As a broker, Carolina Ventures did the hard work, found the best lender with the best rates, and just made everything work. From accepted offer to close, it was just shy of 2 (yes, TWO) weeks. It could have been 10 days but we needed some more time for flexibility for a couple days. I highly recommend this firm for your next home purchase.

Working with Whitney and her team was great. We initially were working with another lender, but our appraisal had some errors which led to a gap. We looked at other lenders but we would ve been way off our closing date. Whitney was able to keep us on our original schedule even with getting a new appraisal! When I say that Whitney and her team saved us, I am not exaggerating. When our original bank lender fell through the day before we were set to close, our realtor encouraged us to reach out to Whitney. After talking us off the ledge, Whitney assured us that she could come through with a loan within 8 (thats right, 8!) business days, which was within the acceptable date range of our seller. She matched (and then subsequently beat) the interest rate from our initial lender. Whereas our initial lender left us largely in the dark throughout the process, Whitney was upfront and knowledgeable. We were frantic and frazzled first time home buyers, and she took the time to walk us through all of the rules and red tape. Her approach is personalized, efficient, and fair. We literally owe her our house!
