Mariel C assisted me today in navigating the process of opening accounts in MCU. She was very patient in explaining the process and the different accounts they offer. She was very thorough sharing the many benefits of attaining an account here. She also assured me of how the secured on line banking is since I expressed being skeptical. A process that could be overwhelming she made it a breeze. The bank manager was also very welcoming. This is how banking needs to be done. THANK YOU 🪬

Worst branch out of all MCU branches, the reps are very disrespectful and unhelpful. I waited more than an hour to then be told I can access the services I needed via the app. Shanice was called my name after an extensive wait to tell me she came back from lunch and I can do what I need to do on my phone, in an attempt to send me on my way. I insisted on being seen by a representative, at which point she began raising her voice and telling me she couldn’t help me. She was very combative and highly unprofessional. This branch is full of lazy individuals who will give you the run around in hopes you just walk out in frustration. The bank manager has seen this behavior time and time again and condones such behavior.

I previously heard bad reviews about this place, however I had an absolutely wonderful experience and that'snot always the case at a bank! I was able to get a new card, create an online profile and change my address in about 20 mins with the customer service agent who was incredibly nice and professional. Thank you Mrs. Algala Anderson!

Hate the neighborhood, but the service is decent. Coming in during lunch hours is best because there are fewer people waiting.
This location is the only one that has access to 24 hour arms.
I like that they give you your debit card right then and there!! There's no waiting ten business days!

I don't use the ATM in that area because that is a bad neighborhood. PLEASE GET ENVELOPES. DON TRUST STUFFING CASH INTO THE ATM MACHINE!! The seats at the bank are well needed because the lines usually long in the mornings. Still best rates for loans and such and Wednesday deposits for payday, yayyy.

The customer service is the worse of the worse, this is my case: I went today to MCU and asked for a thorough investigation of this case, but no one was able to provide me with any answers about that check, which was either stolen or misappropriated by an unknown party. MCU doesn’t want to take responsibility for giving my hard-earned money to a third party. As a member of the MCU, I was expecting to receive professional service, but all I encountered was disappointment, frustration, and a lack of professionalism from your staff.

Good bank BUT they need to be on top of their ATM MACHINES services better especially on the weekends knowing there so few locations. Too often i cannot make a transaction on the weekend because of non working ATM MACHINES.
