I walked into State Farm after having called or talked with about 5 other agents or agencies. I was surprised at the difference in the business model. I was greeted with eye contact by multiple people who had smiles on their faces. I did not have an appointment, but was immediately ushered into an office and offered something to drink. very different business culture here. Meghan was fantastic to work with! She was professional, she knows her stuff, and she was ready ahead of time for me even when I showed up early to an appointment. I was really impressed with her and with the agency. Great insurance company. They will check in with you periodically to see if your insurance needs have changed. You can call them up or email them with policy changes and you hear back the next day or the same day. Great service. In person they are friendly and listen to you. They will go through the computer and look for ways for you to save on premiums. They even offer a million dollar umbrella policy that is very reasonable. Something to check out.

I initially reached out to Matt at State Farm for quotes on Rental, Home, and Auto Insurance after being with Progressive for nearly 15 years (I had their special space cowboy loyalty program awards). Long story short, I actually ended up saving hundreds on my car insurance (this is not a commercial) but thats only one part of the equation. Matts customer service since I joined State Farm has been outstanding. Hes walked me through all my questions, is extremely responsive (emailing me back at 10pm on a Monday!), and is very easy to reach. Overall, I am very satisfied ! They are a great neighbor.

Wow, as it stands it has been 477 days since I made a claim for my trailer being stolen along with the contents. State Farm has yet to pay out on the contents. Been dealing with attorneys and a lot of paper work to prove I am not a criminal. Next step? My own attorney.

Ive been with Kevin Gleitz/State Farm for just about 6 years now. I cant say for certain that Im getting the best rates possible because honestly, if I did and found a lower rate somewhere else, I would have a hard choice to make. Id have to choose between saving a little bit of money somewhere else or keeping access to absolutely STELLAR service that I get from Kevin Gleitzs agency - by Meghan in particular. In short, the service that I get from Meghan and the others at Kevins agency is worth more to me that what little I might save somewhere else. Ill admit though, I had a rough patch with State Farm a few years back where they claimed that I didnt have towing on my motorcycle when I actually did. I ended up having to haul the bike on my own which I was not well equipped for - and why I had towing insurance on it. I was really pretty mad about it, but the fault was more to State Farm proper since it was the weekend and I was dealing with their call center rather than Kevins agency directly. That said, I worked with Kevin during the following days to solve the issue. In short, dont hesitate to do business here. You get the big insurance company stability of State Farm with the personal service of a small company who knows you by name when you call them up.

I have been with State Farm with Matt Smerdon as my agent for years. He is always so helpful and quick with responses. Awhile back I actually changed to a different State Farm office that was closer to my house but switched back to Elk River as Matts service was so much better. I like being able to call and speak with someone who actually knows me and my personal situation.

This group is fantastic, talked with Steve La Claire first. honestly at a garage sale even though we both attend the same church. He just suggested I call him at work and see what they could do. I was with State Farm but felt like I wasnt important enough so I had my policy moved to Kevin Gleitz office. To make this as short as I can the entire team are great but I want to mention a couple that worked with me to get the proper coverage on my car and motor home. Steve and Kelly you guys are the best. Excellent to work with! I am so happy with the money I saved and I am also getting much better coverage. Bryan and Jerad were very thorough and explained everything so I understood exactly what I needed and was getting. I felt very confidant that they were looking out for my best interest. I met Kevin when he responded to my friends house fire, who was also a client of this agency. He told me he was there to see if they needed anything right then. That is service! I am so happy that I called Kevin Gleitz state farm agency. Not only did his agent Bryan save me money but he took the time out to educate me! I went from the bare minimum coverage, to full coverage, rental insurance and roadside assistance all for less then I was paying before. I highly recommend using this agency they actually care that you have the best coverage for you and your family!

