There are not enough words to express how wonderful Craig Ghio and his team, including Michelle were with providing guidance and delivering results. I was on a tight timeline as my lease rental was about to expire in less than a month. They push things through and I was able to close in a property in around 20 days. If Craig can get me a mortgage, he can get you one too. People always say this, but let me tell you that this rings true 100%. I walked into this process on April with a pitiful 502 (due to some student loans and mistakes in my 20 s) credit score. After some coaching I managed to get it to a 577, but no lender would work with me. This is when I was referred to Craig. He gave me a pre-approval after providing him some of the required documents and said hey man, you need some time for this to work. Well I didn t listen and went and got an accepted offer 3 days later. After contracts were signed, Craig got to work. He and his team pulled every trick out of the book. Rapid rescore after rapid rescore, double checking to make sure my part time work counted as qualifying income, moving money strategically to ensure the bank was cool with the loan, you name it - we did it and it worked! During this time my credit crept up to a median score of 620. Craig worked very diligently on my loan and never threw in the towel. He and I had continuous conversations with his team and they figured out a way to get me and my family into our new home. We closed yesterday, and it wouldn t have been done without the grit and expertise of Craig.

My wife and I have worked with Craig & Michelle for the past month and a half on the purchase of a new home. I was referred to Daniel by one of his clients and decided to work with him on the purchase of our home. This was one of the best decisions I ve made this year. Due to complications on our end, the process wasn t easy however Daniel never gave up on the loan or us. The absolute worst customer experience and service Ive ever experienced with a lender. My client had applied for a refinance in March. Today is July 19th. After multiple attempts to get this file escalated since beginning of June, the lender keeps stringing us along. He asked for an additional 10 days on June 28th, and still havent closed with no closing still scheduled. On top of all that, he has stopped returning my calls and texts. The refinance was to purchase another home which the lender was aware of. Now, my client is receiving over $2,500 in carrying costs if he doesnt lose the house and his earnest money altogether. I have literally never dealt with poor standard of service... Pretty horrible experience for my client.

My experience with Quintessential Mortgage Group was nothing less than great. My home search started in NY, but high taxes and little quality for price, brought my search to Pennsylvania. Allie Abatiello, my broker, had been referred by my NY agent. I was so impressed with him that I inquired about rendering mortgage service in Pennsylvania. Happily, Quintessential also did business there also. From my first conversations with Allie the there was a feeling of comfort and trust. He was responsive, thorough, timely and professional. Nick Congello was my broker and i had every question under the sun and he answered them all. Made me feel comfortable answered my calls any day of the week and any time of the night. Best rate i was getting shopping around was a 6.1 he got me setup and locked at a 5.5. There was no surprises he was upfront about everything. We went from offer to close in just about a month. Craig & Michelle at QMG were very helpful through the entire process. When we first started looking, Craig helped us understand the options and helped us get to a place where we felt confident in our price range. Once we were ready to make an offer and the real work started, they pushed hard to get all the documentation together and make sure it was all in order. For all the stories weve heard about the loan process and the possible delays, Craig, Michelle & the team at QMG helped up to get through the process and close in an unbelievably fast time. Our offer to approved loan timeframe was less than a month.

It has been a pleasure working with Emilin Arias Gil. He is straight forward and honest but also knowledgable about his work. As a realtor, it is important for me to work with a lender who knows the inner workings of various mortgage products and can take the client to a full approval. Highly recommend. We worked with Tami and Michael at QMG to purchase our new home. I was so impressed with how streamlined the process. Emails and calls were always returned instantly. Providing the necessary documents was made easy through the app but also in clear e-mail communication. From start the finish, the process was very quick and we were able to close earlier than we thought. I was most impressed by the time Tami and Michael took to educate me on my options. I felt very confident that we entered into the mortgage that was best for our family and made the most sense in the current climate.
