Please avoid this company if you can. If you get rid of all the fake sounding reviews for two to three of the employees by filtering, you will find some really nasty stories of first alliance forgetting you submitted paperwork and asking for it multiple times through the wrong channels. All the way to lying about rates and percentages at the last second. Several reviewers even posted their stories on more than just Google reviews to reflect how negatively impacted they were.

Chris Canals and team at First Alliance made the home buying process much less painful with their quick responses and solutions to get our loan and get our monthly mortgage payment as low as possible. Highly recommend and while I hope we do not need to use them again anytime soon, would 100% work with them again.

First of all, Moe was able to get the deal done. The first company I used to finance my purchase fell through and Moe came in afterwards and helped me get this done. This team is all I need to get my first home mortgage. All the parts of application were smooth and efficient. Agents are very responsible and professional so that they always answer questions and explain to me anytime they need more information or the process is moving to the next step. I am a seller of a property which buyer is utilizing the servicies of this organization. The underwriting team have committed mistakes while processing the information of this buyer that have lead to a significant delay while closing(situation that affects both parties and all involved individuals). Not only that but they neglect answering the phone to provide details on weather the buyer is CTC (cleared to close) or not. I will not use this lender to buy my next home and don t recommend anyone to do it. Speaking in behalf the buyer, this older gentleman have already arranged returning his rental property to his Lanlord and and now he and his family are not in a good spot. When it comes about homes every action or neglect to act creates an impact in final stakeholder. Any real state profesional understands that.

Terrible experience with First Alliance Home Mortgage. They were handling the mortgage for the buyers of a property in Pennsylvania where we were the listing agent. First Alliance approved the mortgage, the sellers packed their entire home into a moving truck, made an offer on another home that they were set to close on, quit their jobs, and were moving out of state and the day before closing First Alliance said they couldnt close and it had to go back to underwriting because they missed getting title searches completed. They have mislead, lied and given misinformation to their buyers, the sellers, attorneys and realtors involved in the transaction and its now 4 days passed the original closing date and they have no answers. They have ruined the lives for the past week of the buyers and sellers, and they have no recourse, sympathy or regret and no answers. Dealing with thousands of mortgage brokers, bankers, lenders over the past 20 years, this is the worst experience weve ever encountered. Ive never left a bad review for any business or anyone but the pure lack of empathy this company has shown for the sellers and buyers involved in this transaction is beyond comprehension and I would never want anyone else to have to be submitted to a terrible experience like this one.

I worked with loan officer, Jun Dai, for my recent refi. She was extremely helpful. It is always a challenging process to shop for a mortgage loan. Lenders have so many different tricks that make comparison difficult. Jun made the entire process simple and transparent. The closing was quick and everything was as promissed. I was very happy with this engagement.

Xin Li is our loan officer. We were referred to her by a friend who did refinance with her help. We shopped around and compared the rate with another bank and broker, she indeed offered the best rate and closing cost credit. We started the loan application for a purchase on 2/12, and the overall process took less than 3 weeks to reach final approval. Her team also accommodated our early closing need. Overall the process is handled very professional, fast, and proceeds smoothly. I strongly recommended her.

Working with Evelyn at First Alliance has been a dream! We were nervous for the whole process to begin with and she was transparent about every single thing, explained in great detail when we had any questions, and made sure we were comfortable and educated with every decision. I truly feel she fought to get us the best interest rate! Her spectacular team is well prepared. Sometimes- in the mortgage world- you can feel like a company is trying to pull the rug over your eyes... not First Alliance and especially not Evelyn!
