We loved working with Alex! She was super helpful, informative, and personable. Her associate was also very friendly and helpful. Both had the perfect energy to make our special ring shopping experience fun and memorable. I was super nervous to shop for my wedding ring and they made it SO smooth and easy! Alex answered all of our questions and provided more details, so we left feeling educated. She left us to shop for ourselves (we liked it that way!) but was always there to check in if we had questions. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a silver Cuban chain for his wrist and visited Wedding Day Jewelers first and found the perfect one - nice and heavy with a nice clasp. But I went to four other jewelry stores to comparison shop and came right back to Wedding Day. He loved the chain and said he gets a lot of compliments. 10 out of 10 ring. 12 out of 10 service. All of the folks here were unbelievably helpful. I have literally never had better service anywhere for anything.

I was shopping for an engagement ring, with very little idea of what I was looking for. Cailin was amazing. She was fully attentive to all of my ideas as well as offering plenty of suggestions which made the whole process feel so much easier. As nervous as I was about buying an engagement ring, when I left having bought one, I was amazed how happy and secure I felt in my choice. It's a huge testament to all of the women working here.

Later, my fiance and I came in together to size the ring as it was being made, but the ring was already done. They finished it well before they estimated, and it looked every bit as good as I had hoped. We discovered that we still had to make some size adjustments and they said that it could be done by the end of the week. We then took some time to look at men's rings for ideas for me, and during that short time span, Bob was able to resize the ring already so we could wear it out of the store. Incredible. I can't recommend this place and everyone working there enough. They truly want the best for you.

There is no better customer service to be found in Minnesota, period. Across two locations Wedding Day associates were able to help me track down, size, and ship the perfect ring within 24 hours of my stepping through the door. My now-fiancé has come in with me multiple times since then to pick up some small items and cleaning kits, and the staff have not only remembered me, but been as professional, friendly, and helpful as anyone could ask. We called while in the area and were able to have Richfield s jeweler work on our ring the same day! He soldered the bands and tightened the loose prong within 90 mins of walking in the door. Since we live a hour away, this saved us from 2 hours in the car for an extra trip back. Natalie was so kind and helpful with what we needed done. They were fast and did a great job! Thank you!

I cant recommend this place enough for anyone who is shopping for engagement or wedding rings!! My fiancé and I had the best time working with Natalie who helped us every step of the way! I loved that we got to try on as many rings as we wanted and that there were so many different styles to choose from! My fiancé worked with Natalie separately to order the ring and pick out the diamond, and he cant stop raving about how easy the process was and how helpful she was with all of his questions about picking out a diamond, specifically the size!

After going to another jeweler for a repair and being quoted hundreds more than necessary I decided to try Wedding Day. Wow, beautiful new store and Alex was so helpful, we sat down and she looked at my ring, took it in back and was quoted not even $100.00 for the repair, I was shocked at the difference, she said that the other repairs weren t needed and that it should just be a simple repair, check, rebuff and will be good as new, this went so well I had her clean and dip two other rings. You have my business now! Thank YOU for not taking advantage of me and exceeding my expectations.

I got my ring soldered after my wedding and shortly after my honeymoon noticed that my two rings had become separated. I brought it into to wedding day and their jeweler, Bob, was able to get it done in just a couple of short hours!! Always appreciate their flexibility and understanding!

I went to WDD with an idea, a design in my minds eye if you will, I wanted a ring as close to resembling the team ring Tom Selleck wore on the original Magnum PI tv show. Apparently it s somewhat hard to replicate because, among other things, the top(face) is concave. When I arrived I was greeted by Natalie the stores Asst Manager. I told her what I was looking for and she took copious notes, even measuring a ring from another company that I had brought in as reference that was nice, but not quite as close to the Magnum ring as I would like. Over the course of the next month or so she d ask me to come in, about once a week, and show me what their design folks had thus far, each week it got closer and closer I would say yes this is good, but can we do this less or perhaps that more more of a Scoop shape here, remember that the top face is concave, or make the sides more rounded. The end result is the gorgeous ring pictured which I could not be more happy with. Natalie also went over warranty info with me and my options on financing as it was a concern of mine. I will not hesitate in recommending WDD whither for a wedding ring or, as I did, for a one of a kind gem.

