Bank of Bozeman

Was treated like they had no time for me. Wanted to do a deposit but told to do it at the atm which didn't work. Also I brought in an employee whom was foreign and she was told it would take an hour to open an account and how it was an inconvenience to the bankers whom are going to leave 30 min early. It took me 15 minutes to open an account I love the lieing just to keep their workload low great buisness tactics guess im going to a local bank now.

As a recent transplant to Bozeman, I was not familiar with the local banks. Some long time residents spoke highly of and strongly recommended Bank of Bozeman. I now have checking and savings accounts with them as well as a lending relationship. The new accounts manager, the senior loan officer, the tellers, and the folks in the drive-up window have been excellent in every respect. They are efficient, responsive, friendly and easy to work with. They have taken the time to understand my banking needs. Their online and mobile banking services are top shelf. I strongly recommend Bank of Bozeman.

We are very appreciative of Bank of Bozeman and all the hard work they put into getting us a mortgage for our new home in Bozeman, MT. Everyone that we have worked with (Dan, Desiree, and Sue to name a few) have been absolutely wonderful. They are professional, but bring a certain amount of familiarity that only small banks can do into transactions. We felt very well cared for and appreciated working with them. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for financing and/or banking services.

I opened up both personal and business checking accounts with Bank of Bozeman recently. I have been very impressed by their customer service and offerings. "Going to the bank" is no longer something I dread, as it was with larger banks where I felt like just a number. It is very personalized and the customer service is genuine and sincere. I highly recommend them!

It's too bad this bank has sold out what they use to stand for and the community they once embraced and cared for. I am sure they will respond and say this is not their bank or how they treat customers, but unfortunately it is. I am sure it is a great bank for some but for us, we use to think the same but they pick and choose. Lived here for decades and not the same bank it use to be. Caution and apply at your own risk.

Bank of Bozeman has been wonderful! Not only are they extremely courteous and prompt at the branch (i have never spent longer than about 2 minutes waiting for a teller), but they are straightforward with you when you open an account. There are no extra hidden fees, online banking is clear, and i have had no trouble paying bills and loans from outside institutions from my BOB account. This bank is great for someone like me, who doesnt make or bank with a lot of money, but still wants to be treated with respect. Thanks BOB!

Stay away. This bank has changed so much and is so out of touch with reality and customer service. The feds give them money to stay afloat during the pandemic and then they hoard it since they said they lost a lot of money back in the days of the crash with residential homes. They dont invest in residential mortgages like they use to and want you to open all kinds of accounts and want your money but dont ask for a loan. #Soldout#

I have been with BOB for years and today, in the drive thru... The teller was completely rude and didnt want to help me from the second I pulled up to the window. I am shocked because normally everyone is great. When asked what her name was she told me Susan H. I came into the bank to address the situation and talked to the manager and the manager says her name is Ellary G. So I was lied to when asked who she was. Shame on her, whatever her name is. I am in the customer service industry too and she needs new training or maybe shes unhappy and need a a new career.

I had no issues with Bank of Bozeman until the end. They closed all three of my accounts without so much as a phone call or letter to explain. All three were active accounts in good standing. I was also disappointed when I tried to ask their mortgage department a couple simple questions about getting pre-qualified. They were very dismissive. Perhaps if I would ve been ready to buy, and sign for a loan providing them with all that interest income they would ve been more helpful. Unfortunately, since I was just asking questions, I was just treated like a nuisance.

Great customer service. My life is disorganized and they could have let me take the hit to my credit by missing a payment by more than a month. But they personally contacted me to make sure I dont miss the boat and hurt my credit.

I live in N. Arizona and none of my local banks were able to help me with a certain small business need. I turned to Bank of Bozeman where my extended family resides and Angelina was amazingly helpful and able to address my business needs same day. Fantastic customer service! Sue went out of her way to help me open an account. Faced with difficult circumstances and no cash, she made my account and transfer of funds all happen in three days. Very grateful and will open a savings account with Bank of Bozeman real soon. I appreciate and support local community banks, for good reason.

I only recently discovered Bank of Bozeman but WOW am I glad I did. I was looking for a commercial real estate loan and I called the bank and spoke immediately with a loan officer. She spent a lot of time with me, going over what they have to offer, and emailed me the applications I think same day. Within 48 hours I had applied and within a week, I had a loan commitment. She stayed in constant contact with me to let me know what was going on and did everything she said she would do. It was an amazing experience. I usually work with the BIG banks but I am pretty tired of getting treated like cattle. I think Bank of Bozeman is my new bank and it turns out they have great online banking too - just what I really needed!!

They told me my card was on its way then they said they closed the account after I told my loan people I was going to make a payment on my truck payment they didnt even tell me. They led me to every thing was alright. They sent me 3 messages saying that they sent it out. They wasted my time. And me to look like a fool and a liar. There goes my depression and anxiety. Bad banking business.

I spent 15 years at a different bank doing all the right things (No bounced checks, paying my LOC on time) to try to build a banking relationship. When push comes to shove and I needed a loan to finance a shop purchase, my last bank didnt cover me. Bank of Bozeman offered me a better rate, and enough capital not only to finance the shop, but also enough capital to get it up and in working order. Thanks Bank of Bozeman!

I recently moved from another state and Bank of Bozeman made the transition easy for me. Susan helped me open a checking account even with an out of state ID. They even told me my dogs were welcome inside the bank!

Bank of Bozeman is breath of fresh banking! Over the past 20 years we have banked with a number of institutions for everything from business and personal accounts to loans. The experiences left us feeling frustrated or disappointed instead of valued until we found Bank of Bozeman. Both the business and residential loan officers were proactive in providing just what we needed for a loan without making it unnecessarily laborious as loans can often be. The overall tone is welcoming, down to earth, professional, thoughtful and everyone has been very kind in all my interactions. Their online banking is some much more intuitive and user friendly than most and their community room is just an example of how they seem to strive for a synergetic and supportive relationship with their clients. I highly recommend them!

I visit Bank of Bozeman weekly and the staff is always super friendly...I am greeted as soon as I walk in the door and wished a great day as I depart. The manager, Lisa Rowell, cares about her staff, clients, and has a passion for educating the community on how to stay safe from identity theft and scams.
