They had a very fair, and the most competitive price on a hard-to-find (at the moment) P365 Legion edition. They shipped super fast and online checkout was super streamlined for buying and providing FFL details with no hassle.

Have dealt with these guys for a year and always come out on top. I have mainly dealt with Phillip and Seth. Both guys super awesome and very serious about their business. Phillip went above and beyond to ship a firearm for me, after a very lengthy back and forth process (my fault, not theirs!) and 100% took me every step of the way to make sure it was shipped properly. Seth has sold me my last 3 guns and has been super quick and easy about the process. They have guns that are sold out everywhere else, and do not price gouge either. If you are looking for guns, come here!

I have never worked with this company before and buying online from this company being so far away from Oregon, you just never know what you actually will get. I was looking for a Mossberg 5901A shotgun and not a lot available. I found this and bought it. I received a call from them and they were concerned that my FFL guy may have an expired license, everything was good, but I appreciated them checking on things for me. These were the nicest guys to work with and when the shotgun got here my hubby went down to check it out. He came home with a smile from ear to ear. He said it is beautiful. I would be happy to buy from them again in the future.

My cousin bought a guitar from them, got it home and found the model number was manipulated. He called them up and was told that s why it was priced to sell and was hung up on. He went up to the shop to bring it to their attention and both the guys working were incredibly rude to him. You re only as good as your word and these men clearly do not care about the reputation of their business. Do not recommend.

Great gun shop, good inventory and dealer of most of the more sought after brands. If they dont have it, they can get it. And unlike most places will actually call you when it arrives. Guys are knowledgeable and helpful. Had them recently set up my gun trust for my first suppressor and they do everything needed there, prints, eform, etc. Have helped add other NFA items to it (for a fee of course) too which for me Id rather pay extra to make sure it gets done right. The layaway option is awesome too even if it does get me in trouble with the wife.

I had been looking for a specific gun for a WHILE. It was the 1895 sbl. long story of it being discontinued for a couple years. Then recently brought back this year. I have to admit that I was a little sore to see the prices through the roof. I had e-mailed prior to my purchase and complained about price. They did eventually reduce price to that of other retailers such as BUDS. It still wasnt MSRP pricing, but in this market, I began to wonder will pricing and availability ever level out. They had it priced the same as BUDs, so I canceled my order and purchased from foothills. They were very polite in store and helped me layaway till I got my refund from the previous retailer. I would shop here again, I am beyond super excited to have this firearm in my collection. Thank yall, I know the price was not that much different, but 200 dollars is 200 dollars. Also seeing it at the same price as other popular retailers helped with this decision. Thank you all, it is very much appreciated on my end. I have dreamed of owning this for a while.

Recently ordered a firearm through Foothills Jewelry and Loan. I had what I thought was set up an FFL to recive the item for background check. Philip reached out to me via a phone call letting me know that the stores firearm department was not answering and asked for another option. I gave what I thought would be another but was then informed via email that this store would not do 3rd party transfers. The second time was via email which I whole heartedly believe was because I mentioned I was on a work meeting but just an observer. Even so an email was chosen over phone call to allow me to hear my meeting. After some more searching I was finally able to find an FFL in my area to help with the transaction. I will most definitely keep Foothills Jewelry and Loan at the fore front of my mind for any future Firearm purchases!

Very disatisfied with their customer service. Walked in with my wife and baby stood there waiting awkwardly for help. They had only one customer and three employees working there and not a single one walked up to ask if we needed help. When I walked up to ask what new firearms are available they acted like I was speaking a foreign language. And one of the workers chuckled as if I asked an irrelevant question. I was going to purchase a firearm from them because I did see something I wanted but with the service being this bad I will not consider coming back or recommending them to anyone.

This shop and the guys that work there are great! They are really friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Their inventory for AR parts and other items has grown tremendously over the past 6 months. They have items thats sold out everywhere online. I messed up twice at two different times and purchased the wrong part for my rifle and when i went back to the shop, there was no issues at all getting the right parts. I have not one negative to thing to say a bout this shop. Phillip, Seth, Jeremy and the other guys are really good to work with. They will make sure you get exactly what is needed. Purchased a Sigsauer handgun from their website after seeing the the same handgun on their arms list page how ever Armslist was not accepting new account registrations at the time. Phillip went above and beyond when our local FFL dealer was unresponsive to his attempts to contact them to ship the rifle we ordered. He contacted me directly and already had an alternate FFL dealer in place, if I so chose. I agreed, and he took care of everything from there. We even saved $25 by going with the alternate FFL dealer who happened to charge a smaller fee than our originally chosen FFL dealer. This being my first time using an FFL dealer to purchase a firearm, I really appreciate the experience and knowledge that Phillip provided. Thank you for making things less complicated, and thank you for your excellent customer service!

