Their agent called me. I was interested in having some extra working capital and so I was receptive and I gave him ALL of the financial paperwork that I was asked to give. Then he said I was approved for a $500,000 10yr term loan at an 11.5% rate. Then a day or two later he said he was able to get me approved for a $600,000 term loan. I was excited and spent many hours over the weekend planning on how to use those funds. Then he ghosted me. And when I finally caught up with him days after his last positive communication he said the funding was not available. It really sounds like they just have a lot of cold-callers who do not know what they are doing. They will make promises that they can not deliver on. I would avoid them.

You have responded that you are in touch with me to work this out. That is not true. Please e:mail me - you have my e:mail address. I would like communication to be in writing. I have in writing from your team member communication stating that I was approved, and then communication stating that my approval was increased. If you can honor your commitments then I will be happy to take my comments down.

Went to get an SBA Express loan on May 20th, It is now October 31st, submitted all paperwork needed, couple weeks went by and agents offer a bridge loan. We said no 2 more weeks again bridge loan offered. This went on past 60 days finally got a bridge loan to tie us over. Again no SBA loan number and more offers for bridge loans repeatedly. Not even sure if this is a legit company because nothing shows up on SBA. Agent needs to specify he is a broker and sells information to other lenders for a 5% commission if approved. In response to the owner: We have been trying to reach out directly. Your agent, Adonis Araya, had refused to provide me with the contact information for his supervisor. Since July he has been saying we have been approved for the loan and PMF has 95% approval rates from SBA after your underwriting has pre-approved the loan. Now, four months later, he has changed his tune, Oh your industry is high risk and you are most likely going to get denied. Not to mention, he has charged us an arm and a leg for his commission for that ridiculous bridge loan. As soon as my wife said she will be contacting our local SBA office to check if anything has even been submitted for any kind of approval and will then follow up with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Adonis said he didn t appreciate being threatened and will withdraw from the application. Still no contact information for the supervisor. All your company does is scam small business owners into getting high interest loans that we have to pay commission on to your agents!!! I ve read other reviews and you ve done this to other people!! You have my contact information. I don t have yours! If you are interested in giving me any shred of legitimate information you can contact me! For everyone else who is considering these scammers, do yourselves a favor and DON T!

We had the distinct pleasure of working with Justin from the Motor City Office. Due to a complex Credit situation, we knew that getting funding for our business was going to be fairly difficult. We had no idea that it would cause over 5 rejections from different lenders, at various stages of the lending process. From the beginning, Justin did everything in his power to help us. Even after the first few denials, he made sure that we didnt lose hope that he would find a lender who would be willing to work with us. He made it known early on that he was always available to answer any questions or deal with any concerns that we might have. He was not kidding. He answered phone calls outside of business hours, even on weekends. If he couldnt get back with me immediately, he would shoot me a text to make sure everything was OK. . As someone with multiple small businesses, I have worked with a lot of different individuals from different financing companies to help grow my businesses. Justin is, by far, the most attentive person that I have ever worked with in the financing industry. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure that we felt comfortable with every aspect of our financial journey. As I stated before, we were denied several times, but Justin kept fighting for us. After several weeks and multiple denials, he got us funded for the amount that we had originally requested. I dont normally write reviews for these types of things, as they are usually pretty cut-and-dry. However, after all of the work that Justin put in to help us, I felt that he should be recognized for the quality of the service that he provided. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. If you ever need funding of any type for your business, I would encourage you to give PMF a call. The entire team did a great job of taking care of us, and I really appreciate that, but if you are given an option, ask for Justin in the Motor City Office. He will fight tooth-and-nail to get you the capital that your business needs, regardless of your situation.

