4yrs ago we were referred to Pathway Mortgage Group via way of a realtor in AZ. We were living in CA looking to relocate to NC. From the start the staff was amazing. Once we made the move 2yrs later and reconnected we started the process. Words can't express the gratitude we have for Barb, Franco, Marianne, and the entire staff at Pathway Mortgage Group. This was our first home purchase made easy. During the process we had questions most we thought were silly but every question was answered. We asked for a referral for a realtor in our area, we connected and found our house, things moved fast from there, we did a 30day close. The communication the explanation of what would happen within those 4 wks was top-notch! From start to finish they were there for us.
We closed and are now in our new home.

This was my first time working with Pathway Mortgage and Barb Multari. In the past we had gone directly to the bank for a loan. We ended up having a holdup at the bank and they couldn t finance our loan after we had the green light and 20k due diligence down. So I asked my realtor who she knows to get this corrected. She referred me to Barb. I immediately called barb and explained my situation and she was eager to help get this resolved for me. She got my info one time and handled everything else from there. She shopped multiple banks and found the best one for us and she corresponded directly with my accountant and the bank to make it as stress free as possible for me. She did an amazing job and it was the smoothest home purchase I have ever had. I didn t think home buying could be this easy, but thanks to Barb and Pathway mortgage it was!

Exceptional! My husband and I worked with the following individuals from Pathway Mortgage Group: Franco, Barb, Danielle, and Phuong. Franco was able to explain every detail regarding the mortgage. He took the time to make sure we understood what all the number meant and made sure we were confident in moving forward with our purchasing decision. Barb and the team at Pathway treat customers like friends. With our mortgage two years ago, we had a hiccup the week before closing and they pulled out all the stops to solve the problem and get us to close on time. Then just this spring, we refinanced our equity and while they didnt have a product that suited the needs, the did refer us to a partner bank that got us just want we wanted. Pathway is clearly in the business of customer service!

There are not enough stars to adequately review Pathway Mortage Group. I am a first time home buyer so embarking on this journey was daunting. My agent put me in touch with Barb and Franco who made the process seamless from the very beginning. I always thought I would never be able to buy a home because I m a single mom. Franco gave me the confidence from the very beginning. Their communication & kindness is outstanding. All of the horror stories you hear about buying a home made me feel on edge but I quickly realized this team truly wanted my loan to be successful and they were dedicated to working hard to get me to closing. We were able to close in just under a month. Megan and Easton are absolutely amazing humans. They were fun to work with made me feel confident in my choice and supported me more than I deserved. Cannot recommend Barb and Pathway Mortgage Group enough. Being a first time homebuyer she took the time to explain the process with us while we were being pre-approved. Barb told us to call her if any houses came up after we were pre-approved. We ended up finding a house we loved on a weekend and we heard back from Barb on a Sunday afternoon and were able to put our offer in and get accepted by Sunday evening. Pathway Mortgage Group was able to accommodate a quick close and everyone was very responsive. Can confidently say buying our first home was such a breeze with the help from Barb and Pathway Mortgage Group. Cannot stop recommending them!

My wife and I unexpectedly bought a new home and needed a mortgage in less than four weeks to close and win bid and not lose large due diligence deposit. Having retired the underwriting was more complicated than in the past, but both Barbara Multari and Marianna Pittman were so helpful and showed us how to obtain approval. HIGHLY recommend Pathway Mortgage Group, Inc! My husband and I have a close friend who works for them (shout out to Phuong!) which made the choice a bit of a no-brainer, yet we never felt pushed by her, or anyone we interacted with when we were deciding on a mortgage company. Franco was extremely transparent during our communications and genuinely worked with us to get us the best rate he could. Barb, Easton, and the entire Pathway Team are a class act. I ve worked with them on two transactions. Can t say enough good things about them. The best thing about Barb is she s a consultant, not your average sales person. She walks you through options and makes you think about what matters most. Then, you make the best decision for you w/o pressure (or commission breath). She s also a person of high integrity, which is hard to come by these days. Best closing experience. I originally tried using Quicken Loans, but they pale in comparison to Pathway Mortgage Group. Barb was so knowledgeable in navigating and outlining our options. I closed on my new home Jan 7th ( 22) in the Triangle Area of NC, Durham specifically, and other than the approx 1000 boxes I still have to wade through I could not be more pleased. Why is that you ask ? Barb Multari and her Team at Pathway are a huge reason. From start to closing (on time with no glitches and a great rate) Barb, Marianna Pittman and Easton Woods displayed the ideal combination of top flight professionalism with great interpersonal/communication skills. It is impractical (in this space) to describe all the extra efforts they made to guide me through this home buying experience just suffice it to say they were exceptional throughout and I highly recommend them. Franco Multari and the team at Pathway Mortgage did a fantastic job helping me through the process of purchasing my first home. They found me a better rate than anyone else by far and offered a degree of transparency I have never heard of from other brokers/lenders. My home purchase involved a new construction. One of the challenges we faced was determining the right moment to lock the interest rate. Rates were starting to creep up, but we did not want to lock too early and risk the possibility that construction was delayed and we had to pay to keep the lock open. Heres where Francos expertise and Pathway Mortgages thoughtfulness really kicked in. Franco noticed a dip in interest rates and made the effort to call me. He advised me that it would be a good time to lock the interest rate even if there was a risk that we would incur penalties if the lock expired before the home was ready to close. We locked and Francos advice was sound: The dip in rates did not last. And heres where Franco and Pathway really went above and beyond. When construction was delayed a few days, they paid the penalty to keep our interest rate locked. Closing was a breeze. Just outstanding.
