Randy was wonderful to work with. Due to my original loan coming to an end after 7 years and needing to refinance he made it easy to understand what needed to be done and how the process works. After working futilely with a bank for about a week on a home loan, at the recommendation of my realtor I contacted Randy Forest at Finance1. Randy was everything the bank wasnt during a stressful first time home buying experience...helpful, reassuring, available for questions and concerns at all times, and extremely knowledgeable. I have worked with Finance 1 several times and they are the perfect mortgage company. Calling a Quicken Loans or another big box brand is a nightmare for a Realtor! When you call these guys they answer right away and give amazing advice!

We just went through Randy for our second home mortgage loan. And again, Randy was responsive and on top of everything throughout the whole process. With the shortage of appeaisers right now due to Covid, coupled with historically low home interest rates, the time needed to secure a home appraisal has doubled or tripled, hence the time it takes to close on a house has doubled. Randy sent several emails to the appraisal companies offering to pay money out of his own pocket in order to expedite the appraisal process. Randy and everyone else at Finance1 will go to extraordinary lengths to serve their clients. Thats why we came back and why we will come back again for our next mortgage loan!

I found a home & Randy had all the loan docs done quickly with no problems. All went well until my buyers backed out 1 1/2 weeks from closing. 3 yrs later we just went through the process again with Randy doing a great job of taking care of everything & set it up so we closed on the home here & our home in Texas on the same day in Texas. Buying a house is a ridiculously stressful experience. All of the horror stories you hear about financing falling through at the last minute nearly drove me crazy. We had originally applied through our credit union and they were unresponsive to say the least. Our realtor swooped in to save the day by recommending Chuck and the team. The experience was incredibly easy and smooth. Chuck and Sarah got the job done so quickly that we werent tied up in underwriting and were able to close in just 30 days! Randy Forest is GREAT to work with! My husband and I were first time home buyers so everything was extremely new to us. He took the time to walk through paperwork with us, many times. My husband called him almost weekly with questions and he was always so helpful and took the time to answer each question. As we got closer to closing, there was some paperwork that needed to be signed. He took time out of his day to drive to my work so I could sign the papers. On top of all his hard work that was done, he is also very friendly and honest. He never made us feel bad for the many questions, phone calls, or emails that were sent. Relocating to the mid-west, my family and I had the difficult position of determining the correct timing to buy a new home while waiting to sell the previous home. With cold weather approaching, our window of opportunity was getting narrower each day. Since this was my fifth home purchase in my lifetime, I am all to familiar with the endless request for documents and the time required to complete the home buying process. I have worked with all of the large mortgage companies and big banks on previous homes as well as comparing their services on our new home; however, based on the referral by a family member, I also contacted Randy at Finance 1 LLC and now that everything is complete, I can offer the following post. Randy and Sarah @ Finance 1 answered every question I proposed within 15 minutes, they kept me on task by prioritizing documents to keep the approval process proceeding quickly, and they provided additional services that other big box lenders never provide. My expedited request to go from research lenders to closing was less than 4 weeks and Finance 1 completed everything in 3 weeks! If service, integrity, and respect are important - call Randy and you will not be disappointed!

We began our journey of Househunting in March of 2016 and after a recommendation to Finance 1, we chose to work with Randy. As first time home-purchasers we honestly had no idea what we were doing. Randy was wonderful throughout the process and he walked us through each step. We showed up with binders full of every document in our possession and Randy simply smiled and said that he would siphon through these to determine what was all needed to complete the loan. Not only did Randy get us our loan but turns out that we have a lower interest rate than anyone of our friends/family/ co-workers. We closed by May of 2016 and to say that we were pleased with our service would be an understatement.
