We got through the process and I want to thank First Integrity Mortgage Services, Inc for that part. The experience was not great but it wasn't horrible either. I picked First Integrity Mortgage Services, Inc from a referral from my son, so I wanted this to be a great adventure. My son had never used them for a loan, but had been working with one of their agents for general questions from time to time and felt the person he worked with had been very helpful.

This was a private sale and I was not working with an agent and had prepared my own buyers contract to the seller, so I needed a bit more hand holding as I was not to familiar with all the processes. I felt that I had to initiate follow up and/or request updates on several occasions. The only time I was contacted was when something was needed right away. Also, it was assumed that I was going to use a Title company they chose, I was never asked, so this delayed the process because I was already working with a different Title company. At closing, I learned that my loan was already sold to another company I never heard of. This process was new to me but I learned a lot. I was looking for an agency that I can work with on a regular as I am in the midst of purchasing another property, but have chosen a different lender. Again, I want to state this company is not bad, it's just not my company for future lending options.

We got through the process and I want to thank First Integrity Mortgage Services, Inc for that part. The experience was not great but it wasnt horrible either. When we first started looking into buying a home we went to a lender who was well known in our area. She was very pushy with me and my husband getting a conventional loan with a high interest rate. When we asked about a FHA loan she said that type of loan would be hard to find a home that would accept our offer. She also pre approved us for a lower amount with a higher interest rate. My husband started questioning using that lender. We decided to reach out to Ben Treat at first integrity. Ben was quick with responses and he was able to get us a better rate which in the long run will save us money. Ben would respond to any and all questions even I believed were dumb to ask. He recommended one of the best realtors, Terri Dalla Riva. She was good at pointing out things we were blind to when viewing homes and she advocated for us when necessary. Ben also recommended Sam Fink for our home owners insurance. Not only was Sam able to get us the best deal on home owners insurance but he got us a good deal on car insurance as well. I highly recommend Ben Treat as a lender. We are now in a home we love and one he made sure was possible for us to get into. He made our vision reality.

First Integrity took the headache out of refinancing our house. The service was fanatic and you cant beat the deal they scored me. If you want to be treated like a person and not a $ sign, work with these dedicated professionals. Update: We just did a refinance again a few years later due to some home improvements. First Integrity makes the process so much easier than other Mortgage companies I have worked with. Update 2: We just got a new house and First Integrity was amazing through the whole process. We had a bit of a weird situation and they worked with us the whole time. I can thank their team enough.

Hands down, THE BEST mortgage experience I have ever had. To put that in perspective, I was a mortgage loan office for over a decade so I know what Im talking about. From start to finish, this entire process went off without a hitch. My wife and I NEVER write reviews online, but because of our experience with First Integrity, we felt it was absolutely necessary to share with others. We shopped around (just like you are now) so Ill save you some time: The amount of time and money they saved me and my family was unmatched. Andrew Winkeler handled our refinance, and we couldnt have been more pleased with his level of service throughout the entire process. Not only did he provide a very competitive rate, but he went out of his way to file extra paperwork after discovering that with our credit score and amount still owed on our previous mortgage, we could completely bypass the dreaded appraisal saving us $400 and a few weeks of prepping the house. Then he timed the previous loan payoff just right enabling us to skip, not 1, but 2 months of mortgage payments (during the holidays)! If going above and beyond like that isnt enough, their online platform made everything so easy and quick right from my phone - a few rounds of digital signatures took us a combine 20 minutes and the only time we had to put ink to paper was closing day. Other businesses in the industry, take note: This is how its done.

From the first time I reached out and even after closing, Andrew has been outstanding. As a first time homebuyer I went into the whole process with very little knowledge. I was walked through all the steps and kept at ease the entire time. Whether I had a question, was requesting an estimated cash to close on a potential home, or just having a mini freak out, Andrew was quick to respond. Didn t matter time or day, he was there with a call, text and or email and it showed how much personal interest he put into my loan. Ryan was our mortgage guru, knowing all the ins and outs and fixes for problems we couldn t have even anticipated. Our experience with First Integrity Mortgage was stellar! We were looking to get help through the MHDC program and started our home buying process with USA Mortgage. Our experience with that company was garbage! They werent communicating with us specifically, or with each other from my understanding. Everyone there except for the credit specialist (which is an amazing lady that was the only person that seemed to be genuinely wanting to help us achieve our goal), was all over the place. They made me feel like they didnt want to help us because we were seeking assistance and not equipped with the total amount in hand for the down payment, that we werent just as much of a priority and they didnt want to help us because of that. We followed all of the credit education they offered and worked diligently and financially to get in a better place to qualify. Although we do appreciate the education and it was a pleasure to work with the credit specialist at USA Mortgage, it was frustrating working with everyone else ...... Very, frustrating. We switched gears and researched First Integrity Mortgage. We reached out to Kierra Johnson and she was like a bolt of lightening! Very professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and encouraging. From day one, Kierra and her team were on point. They even sent us financial and credit virtual games and emails during the process too keep us informed and educated for our long term goals, not just for buying a home. It took Kierra and her team about 2 months to get us into our home! Im going to repeat that. It took Kierra and her team about 2 months to get us into our home! Im not saying that everyones process will be that fast, however, this is a testimony of how hard they worked for us and how hard they believe in working for you. I one thousand percent refer everyone looking to buy a home to contact them for the education and process of home buying. She made us feel like there wasnt any question or concern out of the ordinary, and even when she was out of town and after hours, still working and moving on our behalf. I want take the time to give a huge shout out to our Mortgage Lender, Tim Whitmire and First Integrity Mortgage. I have known Tim over 7 years and have partnered with him on many occasions. This guy is amazing and when I would introduce him in networking, I would always say, he puts the integrity in First Integrity Mortgage . He has helped when I was preparing to buy by showing me what credit cards/loans I could pay off (or pay down) to increase credit scores for the best rate possible and even years before when I would have a tax refund he would give me ideas on what to do or not do knowing we would be buying in the next few years. His knowledge of credit and buying was so insightful and made the difference in us being able to buy. I ve had high income referrals that were able to get mortgages because of his awareness of mortgage lenders that specialized in lending to their professions when other lenders were turning them away. He has helped referrals with credit issues get their credit in shape, even if a mortgage wasn t possible. He has even passed on mortgages to other sources if he felt they were better for the client than he was what loan officer does that? I was buying a home from overseas and didnt actually meet my broker until we closed on the sale. I chose to do a renovation mortgage, which requires lots more effort. Ryan coached me through it and helped me find an amazing contractor when I parted ways with my first one. When the brokerage made an administrative error that delayed my closing from a Friday to the following Monday, they paid for my hotel over the weekend. The only reason I didnt select 5 stars was the administrative error and every single step took the maximum amount of time even though I was on a significant time crunch. However I hear the renovation mortgage team has more manpower now so hopefully others will get a little faster processing. TL;DR I chose a hard path and First Integrity made it easier. Would recommend.