Ive had good experiences with these guys in the past. But recently I bought a firearm that was grossly overpriced and in poor condition. When I looked up the price it was 200 more than the actual value. I think it speaks volumes of the staffs integrity when they price gouge to such an extent.

Terrible customer service, after waiting 10 minutes to get a price on a iteam, I left because I had an appointment I had to go.. I called back later to ask about the same item, they said they was busy and told me they would call back never and never did. I would strongly suggest to take your business elsewhere.

Did not make me aware of their policies before I drove all the way there. Wasted trip. Very dissatisfied. Password would not work but pin did. Wifi was not connected so password could not work. Brought it home and as soon as it connected to wifi, the same password worked fine. I tried to tell them why it would not connect while I was there, but they told me I was wrong.

Went in to pawn a 50 4K tv. Explained to the guy that i only needed $60 for an unexpected bill. The most they could offer was $50 on a $400 tv. Left and went to quick cash pawn on hwy 70 and i was offered a 100. Do not waste your time with these crooks. Made me feel like like a piece of trash. Go to quick cash

I m glad I found out about these guys. I only live a few miles away from Foothills and I m going to be a loyal customer for the foreseeable future. I used to frequent Lyndon s Riverview Sports and don t get me wrong, Lyndon s is a nice shop but Foothills Jewelry And Loan has better prices on 95% of the firearms they sell. If they don t have it in the store you can buy it from their website. Speaking of the website, it s clean, simple and very easy to navigate. The store itself is also very clean and fairly organized. I ve bought two handguns and a shotgun in the past month from these gentlemen and I m already planning my next purchase. I highly recommend this shop if you re looking for a firearm.

Good selection, some good people. Bought a Roni for a Glock 23. Used once and it literally broke. Took it back less than 30 days later with the receipt and nothing. No store credit or exchange even. Was told to call the company and deal with it. I could understand if it was fine and we just didnt like it, but it actually broke. Wouldve done one star but they do have a good selection. I hope you get to see this. I understand it was a closeout. It still broke. I dont see why you couldntc do store credit then get another one and sell it at full price then both parties would be happy. I already contacted CAA to look at the warranty. They are going to make sure it came from a distributor of theirs and not a Chinese knockoff and deal with it on their end. Being a disabled veteran I have the time to talk to them personally. I figured itd be faster that way anyhow.

I bought a Glock 19 from them today and i couldnt be happier. They were very fair on my trade-in, and the price of the Glock was very good, especially for the version with night sights. The employees were knowledgeable and friendly . i was helped right away, and definitely wasnt rushed or made to feel like i wasnt welcome . I know this is a minor point, but i was very happy they actually had some IWB holsters available right there .Its always amazing to me how many stores dont have simple things like AFFORDABLE holsters . dont expect to get alot for your gun if u trade with them. Their offer for the gun i wanted to trade was insulting. I understand that a business is in business to make money. I dont have a problem with that.. But to sell it for double what they give me for it was a slap in the face. I decided to go back & buy another gun from them because they had it cheaper than anywhere else & had it in stock. I was very pleased with my transaction & have since then bought 2 more guns from them, for a total of 5 guns purchased from them. I have been very satisfied with my last 3 purchases. These guys have an awesome selection of guns & better prices than anywhere else.

I used to go there a lot years ago & the environment is real! However they do have to take safety precautions when selling firearms to anyone! I only dealt with them because a mutual customer ordered a firearm which was to be shipped by them. Initially, all was well with the order. That is, until I made a very simple request. I asked that they please have FedEx hold the package at their hub as their service is spotty at best at my location. When we got the tracking number yesterday, I noticed that the package was not marked to be held at FedEx. So, I called FedEx first asking that they hold it as I will not be around on the day it is due to arrive, I was told the shipper must request this, not me. So, I called them and asked again that they call FedEx and request the package be held at the hub. A few hours later, I got a phone call back saying they cant request that, but I can. I told them, no any time weve ever requested a package be held, the responsibility falls on the shipper, not the recipient. This lead to a round and round about how I was wrong. I was merely miffed until I was treated to a lecture about how I shouldnt have agreed to do a transfer if I knew I wouldnt be in. First of all, I didnt know I wouldnt be in. I asked for their assistance because FedEx has a tendency to skip over our location without even coming to the door. Our shop lighting is difficult to see from the street, perhaps they think were closed, I dont know. I was talked to like Im an imbecile by two different employees. Jeremy even went so far as to tell me that FFLs are required to be available at any time so, Jeremy, Im still waiting for the exact publication where the ATF states that an FFL HAS to be on duty 24/7. I said this to them and Ill say it again, if my partner who is male would have called, he would not have been talked down to or lectured the way I was. Also, Jeremy, you are incorrect. After several calls to FedEx, it is YOUR responsibility to have a package held, not mine. Ive dealt with other FFLs for 5 years, never have I been belittled the way the belittled me. A simple we cant do that or We screwed up would have been sufficient, instead they doubled down on the lectures. By the way, I spoke to FedEx, and they said you guys never requested the package be held, not even today. Neither my client no I will ever do business here again. I hope these guys dont talk to their wives and mothers the way they talked to me.

