I just purchased a 2024 Rolex GMT Master2 with Jubilee bracelet. It arrived within 16 hours. Amazing.

I had a very positive experience. I purchased a watch on their website at 11pm on a Monday. At 10am on Tuesday I received an email that it had been shipped and at noon on Wednesday it showed up. There was a misunderstanding on the contents of what was included with the watch as far as paperwork. It was absolutely authentic but didnt include a warranty item I thought was going to be included. After reading the listing again I noticed they didnt mention this item was included. I called them and they confirmed that it was not included. I decided to return the watch and mailed it back on Thursday afternoon with their provided shipping label. By Friday morning they had already processed my refund. I would absolutely do business with them again, I was very impressed with their quick processing times and how helpful they were. They did not give me a hard time about returning the watch in any way. Ill be monitoring their website and if I find the watch Im looking for Ill not hesitate to purchase from them again.

First time buying a Rolex after the usual It could take a month, it could take a year for a Yachtmaster 42 to come available . Ordered a Mens Rolex Sea Dweller over the phone. I spoke to Chris and he was eager to assist me on which was the best watch for my needs and looks. This is the second time dealing with this organization and each time the experience gets better. The first time was at their smithtown store. I brought in a gold watch band bought at another dealer that I thought was 18k and the owner at Collectors Smithtown said he didn t think so. So at no cost he sent it to assay. And he was correct. I have bought several rolex and other high end watches from my local AD, and I have never received the time and attention that i received from this place. They are super accomodating and really want you to own the watch you want, vs just selling you something. Thier prices are really really good and their service is better. I was going back on forth on several watches and they allowed me to phyisically receive them to make my choice. And they offered top dollar for my trade in. Condition of the watch is as listed. i know the use of the word mint is overstated a bit, but all the watches i received were in that condition. I will hand it to Richard the owner of the company on always walking me through the pros/cons of each watch but never steering me to what he wanted, always let it be my decision. Buying a rolex or other watch should be done this way. ADs are not looking out for you and private sales are just too risky. I will buy and service my and my wifes watches here for life. I do believe thing happens for reason. I was at a jeweller looking at the very same watch but with scratches and dents on one side of the case, eventhough they said it was brand new. Some people will disregard these scratches as minor but I want my watch to be perfect if I pay premium for it and would like to be the one put scratches on it. At the bank ready to put money down (at higher price than Collectors Huntington) something pushed me to look at Chrono24 and found Collectors listing of this watch. 5 mins phone call with Chris turned into the most impulsively/thrillingly expensive purchase i ever done. Bought a Rolex from them online on Chromo24 listed as good/excellent condition. Right before shipping they tell me it needs repair. Super disappointing as it was a good deal and overall decent shape for the age. He offered to do the repair for free but I would have to wait until after the holidays which I really didnt want to do. I cancelled the transaction which unknowingly cost me ~200$ for a transaction assessment fee. This was fairly upsetting to pay on a failed purchase. I was already texting back and forth with a Collectors Huntington Representative and shared the screen shots of what went down. He fixed the problem! Richard is by the book and to the point. Decent communication, no frills. No messing around. I dont know whats up with these reviewers that think these guys are scammers/crooks. If youre buying luxury watches, do your homework! Know your piece. Make sure theres no aftermarket mods, ensure the color matches the model number. Purchased 2 pieces and within 4 hours received shipping information, received pieces next day before noon. Richard has a fair price for an average selection of investment pieces. I used PayPal to act as a quasi-escrow and the ability to dispute any issues. But by using PayPal, I didnt get the negotiated discount we agreed to - oh well - thats the price of piece of mind I guess. Ill be using Richard as my Rolex broker and keeping an eye on stock.
