Brenda and her team have a vast amount of knowledge when it comes to home loans, down payment assistance (DPA), and other home assistance programs and certified to be able to provide these servcies as well. I also needed a realtor and they connected me with one (Julio Rojo) who was also very fast and learned what I was looking for with very fast. As if he knew me for many years and found the home I was looking for with in a week. Sending many home to my email to review. This team also with work with you at anytime, uses various forms of communication, and also has apps for your phone to help with the process. Overall this team at Citywide and the realtors they work with have been 7 stars. This is a team I will always recommend and work with in the future. Blessed to have worked with them. I personally worked with Brenda and Paul to get a mortgage completed and funded in about ~32 days. Making the decision to purchase last minute before my rental lease was up definitely put a time-crunch on things but if anyone could have helped me get it done on time it was going to be Paul and Brenda. Began the preapproval process and it went quickly and super smooth because their team was great about staying on top of things or letting us know to check my email regarding new documents that needed to be resubmitted or signed. By Day 4: We had already found a house and submitted an offer. It took the owner about 2-3 days to accept the offer and 1 day later, our FHA inspection and appraisal was already booked in order to keep everything moving quickly. Given that FHA has more stringent requirements and requires more paperwork, it didnt seem like it was a problem at all for the team. They were equally on top of it all. Would recommend working with Brenda Casas and the rest of the mortgage team. Thanks for making this the easiest home purchase process ever!
