I had a great experience with Biz2Credit when I initially received funding for my business. The process was smooth, the team was professional, and I appreciated how quickly they were able to provide the funds I needed.

However, since receiving the funding, I have been harassed daily through phone calls, emails, and text messages from their team, constantly pushing me to take out additional funding. Despite repeatedly asking them to stop, the outreach continues. This aggressive approach has become a significant frustration and is pushing me away from wanting to work with them in the future.

Biz2Credit has a great product and offers valuable services, but the relentless pressure to take on more funding has soured my overall experience. I hope they improve their customer communication practices.

So apparently they don't consider what you were needing. Only what THEY want to give you an make you payback. Sorry, that is a horrible business practice. They probably are selling your data! Beware FRAUDS Taking advantages of small businesses during the pandemic that needed additional help. Charging high interest rates having multiple lawsuits against them and just was sued and was ordered to pay the federal commission 33 million because of wrongfully taking advantage of small business owners using and mistreating consumers that applied for loans. They will take you to court knowing they have charged you an astronomical interest rate and the money that they allow you to borrow you will basically use all the funds to paid back every month to them and the money will be gone and won t be able to use it for anything other than paying back their loan. Stay away from this company run fast no matter how desperate you are at the moment seek other avenues. God don t like ugly that s why they turned around and got sued themselves by the Federal Trade Commission for all the scams the did to honest people during the pandemic. Yes, they say they made an out-of-court settlement that still involve the payment of money, even though the party does not admit wrongdoing. In the case the company agreed to pay a certain amount to the other party as part of the settlement, and this is done to resolve the dispute rather than as an acknowledgment of fault but they still are wrong and that s why they settled. Settlements are often made to avoid the time, expense, and uncertainty of a trial, and the terms are typically negotiated between the parties involved, sometimes with conditions like confidentiality or specific actions to be taken but did this company practice wrong doing absolutely.

The loan process is extremely easy and quick, payback is really high, they continue to draw money from your accounts even after they are fully paid off. Worst of all they never give the borrowers the reconveyance letter to mention the loan is paid off. They never return funds they have over drafted from your account.

Last week I received a call from sonu rawat(funding specialist). I explain them everything very nicely. Then his senior funding specialist called me his name was sean lawson (his real name is somethingelse). He asked me please send me ypur last three months bank statements amd recent activity of july month. Now its been a week. Both are not answering the phones. Not even replying to the emails. They just wanted to fulfill their monthly target in the system for the company. That atleast we got the client and we applied for them. They are making fool to other peoples. Please dont waste people s time. Time is very precious.

I was mislead by seeing offers of the lowest rates in the business. My first offer came back at 40% APR! After I told them I wouldnt even accept 10% as I had a better offer from my bank, they kept coming back and contacting me. Not only that, the absolute worst part, is they sold off and shared my PII with other lenders and now I am getting called and emailed and long 60 second voicemails from multiple lenders. Do not fall for the trap of just checking a quick and credit pull free offer, they will continue to call you, email you, and share your PII with others.

Run from this company! They will harass you if you apply for a loan and decide not to go through with it because of high interest. They are a scam! I stopped taking their calls and they called my husband (never gave them his number) threatening him and my company and saying they are going to leave us bad reviews and so much more!! Very deceitful JUST LIKE THEIR COMPANY. Look up ITRIA ventures which is their parent company. There should be a class action law suit against these thieves!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! They recently had to pay 33 million by the FTC for being dishonest scumbags! I fell for the good reviews and LYING scammer PAUL Woods, an employee who works for Biz2Credit. He lied to me saying he will get me 5-10 year terms after I build some history with them. 4 MCAS later, nothing but dog doodoo ridiculous terms. Only did it so I can build history with them. This organization doesn t deserve the 4.6 stars that it gets. Not sure if they re soliciting these reviews or not. I would encourage anyone looking into this company for their small business to Google FTC 33 million FTC damages settlement with Biz2Credit When I reached out this organization, their sales team was both high pressure and downright condescending. This company provides financial services to small business at exorbitant interest rates. They are brokers that match businesses with lenders. On the internet they seem to have a good reputation and lot of good reviews. I myself wrote a good review when I first got a loan last september ( it turn out to be a different transaction). However there is a catch: most of their business gets channeled to Atria Ventures, a company owned by Biz2credit. Atria Ventures does all the dirty work for Biz2credit. They should be called Atria Voltures because their behavior is very similar to those birds. Atria has a bad reputation that is well deserved. A quick search on the internet will shed light on this operation. Complaints, law suits and testimonies of practices at the borderline of loansharking from which biz2credit conveniently tries to distance itself. I know this for personal experience. Our company kept an impeccable payment record until my wife and I were involved in a terrible car accident. Due to the injuries we could not attend to our business fully and we had to stop temporarily the daily payments. Even though we were transparent about the situation and willing to work out a reasonable arrangement, we experienced a most horrible response. Constant threatening phone calls and e mails from 12+ individuals that acted independently. As I was communicating with one individual, I would be getting phone calls from another representative that apparently was unaware of the negotiating process and proceeded with the same line of intimidation and devious proposals. While pretending to negotiate, they filed a lawsuit without notification in the hope to get a judgment against us. Once found out, they offered a settlement that was nothing more that an extension with an hidden penalty of exceeding $1,500 shockingly refusing to provide a copy of the original agreement. I asked for over a month for this document to all 12+ representatives and given the run around. Things got really bad. Had to stop answering the phone. Calls would come from numbers not identifiable with either company. The stress has been overpowering while dealing with serious injuries. No good will here, just callous greed and quest for more profit Biz2credit reviews should be teamed up with Atria Voltures reviews. Businesses and hard working people looking for a fair shake should not be deceived this way. There is no sense of fairness and decency here. Be aware! 1

After contacting Biz2Credit three years ago for one of our businesses, they went ahead and sold our data to other providers. Since then we ve been bombarded with multiple phone numbers. Be careful contacting them if they re not able to facilitate the loan for you, that will sell your data to other providers.

