I can only imagine my customers to be an abberation. A handful of submissions of multimilliondollar companies. It often takes months to complete a submission even if all of the information is provided in advance. Their system is out of date as to what loans are active. They spam customers regularly even if they arent even able to work with them. After a bunch of false promises, they gave a customer of ours a loan in the hundreds of thousands (not the largest we did with them). The customer wanted more so they told them they could get it if they accepted the deal in front of them. This was a lie. They then spammed them monthly offering fake offers much to my customers disapointment.

*****EDITED REVIEW, SEE BELOW ORIGINAL ISSUE***** Management called me and acknowledged the issue and agreed should have been handled differently. I give them credit for admitting wrong doing and not just asking for the review changed. Just make sure as a customer to any industry, for sales people to follow your needs and requests (mark of a good sales organization) and not just blindly moving forward with their agenda. Because sometimes their agenda is not always in your best interest..... I have increased my rating due to them wanting to make a wrong, right. I am sharing facts and not my opinion or feelings about this company.... I was looking to get a 3rd quote on an SBA loan. When I called and spoke to an advisor I explained I had 2 other quotes and needed a 3rd. I said I know you will need to have everything including my first born to complete a loan. I said I just need some basic info on term, rates, etc.... to see if your competitive. He assured me he understood. So I sent PLs, rolling 12, 5 yrs of taxes for the business and 3yrs of my personal and he said that wasnt enough to give some general terms. The 2 other banks that was plenty to get a sense what they could offer and National Business Capital said no..... Beware before you get involved, that they will want ALL your info before they can give you ANY info. When other banks just need some basic info.

We like so many other companies experienced a slow down in business soon after Covid hit the US. We burned through our reserves in 4 months and then the PPP funds in another 3 months. We knew the oil & gas drilling activity would pick back up, we were just hoping we could survive until it did. I reached out to National Business in early December asking for help with funding as our business was just starting to pick back up. My customer relations representative Vish Sharma accepted the task to get us the funding needed to get us over the hump. We had a complex situation that most funding companies would have declined us and moved on. Not Vish, he was determined to get us funded...never any pressure, always calm, always professional. I had the opportunity to work with Alec Stepanian over at National Business Capital. I have worked with several MCA type of lenders in the past, but never had such a positive experience. I was able to fund quite a large loan on reasonable terms. From first call to funding the entire process was under a week. ***BROKERS BEWARE*** I was happy to add another lender for my customers. Boy did I make a mistake. I took a customer to them who I have funded 5 deals for thus far. First, as soon as I turned in the deal (I submitted ALL the paperwork needed), my customer got spammed with lender calls telling him to stop using brokers. Then, they didnt work the deal fast at all (took over a month). Lasty, we had a 4 to 6 point structure on equipment ( I have an email directly from my rep for proof). When the deal gets funded I get a pay rate of .7 of a percent! Which we still havent been paid BTW. ***BROKER BEWARE AND RUN FROM THEM***
