My experience with Jamison Biron at BWM was nothing less than awesome. When being recommended to him, I thought I had a pretty good understanding of what was involved in buying a home. After one phone call, I was honestly shocked with how little I had been told by other lenders. I am extremely grateful for his help throughout the process and can't stress how much of a difference he made. I only regret I am limited to 5 stars for this review.

I highly recommend working with Josh. It was so nice to have one person I could reach out to instead of getting spammed by various brokers through one of the big online mortgage brokers. Josh is very responsive at all times and took time to walk me through the mortgage process and answer any questions I had. I was telling a friend of mine at church that i was recently refused a refinance loan with a mortgage company. He immediately told me that I should call Jennifer Winnes at Blue Water Mortgage. I emailed her that day. she emailed me back immediately. We talked on the phone, I gave her all the information that she had asked for. She said she thought she could help. I heard from her the next day and she actually drove to where I was working to pick up all of my paperwork. to make a long story short. She got us approved in a week and we had the closing the following week. Jennifer was truly a joy to work with. I dont know where to start with Josh Dion and Blue Water Mortgage since I have so many great and wonderful things to say. First, let me just say this is the first review I have ever left on Google. I normally never leave a review, but was so blown away by Josh Dion I wanted to do so. Josh helped my husband and I find our first home. We had no clue what the home buying process entailed or what to expect from him. He explained the process to us in a very easy simple to understand process! He answered all of our questions and concerns without patronizing us. Josh felt more like a friend than anything else!!! He always shared his expertise and opinion, advocated for us when dealing with other mortgage companies/banks, worked closely with our realtor, and kept us informed of this process! When it became apparent that my veterans credit union was going to be a pain to deal with, my realtor suggested Jason Caruso and his team at Bluewater Mortgage. Not only were Jason and his team far more responsive, they were able to get me a significantly better interest rate on my loan. First things first. If youre looking for a mortgage Josh D is without question the best in the industry! Process is smooth and hes with you every step of the way. First time homebuyer and i did have some anxiety and in a lot of ways it can be a kind of overwhelming process to start especially for someone new into the home buyer world. The amount of times i called Josh all freaked out or with questions or looking for numbers on something at 9pm and he picked up first ring gave us the reassurement breaking everything down for us at every step. The whole team from Ashley the loan officer to the realtor we had worked with, to the title company everyone made it very easy to understand and help us to take this step with as minimal resistance as possible! We worked with Danielle French throughout the process and we cannot recommend her and her colleagues enough! This was an emotional process as the house i was buying was my grandmothers home, my childhood safe spot and she is no longer with us. I couldnt walk away from buying this home. Whether it s a mortgage or a refinance, the experience can be stressful. Like many people, I refinanced to take advantage of historically low rates within the last year. Unfortunately, while doing so, I temporarily choose the wrong path. The company that serviced my mortgage was aggressive and persistent with marketing materials related to cost savings. I started the process with them and found that their focus was on profits and not customer loyalty. After dealing with numerous people and being offered a discount halfway through the process, I terminated the transaction. I had made a mistake. In contrast to trusting a local company, Blue Water Mortgage, that provided excellent service with my first transaction and cared about long-term customer relationships over short-term gains, I did what I felt would be easier. Blue Water cares about customer relationships and the community. In addition, there are no hidden fees or aggressive marketing tactics. Instead, their intentions are genuine, and they care about you as a person and consider you a Customer for life.

After hearing from friends and family about how hot the real estate market was, I knew that I wanted to work with someone with a proven record who could help me navigate this process. We found Nick Doucette and his team, Rob Barry and Lauren MacDonald, through a recommendation from our realtor, Megan Fields, at Lamacchia. They were also always there with welcoming guidance and a positive outlook on the whole process. First off, let it be known that the folks at Blue Water Mortgage are a team of people who will help you find a lender in the least nerve-wracking way possible. What I mean is, there may be those out there that dont enjoy having someone go through everything with a fine-toothed comb and get angry when brokers question their finances, but I welcome it! We were extremely prepared and organized ourselves to our credit, but our case didnt come without its challenges. Nick and his team managed our loan process with grace and an understanding that only true professionals embody. A good team, like Nicks, is well-organized, respectful, and glowing with confidence through evident experience. They are just doing their best to serve you. This was an experience like no other. My wife and I put an offer on the 5th house we saw in the two weeks since being pre-approved. Then, sat at the closing table with financing at the ready inside 30-days from having our offer accepted. I recommended shopping your loan here and getting started on the right foot. Were beyond excited about how it all turned out!

Jonathan Ferrante and his team (especially Ann Tatem and Nicole Rust) are simply amazing. I had been working with another lender for over 6 months and the entire process was nightmare. Being a first time home buyer I just thought it was normal. I eventually decided decided to look at other lenders and found Jonathan. For the first time in 6 months things were actually explained to me and unlike the other lender, Jonathan never promised anything he couldnt deliver, and delivered on everything he promised. After I switched to him, it became really important to close within 3 weeks, and the entire team worked tirelessly up until the final hours leading to the closing to get it done. It was miraculously closed on time and I cannot say enough good things about this team. Rest assured that if you work with them you are in great hands!

My husband and I were initially apprehensive about the refinance process because it seemed so daunting. We knew it was the right time, and we couldnt be happier we worked with with Natalie Malinowski and Blue Water Mortgage. Natalie was with us every step of the way and was a true asset to have on our side. The process was much less stressful than anticipated and everything went smoothly! I worked with Roger Odoardi and Blue Water Mortgage to help me with the recent refinancing of my property and the experience and process couldnt be more positive.
