Refinanced after 13 months when the rates dipped sharply. Worked with Larry to keep his eye out... Found a solid rate and after initiating the process... Further floated my rate down even more... We have used Larry and Kathy a few times now and every time we do it is so easy! We bought a new house a year ago, using PrimeLending, and then interest rates began to lower. I reached out to Larry who informed me that it just didn t make sense for us at that time. Then, a few months later, Larry reached out to me, and said Now it makes sense . The personal care is such a nice touch and always genuine. I would definitely recommend PrimeLending!

The advisor, Nick Overcash, we worked with was very helpful in guiding us through the mortgage application process. He was very knowledgeable about the process and his directions were clear and detailed. It was extremely helpful to be able to upload the necessary documents electronically to a secure web site. The ability to electronically sign documents also expedited the process. These two factors avoided delays that would have occured, if US Mail service or hand delivery had to be used. We used Prime Lending on the advice of our daughter who used them in a similar capacity several years ago. We would certainly recommend Prime Lending to others seeking assistance with their mortgage application process.

Very pleased with Prime Lending. Prime lending was a recommended lender in a new construction neighborhood I was looking at, so I decided to use them for my pre approval. Michelle Kaufman the Loan Officer, was very clear at explaining the process. I eventually decided not to buy in that neighborhood and went to another new construction neighborhood. Prime Lending was also a recommended lender in that neighborhood. The transition between loan officers for the neighborhoods was seamless. David Wood my new Loan Officer ended up getting me a great interest rate. Susan Winn LO Assistant was fantastic, she was very knowledgeable about the the loan process. She had no problem answering any questions I had. Everyone was very quick to respond to my email or missed call. I had zero problem with the entire process. Definitely recommend.

Mark Dewitt convinced me that I could purchase a home. I wanted to wait. Not sure i could purchase a home within a certain time frame. Mark set out a plan for me to follow. Following Marks plan I was able to purchase a home . The process of purchasing a home is more difficult than ever. Mark Dewitt made the purchasing process enjoyable. Disappointed in the service I received from Prime Lending with Rich Paravella. I was planning to use them since they were the preferred lender for the community but I got a very pushy and dishonest vibe that didnt make me feel at ease.
