I have gotten several loans through Fora Financial in the past and I was recently looking for additional funds for my small construction company. Fora offered me double what I was looking for based on my past 6 months of income but when they saw that the last 2 weeks had dropped very low the senior management revoked the offer. Traditionally this time of year slows down and if I was doing as well as I had been, I wouldn’t need the high interest loan they offered.

I must give a shoutout to George James, he was great to work with and if he ever leaves Fora he can certainly call me again, just not from a Fora phone number. I’m not sure why but I feel relieved that they revoked this offer.

If you run into financial difficulties, they will do whatever they can to run you out of business, not notify you of what your legal rights are, and then give you the runaround when they pass you off to another organization that has no legal right or jurisdiction to your account or info. Received denial letter sent to my home in my name. Immediately called because myself nor my business applied for credit, and if we do we get accepted because we are credit gold. I immediately called with the concern someone did something without my knowledge. Buyer Beware!!! Scam, don t do it. We were hacked a few months after doing it with them. They claim it wasn t them, but the scammers used the bank account we gave them to drain out all of our accounts. When we emailed them telling them we were hacked they said, we need the new account info. Of course we complied, after all we owe the money back to them. They proceeded in drafting out $35 with no phone call, email or anything. We had to move all of the money out of our account before they contacted us again. When we told them we needed to know what they were taking out of our account prior to the withdrawal the representative Jeremy Cobo stated, we told you we were deducting it, we have the recording . I told him please send or play me that recording he said I don t have access to that . When I asked for a supervisor, he stated he was the supervisor and I could not reach anyone higher than him . Funny thing is that is what the hackers said on the phone word for word. It s how we knew they were a scam.

By their own admission, they share all customers business information with all of their partners, which would explain why I get 10-15 phone calls a day to borrow money. Horrible horrible horrible company I meet all the minimum requirements was told I was approved by UW for the starter program signed contracts with William Stana after that I got ghosted for 24 hours after signing contract to get the loan so I called and then right after I called William texted me and said UW denied me with no reasoning after I got approved and signed my contracts also I got what I was approved for and did all communication through text very unprofessional if I had more power I would take this up to a higher person cause this doesn t seem like a legit business

I was approved, and the process was fast and easy. The term contract was sent to me, and it was horrible. They wanted to debit my business account 88 dollars every day Monday through Friday until the loan was paid back with this crazy amount of interest. Also, they wanted to start taking the money 4 days after i received it. No wayyyyy!!!! this is a business loan. This was a shark loan.

I was working with William who was able to address all of our needs and questions and provide a super easy and straight forward experience with funding. Stay away from this company. They are loan sharks. The front end of the interest is ridiculous. We made a huge mistake by trusting the broker who referred this company. We borrowed 66k and will repay the loan in full in less than 6 weeks. It will still cost us 16k in interest. This kind of loan practice should be illegal. It probably is. Time to get a lawyer.

Id stay far away from this company. Was told by Frank everything I wanted to hear and that I would have no problem being approved but of course now Im denied without any explanation. Their business model is to tell that you are good so they can throw as much stuff against the wall as possible which includes getting all your personal information and running your credit. They are not honest over there which is a shame. There are better more honest options out there.

Was sent a lot if spam mail by these guys saying pre approved for up to 500k with average approval of 36k! Finally decided to apply to grow my business since they advertised 24hr to 48hr funding. Spoke on the phone with someone, was told I would get approved after playing 20 questions, then was ignored for like 2 weeks. Sent multiple emails looking for update. Finally told I was denied. I was looking for loans through Lending Tree and was matched with several lenders including Fora Financial. I was contacted by Eric Tochterman and was very happy with the services he provided! He was able to help me get a high dollar loan with few stipulations and very few calls. Funding happened very quickly, within a few hours. I was very happy with the ease and speed of getting this loan, and I wish I had worked with Eric T for a loan from the get-go instead of talking to several other lenders! So I own a fence and deck company and wanted to buy a new machine as spring was here and we had a bunch of work lined up. I had originally contacted fora in the beginning of winter and received back the loan details in a few hours. But due to it being winter I had decided to hold off and wait. Due to the fact that we do a lot of sub contracting from multiple clients and each one deposits into our different business account. I had to constantly move money from one to the other and had gone negative multiple times. This coupled with average to less then average credit, come spring time I knew our options had been narrowed no Sba loans coming our way lol. I reached back out to fora and got in touch with Stan because John was on vacation. It took 2 1/2 days and I was funded, machine purchased. Stan was responsive and helpful! John was also previously when I had reached out and had followed up himself a few times. When using fora for a short term capital loan, make sure you understand it s high interest and usually has daily repayments( typical of short term capital loans), have a purpose for the money and have money lined up and coming In. If you don t then don t take the loan otherwise you ll most likely find yourself in the hot seat. Also I want to address a review I did read, they ask you to use there first names once funding is completed,( Its not a scam and the people are real) *** update 8/5/22- we are 60% paid back, machine has made us the money back already and I have to say I m interested to see what we qualify for next and what purchase we ll make next.***

This company emailed me for about a year claiming they could get financing for my business and would have an answer within 24 hours. I finally went ahead and applied and a week later Ive not heard one thing. Ive emailed multiple representatives multiple times, and never heard back on an update. This after THEY contact me and claimed I would qualify. Dont make promises you dont keep, it doesnt sit well with your prospective customers.