They had a glitch in their system and ended up taking 1 regular payment as scheduled, but then a DOUBLE payment from my wife s account and a DOUBLE payment from my personal account. I have been on the phone with them repeatedly and they tell me there isn t a way to send the payment back. Meanwhile, I had the equivalent of 5 payments come out of my account in a single day and I m trying to run my business, now with less capital.

Do not recommend this company. I d give zero stars if I could. They make promises that they don t keep. They lie to get you to sign the contract and once you do forget it. You won t get any real customer service or assistance once your funding is complete. When you call them out on the promises they made they ll tell you too bad. Definitely avoid and go with another funder like OnDeck or Phoenix

It has been a total disaster! I dont mind rejections but do not hijack my credit profile in the process and now no one cant seem to explain how to remove the hard inquiries from my credit report when I was told it would be a soft inquiry. To be fair, their lawyer is looking into this but are you telling me, a solid funding company like biz@credit d/b/a Itria Ventures cannot all of the sudden remove hard inquiries real time but when its time to collect their money from borrowers, they have all the mechanisms in place to ensure collection but now that even the loan rep (Revathi Sundararajan) is M.I.A and not effectively addressing the erroneous missteps her company took with a hard inquiry that is also precluding me from receiving funding elsewhere because that lender questions the truthfulness of what I am saying given there are two unnecessary hard inquiries on my profile but no one seems to be resolving this issue.

At first the company seem interested in my business and I asked if it would be a hard inquiry, they said no in writing then did a hard inquiry on my Experian. I am livid given I cant get a return call now after they were pressuring me to take a loan seeking $900 a week payment for 7 months. Yes, $900 weekly so I played cool like no thanks but I guess theyre retaliating against me because no one has removed the hard inquiry despite me NOT taking out a loan with Biz2credit, so proceed with caution.

The application process is a sham. Provided factual and truthful application. Was prequalified. Linked bank account with their verification system, got approved. Then provided 6 months if bank statements. Biz2credit has a minimum revenue amount of 120,000 a year but does not disclose that. Total scam.

I spoke with a Martin Chad. He seemed very sketch with the information and then he proceeded to tell me that I needed $25,000 a month revenue to get a no doc loan when I started asking harder questions. He then hung up on me. I would advise caution on using this company seems more of a scam to me than anything to get personal information. Luckily I have a monitoring company for this type of thing.

I called in, & explained to the representative that my business is a start-up. They quickly said, We do not do starts ups. then hung up on me before I could say anything else. I called back, & spoke to another representative who said theyd make an exception & sent me an email to forward them the last six months of my bank statement. Both times I spoke with reps who spoke quickly & with thick accents, so it was challenging to understand what was required of me. The entire exchange has made me uncomfortable with this business.

I applied for funding through their website, I spoke to Sunil Kumar Yadav and Spencer Bailey. They told me the loan will get funded 2-3 days after the contract is signed. Now they don t know when the loan will get funded. I am having trouble getting any confirmation when the loan will get funded. No one from their team is responding to my emails. I think they try to scam people by lying about funding.

Received a low ball offer compared to other lenders that it was insulting! Doesnt make sense! They also keep contacting me after telling them I was no longer interested in getting funding. They also keep contacting me after I told them to remove me from their system. Its super annoying! They dont know how to take NO for an answer! Do not give these people your number!

The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Talk numbers for less than 30 seconds and get denied without even reviewing application. The most unfriendly rep on the phone named Craiag. Shame on you!

Something that they do not specify is that the minimum loan is 6,000 the minimum, your business must be at least 12 months old to be approved and the business must generate $10,000 per month since you must provide biz2credict with the bank statement, I leave my review free of the things that this company does not explain to small businesses looking for financing.

I wish I can give them a zero star. I paid off my loan with them then asked for a zero balance letter but all Ive been getting is Ill call you back. Nothing has been done from their end. They really dont cant about people. I would stay far away. Its been nothing but frustration for a whole week. There are better companies to work with out there!

There are a handful of online lenders Ive typically had good experiences working through applications with, but not Biz2Credit. They never leave you alone no matter how many times you tell them to stop contacting you. During the application process its usually several phone calls a day, and even after I declined their offer they still contact me several times a week. Ive tried two strategies to get them to stop, 1 is just ignoring them, second is telling them to remove me from their list when they call or email but no matter what they keep spamming me. Go with literally any of the other ones before Biz2Credit

Amazing experience from beginning to end. At first it was hard to get ahold of someone but once I did he walked me through each step until we finalized the application. Then they reached out to me about the forgiveness application which I had forgotten to do. I had already been paying back my loan and after they helped me with my PPP forgiveness application it was approved and I no longer had to pay anything left on my loan. The experience was horrible. Working with my CPA, we provided all documentation for forgiveness. Still I was charged over $3,000 for an interest re-payment. Now that the loan has been forgiven, you are telling me I have to wait four months to be reimbursed for charge that never should have been issued. Totally unacceptable.

What agreat experience! For years I wanted funding to start my Production Company and the funding I recieved from the PPP Loan helped me achieve that. Moving forward after the loan forgivness I still have some obsticles to clear but this program has at least put me in position to grow my company. My hope is that these funds can be available to a small business owner in a non-pandemic situation. I hope that I have shown myself trustworthy to recieve more funding because the truth is there is not a lot of confidence to find funding for small businesses such as mine.