My husband surprised me by taking me to WD to pick out a mothers ring. I really had no design in mind but Katie greeted us with a cheerful smile and helped me design a ring that is so beautiful just like my two daughters. 10/10 experience at Wedding Day Diamonds - Richfield! We worked with Natalie and she delivered. Was never pushy with me or my future husband. We looked at several options. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our wedding bands! Not to mention, I was really unsure as what I wanted. She wanted to make sure we were happy! Wedding Day Diamonds in Richfield was the best place to shop for my Fiancés engagement ring. They were very helpful as we did not know much about diamonds and they taught us so much. We got to browse the jewelry cases and the staff was not push at all! They let us do our thing and answered all questions we had. When it came to the purchase, it was a breeze! 5 stars all day as we will be back there soon!

Theyve got a wonderful selection of rings available and are very helpful with guiding you if you want a ring thats just a little bit different than whats on display. In addition, the staff are beyond helpful and friendly when I returned for follow up visits for things such as ring resizing and discussing custom bands. Highly recommend!

I went to have a stone replaced as it had fallen out. I now live out of state and was visiting for the weekend. I asked if the ring could be shipped to me once it was fixed and Sara said she would check with her jeweler to see if he could complete the repair same day. He was able to. The ring was fixed within minutes and looks beautiful!

The staff at Richfield were so helpful and kind! I had to get my ring cleaned and few diamonds tightened and they were happy to help and did so in a timely manner! Had such a great experience here and can t recommend Wedding Day enough!

We got my rings at the Roseville location, but I recently had a great repair experience here that I had to share! I had one stone that was just a little lose, so I brought it in yesterday where I was told it would be about a week to be complete. I got a call today saying it was already done, and come to find out someone there noticed our 1st anniversary is coming up this weekend and they rushed it for me. Amazing customer service as always!

My (now) wife and I entered the store just wanting to look and not buy engagement rings. The sales associate, Diana, asked us what we were looking for in an engagement ring. We went through the process of looking at band types, diamond grades, and diamond arrangements. By the end of it, we decided on a custom engagement ring (the diamond arrangement of one ring, with the band style of a different ring). Diana was able to give us a 3D rendering of the custom band in store! By that point, we were sold on Wedding Day and decided to pay a deposit. The custom ring came in a few weeks later and my wife and I are still ecstatic about the ring today. Since the engagement ring shopping went so well, we decided to buy our wedding bands there too. We had no problem finding styles and colors that matched our needs, and we bought our wedding rings the same day we shopped for them. Overall, Wedding Day Diamonds is a great place for engagement ring/wedding ring shopping, and we recommend everyone work with them!

Staff is very friendly and understanding. Worked with me to design exactly what I wanted, provided options for pricing and financing, and were always upfront and honest. Prices are slightly higher than national jewelers but you can t beat their warranty and the fact that they are local. Great experience and would highly recommend!

Had a very limited time and Anissa was able to get my diamond replaced and cleaned in less than 24 hrs. Even stayed a little late so I could pick up and avoid shipping. I ve now purchased three different items from Wedding Day diamonds over the last two years. One of the items actually got run over in our driveway and was damaged. I brought it in, they completely repaired it, and replaced the stones that fell out, for no charge. Great customer service. Nice showroom. Good selection. I highly recommend.

I brought my wedding band in to have a lost stone replaced (under their lifetime warranty). When I called they told me it s be a week and they d ship it out of state to us in Colorado. Instead, Bob, the jeweler is going to have it done in 24 hours for us to pick up while we re in town! AND they re refurbishing my engagement band while they re at it. What a great Christmas surprise!

Natalie has been fabulous. I came in with my now fiancé, unsure of exactly what I wanted, except for I knew I wanted an emerald cut stone in a non traditional color not only did she find a beautiful peach pink emerald cut stone, she also led me to do a rose gold setting with a white gold band. I would have NEVER picked this out myself, and I can t imagine my ring any other way. Like, completely in love. We were so excited to go back for our bands, and we continue to be so pleased with the service and results. Go to Natalie, trust her, and let her take care of your rings!
