told her and they gave it to me. I wish she would have just told me kindly to look at the letter for it. As she was making all these comments she also kept looking at my fiancé trying to get a reaction out of him, making us both feel more uncomfortable. After, we went upstairs to buy a water bottle: There was no line when we went to this lady which was nice but when she said the total was $5, my fiancé handed her a $5 bill and she weirdly acted confused & offended. She just froze looking at it angrily, mumbled some things, and told us she doesn t accept that, and don t you have a card to pay for it . Again, why can t they say that in a nice way? It s such a shame, the building is beautiful and the concerts themselves here have been amazing for us, but the workers only brought it down this year:/

Everything was fine until the backpack policy. I wore this same backpack for New Edition last year. I was turned away for my backpack but when I came back to the venue, I saw bags the same size as mine get through clearance. I understand the protocol but if it s going to be enforced then it should be strict towards everyone. Letting people slide through while others were turned away is unfair.

This place is AMAZING! I have never seen a basketball game here, I only come here for the monsters (AHL American Hockey League), and monster jam (monster trucks). They have a store for the cavs and monsters, they have food stands which I have never had, but I have had their popcorn which is really good. They have a huge screen which you can see from all sides of the arena. The hockey games are very inclusive and are always a good time. Overall 10/10 (5.0 stars)

The security men at the drug mart entrance tonight were so incredibly rude I never want to come back so I dont have to deal with them. Ive witnessed food workers blow their nose in their hands and keep working. Chairs have stains and my child has ripped his finer open from something sharp on the bottom of a chair.

CLEVELAND! THIS IS FOR YOU! This is the house LeBron built! Stunningly breathtaking, Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse is a top NBA Arena. Its modern adaptations to keep fans in awe of its beauty are unparalleled. It has a sleek feel to it, yet has the vibes of a hometown crowd. It s a very attractive stadium for basketball, but I would also believe events here are amazing too. Rocket Mortgage hosts some pretty cool events, The event staff works very hard preparing for all said events. Its a very clean building- some of the staff are helpful, courteous and give exceptional guest experience. The concessions stands need tweaking in the food choices- Certain stands can be cleaner on different floors. Coffee and tea are hard to find. Seating direction once in an event can be a headache depending on which level youre on. Theirs not enough discounts for non ticket holders and if there are-not many people are aware.

Love the stadium and all of the events. Aesthetic is amazing. *Update* The staff are still great people. Very friendly and helpful. The food has gotten so much better! Probably still expensive because its a venue but all things considered really not bad. Theyve added some cool local restaurants that arent just pushing prepackaged items. One of the employees was very competent and helped us find our seats in the club level when we were having a hard time finding them. It s also very easy to enter and exit the arena before and after every game.

Went to the Monsters game tonight and RMF is NOT accommodating to special needs at all. Separate line for me to get in with my bag while my son is up ahead waiting for me with my husband and having a meltdown. Security guard is talking to someone not even in line and so I said he needs to hurry because my special needs child is having a meltdown and he just gave me a dirty look. If its that much of a problem to keep the line moving then there needs to be accommodations set up for those with special needs and more awareness. Next time maybe I should just bring my screaming child next to the line until they decide to take it seriously how stressful it actually is to take a child that is having a hard time and needed accommodations to do an activity that we should have all enjoyed. Instead it was just another reminder of the lack of understanding for those with special needs and the reason it is so hard to enjoy outings like other people that dont need understanding and acceptance.

Awesome place to see a basketball game. Clean, friendly staff prices are not terrible for a game. Seen Grizzlies play Cavs and had a great time with the wife. Will be coming back for more games.

We went for the womens final four games and the venue was easily accessible, clean and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Thank you Danielle for going above and beyond to make sure my baby was comfortable and all our guests had what they needed. We were at the club level and it was a late game. Danielle offered the sensory room (which I was so happy to hear they had at a stadium, this should be the norm) and truly was just a kind considerate human being. She made us feel welcome and included and I will never forget it! The entire staff was professional and attentive. They really made our experience wonderful!

