Late review i closed last November, but when I showed up to closing the numbers were off more than $100/month on my mortgage and some other things were amiss. Wouldnt recommend especially with the rates I was charged. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

My fiancé & I just bought our first home together this spring and we had Graham Kaun as our Mortgage Consultant from M&M Mortgage. Graham was nothing less than outstanding to work with as a first time home buyer. His informational videos he put together to give us an understanding on how the home buying process worked left us with a complete understanding on how everything worked. He covered every step from start to finish making us feel confident and comfortable with our first home buying experience. I am the luckiest person in the U.S.! I found the absolute best mortgage broker in this country, and cannot thank him for his efforts sufficiently as he worked incredibly hard to make a very complex form of reverse mortgage work extremely well for me. I am a real estate agent and have worked with lenders in the past that are lazy, transactional and look at their clients as just another number. At the end of the day, those guys dont care much if they close or not. Jordan and his team, however, go above and beyond to create relationships with their clients. Ben Musselman helped make the process of buying a home (aka getting a mortgage) as smooth as possible. We met with him before we even started looking for houses, so that we would already be pre-approved when we saw something that we wanted to put in an offer on. He showed us what price range we could afford, but also showed us what down payments and monthly payments looked like at different price-points, so we could find something that we were comfortable with. When we found the house we wanted to buy, he worked seamlessly with our realtor to provide the property-specific pre-approval letter that made our offer more competitive and effortlessly guided us through the closing process. Was a very frustrating experience for me I was drug along in this process for about a month which was way longer than I was told there were many errors in addresses and I paid for an $800 appraisal all for nothing. In the end I did not get the loan, which was fine because I was already looking elsewhere. The only person that I dealt with that I truly felt as if she gave it her all and was very truthful to me was Dawn.

I was a bit leery of working with a broker off the Internet, but when Danny Kovack contacted me he put my mind at ease. He introduced himself with his license number and company which allowed me to check it and then asked what I was looking for. He listened and gave me several refi/ home equity options. I tried to refinance my home of 16 years last year with Loan Depot. It was a terrible experience. You can read my review with the BBB. This year, I refinanced with M&M Mortgage. Israel was who I worked with. He was knowledgeable, professional. He kept me updated every step of the way. By the time the refinance closed, I felt like he was family. Israel you are the best.

Warning. Please do not waste your time, energy or money with this company. The process of trying to refinance took too long without an acceptable outcome. It was dragged out unnecessarily by a bunch of meaningless words and by their unprofessional appraiser who is not thorough or prompt with their work. We started the process in March and it s the end of May. Ridiculous to say the least. Thankful we are moving forward with another company. Had to give at least one star to write a review but don t believe it s well deserved.

Colin and I have been working with Lance Larson as well as others on his team. We could not have been happier with our experience! We had less than 4 weeks from accepted offer to closing. Lance is not only personable, but also reassuring and hardworking. Throughout the process, he made sure we were always ahead of schedule, notified us right away if he needed additional documents and even dropped everything during a family event so we could put an offer in on our house. We had a very complicated refinancing situation. Chris handled it with extreme patience and understanding and compassion! He went above and beyond to get us the best financial result possible. The result has been life changing for our family! We have realized a $1,300 a month reduction in payments. We are totally grateful and enjoyed working with Chris and his assistant, Dawn. Graham s professionalism and knowledge about refinancing goes above and beyond that anyone else that I have used. He is excellent at walking you through the process with clear communication and videos that he puts together, multiple times during the process. Graham is always available to answer any questions that come up and checks in multiple times just to make sure you understand the process.