Ive been with State Farm for a few years now, and I have been extremely impressed by every interaction Ive had with the Kevin Gleitz team. Everyone is very friendly and seems genuinely happy to help you in any way they can. Jerad H is always easy to reach whenever I have questions, and I have never felt like he is trying to put pressure on me to buy anything I dont need. I convinced the rest of my family to switch to State Farm after being so pleased with my experience, and of course I recommended Jerad. Needless to say, they were as pleased as I was!

My family has been with this State Farm office for many years. Recently we met with Jerad H. to review all of our policies to make sure we had what we needed and see if there were any other discounts available. Jerad was extremely helpful in this. We left with the coverage needed and a better understanding of what had without any pressure to add this or that. Our family also works closely with Kelly on policy changes etc. She is always extremely friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Kevin G and the entire group are an amazing bunch. If you are looking for an insurance company that you truly feel like a personal friend and not just a number, this is where you should be!

Mark helped us get a new car by coming in on his Saturday to help us do a loan and open a new checking account, because that is when it worked for us. I recently removed and added a vehicle to my policy. Mark was very helpful in following up and letting me know in advance what I needed to make the changes. The process went smoothly and he quoted me a new rate and issued a temporary insurance card at the same time. In addition he mentioned other services that can be accessed online. We switched to State Farm after 30 years with another company. The process was a lot easier than I had anticipated. I have been with State Farm for 33 years. The last 28 years have been with the local Elk River office that was ran by Doug Johnson, and then after his retirement, Kevin Gleitz. I highly recommend this agency. Everyone knows my name and is glad to see me when I walk into the office . When I call on the phone I always hear a friendly voice and always get answers to my questions. I am always treated like family. Although everyone in this office has helped me out at one time or another over the years, I especially want to give a big THANK YOU to Kelly. She has been a life saver for me on many occasions. She always knows what information I am looking for and gladly gives it to me. She has also helped me (and my son) in applying for auto loans through State Farm Bank. I have been a State Farm customer for almost thirty years and have done business at this branch for nearly 8 years. During this time I have had a full range of claims. In all cases, the service has been fast and fair and it is nice to pick up the phone and talk to a person who will answer your questions immediately, or will follow-up as necessary. I have comparison price shopped, but I have never been quoted a price difference worth switching and it is likely that the level of service won t be as good. I highly recommend State Farm and this branch office.

Within a month of changing to state farm one of our cars was totaled when we hit a deer. We thought we would have problems with our claim but we didnt. Our car was towed home in the middle of the night, an adjuster came out quickly and everything went smoothly. Great customer service.

I went for my annual review with Jerad Happe and learned quite a bit. He spent over two hours explaining many different policy changes I could make but never made me feel like I was being pressured to make the changes. I left that office knowing a lot more than when I went in.

Ive been with State Farm since I started driving- first with Tony Brunello, as a young driver in Maple Grove, then Doug Johnson and now Kevin Gleitz in Elk River. I must admit, I dont remember Tony well, but I will never forget Doug. What a responsible, warm, concerned, delightful person- like a member of the family! Doug has set that bar very high, yet Kevin and his team has been reaching it for me the past few years. The real face of that office for me, however, whether Dougs or Kevins, has been Kelly. Over the years, shes not only continued to be my trusted source of information and help, but my friend, as well. She has my back; what more can anyone need from their insurance agent? I would also like to mention that, now that I am an older driver, and although I appreciate many of the offerings sent to me by AARP, I always toss anything car insurance-related. My State Farm office has already had me covered there for years with the 55 Alive program and its 10% discount- and of course, Kelly reminds me when three years have passed and its time to renew. I might pay a little more each year, but I can talk to a real person who is local with just one call and no phone menu to work through to get to my agent.

I was struggling to find insurance for a good rate for a while. I received many different quotes, and none of them were in my price range. Finally when I was at the last stretch I got a phone call from Jerad where we set up a meeting within a hour of the phone call. I then went to the office, and that was when for the first time someone took the time to explain what exactly it is I am paying for when I get car insurance. I would recommend this place to anyone, but even better I would recommend Jerad Happe.
