Buying a new home and specially like in this market with high interest rates shopping around with big lenders like bofa, wellsfargo, citi, dcu, 5/3rd bank and many others we spent alot of time over the phone maintaing a spreadsheet to compare each and every bank, negotiations etc was a tedious job. I really want to thank Suneel Kommireddy for such a fast house closing and providing unbelievable mortgage rate.
