I’ve had my jewelry repaired here before and they did such an excellent job, as it was quickly repaired, and the price was right!
I went back again to get my mother’s ring repaired, and as soon as I walked in the door, I was acknowledged by a very friendly young lady! She informed me that they no longer repair jewelry. However, she gave me some names of some places she would refer me to!
She then walked me to the back to do some business with the owner Rick !
Staff is very professional, very friendly,Their store is exceptionally clean and organized!

Its a bit hard to put things on loan here since they have an overstocked store. Unless you have gold or silver or something worth a fortune. If it were my store, Id have clearance sales and more importantly, advertise your sales items around the city so you can make more room for people to sell their stuff. I understand that a new phone comes out every day and so does everything else but then whats the point of even doing business? But Im giving 5 stars because they have A LOT of really cool stuff and most of it is on sale. Again, promote your sales outside of the store and youll see how much more business and money youll make. Also, the staff is really nice there. Some nicer than others but in general, everyone was helpful as soon as I walked in. Unfortunately I could not put anything on loan because they have too much on their shelves. And since I dont see any ad pushing for their stuff, Ill do it for them. THIS STORE HAS AMAZING THINGS AND LITERALLY ALMOST EVERYTHING. ALL IN GOOD CONDITION. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A PAWN SHOP INSTEAD. ONCE YOU BUY A NEW PRODUCT, IT LOSES 50%+ VALUE WHEN YOU WALK OUT THAT DOOR. SO GO HERE AND GET YOUR STUFF!

These guys are amazing! I ve been a customer for over 16 years, but just used their Jewelry Repair Service for the first time. I needed things repaired and altered that belonged to my mom who passed away in October 2018. As well as my wedding ring cleaned up. This is an amazing shop and the only one I have dealt with since I have moved to Carson. Didn t like the other ones so much. They re very nice and definitely will make it worth your while.

Amazing shop. Great customer service, friendly staff, clea, place, cheap prices , well stocked with anything you can think of without looking cluttered like allot of places. Even if you have a small issue with a purchase they will go above and beyond to make it right and that youre satisfied. I will be back in as soon as I can to shop with them after my last experience. I would highly recommend anyone going in and checking it out because I know they will find something they want and that this place will take care of them.