Came there looking for a Ruger American ranch in 7.62x39. They happened to have one and had the best price around, but I only gave 4 stars because my wife and I came in and was not greeted or asked if we needed help. We were only helped when my wife got tired of standing around and asked for service. The owner on the other hand helped us immediately when he appeared and was very helpful.

This Is THE PLACE to buy a firearm in North Carolina! I have traded with multiple firearms dealers and always felt like I had lepresy....you were expected to know exactly what you needed, not ask questions. pay and leave. Not here at Foothills! Ralph, Jeremy , Phillip and Ben are friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help! Their inventory of long guns and handguns is phenomenal! I trust their judgement, and always learn from them. They have ordered S and W Performance Center revolvers, had FNX Tactical .45 in stock and surprised me with new items....they enjoy their guns, eagerly share that excitement...and then give you a great price! Ordered online and had shipped to my FFL. Communication was good and they emailed me periodically with shipping info etc. Got a great deal on a new Springfield 1911. Recommend for new firearms sales.

Where to start!? These guys are crooks! I dont even know where to start with them! I call up to their shop about 4 days prior to my visit to check how much money I was gonna need to get my item out! Im told one price which and I quote the guy I spoke to, this price is Guaranteed until April 4th which was around $80-$90! When I come into the store Im told a different price which is about $20-$25 more than the price I was told on the phone! Now being what it is, I lost my ticket so yes that is my fault and I know that! But wen the old guy thats takin my money tries to tell me well you got a loan on 2/24 (he paused for a min)and its a different month now! But If you check YOUR calendar today is 3/22 thats less than 30 days so what exactly were you trying to tell me? Basically treating me like Im an idiot! Well foothills pawn, you will never see me in your establishment again! P.S. I see your response to my review and have this to say.. First, the loan we are talking about was for a 14k white gold ring with a nice sized diamond on it! But that besides the point Im about to tell you! Now, the reason for people to leave a review, is so that you the business owner learns from mistakes your establishment made! But if you try to lash out at the people that leave you a review, then that kind of makes you bully! You wouldnt have made any notifications or notations on my account because I wasnt making any changes or promises to come pay on any certain day after my due date! I simply asked how much I owed and by when I needed to pay, and I was told 2 different prices!

I give 1 star only because there was no 0 option. I have felt with business for the last time! I Pawned a firearm 2 days before Christmas. The owners cocky son knew I was in a bind and only gave me $125.00 for a $400.00 valued firearm. I told him I had every intention of getting it back. So after Christmas was over my wife went by to pick up my pawn. She did not know that I had to be the one to pick it up. They told her either I come and get it or she could bring her handgun permit and she could get it out. (Basically encouraging a strawman purchase) So I went on the day before the pawn amount was to go up $20.00 The gentleman that always wears a hat gave me the papers to fill out so they could call my info in to the ATF. This was on a Friday afternoon and he told me the ATF could take a couple of days to clear my name so I asked if it wasnt cleared by that evening would I have to pay the extra fee that rolled over the next day. He nicely replied NO because I came in on time and it was the ATF causing the delay. So days go by and finally I called to see if my name had cleared... they said Yes it did. No one took the time to call and inform me as they said they would. OK, time to go get my firearm, because it was such a beautiful day my son and I decided to hike there and back. (1 mile each way) After walking a mile with what I was told would be the exact amount to get my firearm back, the owners son (Mr know-it-all) tells me I have to pay the amount that they had added to it the day after I went to pick it up. At first I was told.. no problem...once I passed the ATF background check to get my own gun back - there I stand after walking a mile with my 10yr old son to the store, the owners son would not agree to what I was promised . In order to not have to ever go back into this place again I used my debit card to pay the rest. From now on I am headed back to Lenoirs American trade and loan. As I know Jimmy will keep his word unlike the places that allow their spoiled children to run the business into the ground!

Ralph is a very good person. If you need to pawn something or looking for some good deals go see Ralph and hell do you right. Hes fair and honest. The only person I dont like that works there is Jeremy. Hes rude and always has an attitude

Great group of guys. Very knowledgeable about there firearms. I called them about a handgun they had . I ask if they could hold that handgun until we arrived without any hesitation they said sure. We drove 1 hour 49 minutes with no problem and got a steal I will be doing business there again and again. Thanks Steve and Jessica