BEWARE!!! Before I begin please don t take my word for it and read all the recent reviews in which I should ve done myself!!! Let s start here I received a letter in the mail stating that I was pre approved great right?? Let me keep going I called and was connected to Samantha du she was really nice and seemed very good with everything .as she requested All my documents statements etc. In which I sent !!! After hurdle after hurdle She finally said she pushed me through with her underwriting and got me approved!!!!! Yay . she explained the amount and payback which was over 40 percent!!! however after getting the contract from another company called legend funding WAIT !!! They told me they did all there lending in house well anyway in which I signed it AFTER They asked me for more documentation of my business organization OK I sent that as well finally they say ok now it s bank login time ok excellent Because I deposited about 14 K within the past four days which should be no problem seeing that!!! So they say now I should be receiving a funding call??? Hours passed nothing So I reach out to Samantha via text no response Finally I get an email from her saying that I was denied in the final review because they seen transactions on there that they appear to be gambling!!!! What??? didn t they have my statements a week ago ??? Well Anyway those transactions were not gambling they were for a play plus card in which I used to transfer money to my subcontractors on cash app or Venmo when I go over my daily spending limit on my card from my bank. Anyway I tell them this and not heard back since I truly Believe they do all this to get your information just look at the other reviews sound similar?? I received an offer for possible business funding nd this was based off of my previous PPP loan Id gotten last year because the information wa on the letter. I just called and got Kia (however its spelled) which repeatedly asked the same questions and was going at a very slow pace so I hung up and called back. I got someone else which informed me that I wasnt eligible due to the fact that it isnt 10,000 or more going into my business account monthly...huh? Neither was it when I obtained the PPP loan either. They just seem like schemers with a lot of chicanery involved...no thanks even if I could! And when you listen to the recording it tells you to press a specific option if youre requesting a loan of 10,000 or more, and then another if youre wanting UNDER 10,000. SO what happened to the other option that WASNT mentioned by Kia? ( UNDER 10,000???) AS I stated before....horrible! If my new online clothing store was bringing in $10,000 monthly, then I wouldnt NEED a loan TO BUY clothing...ridiculous!

If I could give this no stars, I would. The rep was great but the promise was a lie. I hope he finds a better company to work for, Telling us that we were approved, sending loan documents, only to have them tell us 2 days later that we were not approved because of credit. They claimed in the beginning that credit was not a factor and that only our deposits mattered. Aside from that, they never bothered to call or email that we were declined. While awaiting the funds to be transferred, we sent a follow up email and only then were we told that we were declined. Telling me about a bad account from 1999!! Yes 1999! They are looking for reasons not to do deals and who knows why. I work with hundreds of small business owners and I plan to tell them ALL that this is exactly the trap that you want to avoid! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! They drive large funnels of people in with the promise, and then drop you off a cliff. Bad Business!! While we are not quick to accuse anyone of discrimination, these types of instances where things change from accepted to declined with no real reason are tough to swallow.

I sent my application and 3 months of bank statements into Grant and he said he would be back in touch with me soon. I never heard back from anybody so I sent Grant an email to see how things were coming along and to this day I still havent heard from anybody there. They are very unprofessional!

Terrible service!! It is so hard to get in touch with anyone. I was passed a long through 3 people over the course of a week and never got my questions answered. The initial people you work with are super friendly in the beginning until you apply, then good luck. Everything after that is a nightmare. Do not let them pull your credit.

False advertising for services offered, overinflated interest rates, information phishing, shady at best. They should be immediately investigated by the CFPB for illegal lending practices or loan sharking. Call center agents are rude and dont listen. Stay away, far away.

I was offered a 40% interest rate which was never disclosed over the phone during the approval process. Only found out after they sent me their contract for signature, which I did not sign. Not sure how such a rate is even legal. Id stay far away.

They reached out to me saying I was pre-approved for a loan. When I called to get lord information on the company everyone I came in contact with was UNPROFESSIONAL! Had attitudes told me I was wasting their time. I clearly ruffled their feathers when I asked were they scammers. They simply hung up. The Specialist I spoke with told me I didn t qualify but I got a letter saying I did. So that was a red flag in itself.

they send approval to you than they comeback and want more info. i had a invitation in mail for 85k and they comeback 5 days later for 7k than want all kinds of extra info and than never hear back.. roberto not very good!! stay away from this company they are not what they say they are all frauds. look at this hand while the other hand is taking your info, very slow in response

SCAM ! Do not send any information to these people!!!!!!! They will blow you up for your information and say you are denied at final review after they obtain access to all your information. I do not believe this company is real . Everyone here sounds foreign I think they do this to collect information to apply for things with you information. PLEASE BE AWARE

Very bad experience. I couldn t contact the guy who had helped me to get the loan right after the fund funded. Phone number not available. Not answering my text. I have to edit my review again after posting a few days ago. Finally, I called Fora financial customer service to request balance paid off on the same day, but I was told someone will call me back the next business day. Fora financial like a scam, a loan shark. They make their customer have to pay more interest. I still not be able to pay off my balance after numerous to times contacting them. Please be aware !!!

I called the 800 number provided though a email. The email had a representatives name. It also had the extension. The 800 number does not allow you to put an extension in. It s almost like a scam. Instead they have their call center purchased out to a 3rd party. Ok, first off this is a financial institution. If I m unable to get through to someone concerning financials, that s an issue. So, I revived this concerning email that I can t get resolved because Fora does not have any one that can help you. I was unsure who Fora was until I got the email. What a mess. I feel for someone the others that use this service.
