I got the best price that I could get in the market at half the price of other name brand. Unfortunately I could not finalize the order for an entirely different reason but was pleasantly surprised when they offered me a full refund of the advance I had paid which they did not have to. This place was very clean, employees were very kind, friendly and appreciative of the business. Llyod fixed my necklace and bracelet which came out beautifully and was able to dip my yellow gold pendant and make it white gold. It is stunning and looks like an entirely new piece. Upon pick up which was only the next day (but ready hours later after drop off), he offered to clean my wedding ring and engagement ring. Now it is sparkly and looks like the day I first put it on.

I would highly recommend this place and if I need any future services, I’ll be sure to go there.

Upon arrival I was well greeted by Andres & staff. My brothers watch band needed adjustment. Before coming to National Estate Jewelry Buyers, I had taken the watch to a watch repair kiosk at Brunswick Square Mall and was informed, the links to the band could not be removed. But Andres had no issues. He got the job done and was very friendly, attentive & professional. Thank you Andres, my brother is now happily wearing his watch.

Ive been thinking about selling some old pieces of jewelry and was pleasantly surprised to have found this place. I wasnt sure if I could just walk in without an appointment, so I called and was greeted by a lovely woman who told me to come right in. There I met Bob. He was so nice and welcoming. I had never done this before and to my delight he was super patient and explained everything, making me feel very comfortable. In addition to wanting to sell pieces I showed him a ring and asked if he could tell me if it was real, as I really love it, except for a little piece that would get stuck on my sleeve. He was nice enough to take the time and test the stones and metal, in addition to fixing the part that was getting caught on things, which made me love it even more. The whole process was seemless and I was extremely satisfied with the payout. Barry came in to finalize the transaction and was quite personable and efficient. Fantastic experience at National Estate Jewelry buyers yesterday. Scheduling an appointment on-line was seamless and I had the pleasure of meeting Lloyd for the 1st time. Hes a certified gemologist and he give me quite an education regarding classifying and valuing gold and silver jewelry. I had a very good experience coming to National Estate. I had only one experience selling jewelry/gold before at a different place in Jersey and it was very uncomfortable and confusing. Its not every day you sell jewelry or gold. A few life circumstances made me drain my rainy day fund so I definitely was not ready for any emergency costs and of course I ran into car trouble. With a huge bill and credit cards I decided to sell some jewelry I was holding on to. I wouldnt say selling your processions etc is enjoyable but I cant say more nice things about Lloyd and the team that worked with me. They treated me with kindness and were very detailed in explaining the process. They were also very patient and understanding which goes a long way. I recieved the best offer here by far in comparison to other places I visited. I appreciate Lloyd and the team and wish them nothing but the best. I highly recommend visiting National Estate.

My husband and I had an accumulation of estate jewelry, scrap sterling silver, and a variety of antique coins that we have wanted to dispose of for a long time. After doing a little research, it seemed that National Estate Jewelry Buyers was just the place for us. I called to schedule an appointment, and Barry happened to answer the phone; he was very cordial, and seemed happy to assist us with our wide variety of items. We visited a few days later, and Barry spent a long time with us. He was very knowledgeable about the metals of our items, and the various stones in several rings. He even paid us for a yellow diamond that another jeweler had said was worthless. The prices paid were even higher than I expected. After searching on the internet for a place to sell my mother s jewelry (silver, gold and diamonds) and old money (coins and paper), I stumbled upon National Estate Jewelers with its impressive 300+ 5-star reviews. This proved to be the perfect place! My husband and I sat with Barry for nearly three hours as he analyzed with knowledge and expertise each piece. If in doubt, he tested the material or researched the item. After assessing and explaining every piece, he gave the price he would pay with the option to sell or keep the piece. The experience of selling my jewelry felt more like a visit to an old friend s house - the kind where you feel so comfortable that you can stay for hours and chat the day away. Barry and his team were professional, kind and a delight to engage with and always made it clear that the choice to sell was mine and mine alone. What an amazing experience! My fiancé and I took my mother s engagement ring here after visiting somewhere else that we didn t feel so great about. Barry and his team sat down with us and shared such enthusiasm about gemology and how we could get creative with the piece to make it our own, which is what we did! We came back a week and a half later to meet with Lloyd, he cleaned up the diamond, weighed it and let us know the diamond would look just as stunning in a solitaire necklace & a blue topaz would be an inexpensive, but stellar stone to add to the ring. Lloyd texted us three days later with photos of the finished products and we were stunned! Both the ring and the necklace look spectacular. National Estate Jewelry Buyers are terrific! We brought in a bag of old rings and other jewelry, not knowing what was real. Bob spent over an hour inspecting and categorizing each item. He also weighed them and did chemical tests for gold. Some of the rings had tiny diamonds, each of which had to be examined and counted. Bob explained what had value and why. We left with a check for significantly more than we expected, as well as a new understanding of the jewelry appraisal process. It was fun!

I can not tell you enough how nice and professional this place is. This was my first time going and I felt very comfortable being in the shop. Its very crowded so watch your step! I worked with Lloyd and Barry the owner. They were very up front and honest about the items I brought in and what they were looking for, and I appreciated that. Mark was a pleasure to work with! He made a difficult time much easier. My father passed away last year and had a large collection of coins and stamps. Professional, friendly, HONEST. I had a wonderful experience with Barry, Sharon and the rest of the staff at National Estate Jewelers! These people have been in the business for a long time and it shows. They really know their stuff. But just as importantly, they are an absolute joy to work with. Barry walked me through my transaction from beginning to end and the numbers he gave me on the phone were the numbers he gave me at the store. Sharon is about the loveliest lady you will ever meet.