I tried doing a simple loan with these guys they gave me $22000.00 and told me they would consolidate it all into one loan adding the additional $53000.00 in a five year fixed payment Here is exactly what they said i would be receiving. I assure you and have all there lies in email and text messages and I will be suing them. Please trust me they are very manipulative. They like to over promise and under delivery. I was told they could get me loan terms from 2-3 years. Then they come back with 1 years with 70K interest and try to convince me they are saving me money. After i called them out on this it was well take it or leave it. Applied told them credit was below 550 they said they can work with it and then I sent in application to which they told me they had an approval for $18k asked me to send bank statements and voided check and Id. From there they said was all good said all I had to do was sign contract and they would fund then they denied after they supposedly checked credit and all documents in beginning. So if they denied at the end they never actually checked credit during app.

They are restless is continually interrupting you day asking how much capital do you want to borrow. Hopefully you dont have the same experience. Something is wrong with this company. Got an email with the below offer from a Max at Premium Merchant Funding: Please see below for our current programs; Lines Of Credit (unsecured); 36-52 Month Terms 5-7% Interest 550+ Credit Score Recommended Term Loan (unsecured): 3.8-7% APR Monthly Payback 5-10 Year Term I asked if this was factoring and was told no, that the offers wed receive would be as above. Max sent us to Jason, who had us fill out a form. I asked Jason the same question and received the same answer. I immediately emailed Jason again the original proposal: Please see below for our current programs; Lines Of Credit (unsecured); 36-52 Month Terms 5-7% Interest 550+ Credit Score Recommended Term Loan (unsecured): 3.8-7% APR Monthly Payback 5-10 Year Term When I did not hear back by the next afternoon, I filed our experience on Trust Pilot. Within an hour we received an email from Jason in all caps: CALL ME ASAP I replied politely: If you have something to tell me, would you please send an email? He did not respond. One of the most successful tag lines of the 1960s was for a perfume: Promise her anything. Give her Arpege. Bait and switch. Premium Merchant Funding got our time, attention and confidential financial information. We got gaslighted. We intend to report this interaction to the NYC Consumer Fraud Department. Will update this review when we hear back from them.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this company. The overpromising of good terms and longer terms is not accurate. I get that business owners are needing funding to keep their businesses and payroll going so you hope that a lender can provide funding as claim just need (3 months bank statements, application and thats all) Well thats not accurately true. Waste of time. Don t apply rates triple when you talk to an underwriter I m an established company with no debt and millions in sales. The advertised rates were 7.99 and they offered a 10% origination fee and then 12-15%. Just get a credit card at these rates and at least you get travel points For context- this was prior to the huge rate jump over the last 6 months. I cant imagine what they are now. Further context - My company is 10 years old with annual residual income of seven figures. We were trying to take out an expansion loan and these were the terms. We closed on another loan with a traditional lender for 7%.

Filled out an application, sent all my bank statements and personal info after communicating with Jack Khouli and then there was absolutely no response or communication. I ve followed up three times now and no response.

Guys call 2 to 5 times a day, they wont stop calling. They use IP phones so they show up as local numbers, they call from different numbers every time. Its absolutely ridiculous. Dont get involved with these guys, if they harass you this much before you even have a loan, imagine how bad it would be when you do.... beware Reported to the BBB as well

I was nervous about working with a company that I was unfamiliar with for a loan. These guys were fantastic!!! Very good customer service, they did everything they said they would do and it was all on time. I was given clear information and the entire loan process went smoothly. Specifically, I worked with Paul Housey and John Silva and they both were great. Paul was easy to work with and very attentive to my specific situation. I can not say enough about how awesome John Silva was to work with. He delivered on every promise and his customer service was impeccable. I would highly recommend working with them and I am a very satisfied customer.

Please beware of doing business with this company. While many people seem to have had a positive experience, it is beneficial to know that it is a gamble and not the experience we had. We were given false information on numerous levels and were completely dropped and left to flounder. We have done numerous successful MCAs so the process is not something new. We were sold a comprehensive debt restructuring and were abandoned with no communication 1/2 through after doing everything we were told to do. If you have and doubts about taking and MCA or who to do it with, email me directly and I will share any detail you want to know and also provide you you with better options I had to find the hard way during the course of our desperate situation. These guys are emotionless to peoples situation, have bad follow through and really only care about making money. There are business out there that do this type of lending and are completely honest about what they do.