I really enjoyed the experience at the Rocket. I didnt see a lot of food vendors on the club floor besides hotdogs and nachos. The seats are very comfortable and my brother in law who uses a cane Handled the stairs very well. Go Cavs!!

Im going to give them two stars just because of the food. Listen those hot dogs were horrible the hamburgers were horrible. Especially how much we pay to get them theyre making so much profit off of it. Its Loki ridiculous $7 for a hot dog $10 for a burger 15 for a burger with fries or was it 20 I think it was 20. So I just feel like thats crazy. But the tickets for the Cavs game werent too bad actually.. the seats were not big girl friendly. Which I did not like I mean I still fit in them but it was just like Im sicker you know below the waist so my thighs were just or my hips it was just not comfy. So I dont know they need to attend to all sizes. Not just what they think is okay and stop being so cheap. Other than that the game was awesome even though we lost. Go Cavs!!!

Went to see Avenged Sevenfold, who were amazing. Loved everything about the concert! Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse is beautiful, and its always kept very clean. However, the price for alcohol is outrageous. A can of hard seltzer is $16.25! If you plan on drinking, I suggest pre-gaming a little if possible. More importantly, make sure you take everything you need in with you. I tried to go back to my car to get my portable charger for my phone while they were changing sets. I bought a garage parking pass when I bought tickets, and the garage is connected by an indoor bridge. I was told by one of the security guards near the exit that if I left, I would have to buy another ticket to get back in. What?? So, Ive already paid for 4 tickets + all of the fees Rocket Mortgage tacks on, ridiculously priced water and Sprite, and $20 to park in the garage. I cant even go back to my car to grab my charger!? There were still several attendants at the metal detectors, so this isnt a security reason. Also, I would be going through the same process if I had bought another ticket. They also do not have an outside smoking area, but dont say a word to anyone vaping or smoking weed inside the arena. All of it makes perfect sense, right??

The arena has plenty of parking close by and is pretty easy to get around. The concessions are easy to find, al eit pricey as you would expect - $7 for a fountain pop.

We paid all this money for Drake tickets and once the concert was over they did not even allow us to wait for our rides in their lobby after 20 min they put everyone out in the cold 21 degreee weather to literally freeze to death at 12:30AM. Absolutely disgusting.

Such a terrible customer experience. Everyone searching this location should have a look. Today as I exited the RTA and entered security, one of my very small water bottles that had been emptied of water was seized by a staff member. She was a black middle aged woman who claimed to be the supervisor of the security staff, had a very aggressive tone, and said she was familiar with the policy. If you do have such a policy, it is obviously illegal. Very bad customer experience.

Ive been here for plenty of events. Its alright. The speakers are often a bit too loud for sporting events, to the point that they hurt. I feel like I shouldnt have to bring earplugs to a basketball or hockey game.

Last night for the TSO concert was the worst parking experience ever. We spent over 2.5 hours waiting in a line for a paid parking spot at the Fieldhouse and still never got in. We found out that the early show was still trying to get out, which caused all the traffic. Roads were blocked off, no clear detour signs on how to get back around. I felt so sorry for the senior citizen who was by HERSELF in front of the Fieldhouse trying to control all that traffic, who was trying to leave, and for those trying to get in. People were getting out of cars in the middle of traffic to get to the concert. My suggestion is not to have 2 concerts on the same day, be that close together ever. The good that came out of this was that the concert was AMAZING, and the staff experience we had, they were all wonderful.

The venue itself is OK. Parking costs nearby are crazy. Why, oh WHY do they have to play screaming loud music everywhere, at all times? In the hallways. In the restrooms. In the field house itself. We went there for Monster Jam, and the music during the pit party was louder than the trucks during the actual event. Our family could only communicate with hand gestures. WHY???

They should let people re entry I they have tickets! It my money I bought the tickets with, so if I wanna go outside for fresh air, move my car, to smoke, take pictures, and/or I just freaking want to bc I am grown... I should be able to ! Everywhere else does... progressive field and first energy stadium! As long as its before 4th quarter or last inning!
