People are very friendly; however after a unfortunate event, cannot secure any more funds from title loan that were desperately needed. The title even states or not and and was still declined. One more payment, payed off, then off to another place (lots of them here) who would be willing to help people in there time of need. Loan was ok, but very expensive money. People at store were very nice, but policies need to be updated.

jasmine was who helped me out today and she was fantastic! she was kind, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. she smiled the entire time and answered all of my questions and fast and efficient with my application process. I highly recommend this location and the employee Jasmine will take the absolute best care of you. i will definitely be a return customer because of her fantastic customer service!

Heaven is a great employee!!! I came into the office and was directed to her window and I was talking to her and accidentally spit out my mint in the tray!!! She didn t even hesitate she picked up the mint with a glove and through it away from me and did not make me feel uncomfortable

Even though my goal is to get to the point where I m at a level where I don t have to get pay day loans I m so thankful that they exist and I m abled to get one. And what helps my experience be less embarrassing is when I have people who work there who treat me with love and help to make the experience so great. Angelica, Liana and Gina was all so helpful and extremely nice. They all made me feel cared for and not looked down on. I can tell they really put pride in the job.
