Being in the real estate business over 20 years, I am admittedly a Realtor® diva when it comes to mortgage lenders - If you're not on my list, you're not going to be! To be on my list of preferred lenders, you have to remain exceptional over the years - never missing a Closing date, communicate with my clients (and me!) and always, always hold my clients' best interests as your highest priority.

That said, a dear friend/client was committed to using Angelo with Leverage Lending to purchase his home. He had quite a bit of money at stake in Due Diligence and Earnest Money costs so, I was extremely concerned about him using a lender who was new to me. From the very moment of my voicing my 'requirements' to Angelo to Closing EARLY, my experience with he and his team could not have been more perfect.

Clear-to-Close actually occurred THREE WEEKS prior to Closing and we had our final ALTA (Closing statement) in-hand and reviewed nearly 3 weeks prior to an early Closing. All of my "Realtor® Diva" requirements/expectations were not only met but, far exceeded.

From the beginning, Angelo made himself available to us, answered every and all of our questions, took his time explaining all the details. He messaged us during our wedding to wish us a happy marriage, and honestly has been so pleasant to work with. As a first time homebuyer, my boyfriend and I had 1000 questions and we needed an expert who could answer them and help us get set up for success on our home buying journey. After looking at all the options and amortization schedules I took his advice taking the 15 year mortgage to cut 10 years off my mortgage. First time home owners here! Our family is so glad that we went with Leverage Lending. Angelo helped us win the contract and were be able to close the deal on time despite changes at the last minute. Whatever they did, they made sure the least amount of paperwork was required from us, which saved us lots of headaches. Leverage Lending Group While we were looking for the right home for us, we needed to get the best possible interest rate. Especially in today s market with it being very difficult to find anything below 6.2% rate. I applied with many different places to make sure that I was getting the best possible deal for my loan. Through my realtor, we found Leverage Lending Group. They were able to offer me a new program with a significantly lower interest rate than what I was able to find with any other banks or brokers that I connected with. Angelo is the CEO of LLG and was very helpful explaining the differences between the types of loans and different benefits from these new programs. Abby as well assisted us throughout this whole process. Both of them are very dynamic, patient and helpful in explaining to you everything that you need to know about the mortgage and your contract. They used a very simple format for the loans so that it is easier for you to understand. They as well are updated with technology which makes this whole process user friendly and use screen recordings to explain whatever questions you have about your loan or any document they might need from you. A homeowner through a tumultuous market where people have been making outrageous cash offers and taking as is . When Brian Colan told me they are the best, it really wasn t a lie. What I thought were common sales, hook n reel tactics turned out to be true. Not only was I educated, but was led, in instances, by hand through documents I needed being on a 1099. I had an offer get accepted in a superb location, it was almost too good to be true. I had much navigating to do and needed to close prior to my lease expiring.
