Every step of this was absolutely incredible. I had no idea what I was doing while refinancing, kind of exactly like when I got my mortgage in the first place. Shelly, my primary Loan Officer, helped me combine outstanding loans to roll them into the refinance so I am paying a MUCH lower overall price; from monthly through the life of the loan. When Shelly wasnt available there was another team member who immediately started going back and forth with me making sure I had all of my documents in order. I cannot possibly talk up how easy this process was. They set up all inspections and were in contact daily to make sure everything was on track. For something like this daily is perfect because of the ever changing interest rates and they wanted to make sure I was getting the best rate possible At no point in time did I feel misled or oversold on anything. If anything I learned more about what I was over thinking and the long term cost I could have been on the hook for without a team like Supreme Lending.

This is the first Mortgage company that didnt say no. Ive been looking into getting a house for a couple years, but when it came to get financing, it was never good news. My own financial institution wouldnt even look at my situation, and I have been with then since 1977! Not only did Stockton not say no, but they said no problem. Shelly & Sherry were always so positive, especially when I wasnt. They were great at collecting the information I needed. And heading off the problems I might have. And now I am getting a house! We recently purchased our first home through Amerifirst. Our home buying process started about 2 years before purchase and Tim Dickinson was very informative in answering our questions and guiding us through issues we had to overcome to qualify for the mortgage we wanted. When we delayed our home search, he followed up and put in extra time and service that I don t feel we would have received elsewhere. We had (somewhat) difficult sellers to deal with and unexpected events, but his knowledge, communication and insight set us at ease and got the job done! While we have purchased what we expect to be our forever home, we would definitely refer to Tim and the team at Ameristar in the future! Great job! Great relations and communication! I recently purchased my first house, and the staff at AmeriFirst were extremely helpful. I personally worked with Tim and Sherry. Both were patient, took the time to explain each step in the mortgage process to me and were always accessible when I had any questions (which was frequent). I am a Realtor and Amerifirst is the best. They always get the loan closed in a timely fashion. Shelly Starr is very friendly and explains things to my clients. Always answers all of their questions. Her processor Sherry Cords does an outstanding job as well. She is very friendly and puts the files together right in the first place to make the loan go as smooth as possible. Let me start off by saying that the team at Amerifirst is so wonderful! Ask for Shelly Starr and Sherry Cords. My husband and I had a horrible experience the first time we were trying to buy a house it didnt work out with the bank we choosed. My husband and I took a break from house searching then are realtor told us about the wonderful team at Amerifirst. There customer service, responding right away, and how hard they work for you to get a home is outstanding. Shelly Starr and Sherry Cords helped us get are dream home/forever home! I moved away from the area and when I decided to return, I knew that I wanted to buy a house rather than rent. Buying a house from a few states away was not easy but Shelly and her team worked very diligently to get my mortgage completed. They worked under a very tight timeline and did everything necessary to have the keys in my hands when I returned. Other places made me feel like I was guilty of something, was hiding some sort of information or otherwise. I had such a terrible experience with other lenders that I had given up on home ownership altogether. My friend and realtor suggested I work with Amerifirst and the whole process went off without a hitch. Amerifirst was the only place that treated me like a real and honest person. I am so grateful for people like Shelly & Sarah who speak to me like a normal person and are always helpful and willing to explain things to me, even at times, two or three times over. I would highly recommend AmeriFirst. They were highly knowledgeable about the loan program that I qualified for and were able to get me additional financial assistance through state programs to help me purchase my home. Their communication was excellent. They kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and gave me updates so I knew that the process was still coming along. A friend of mine purchased his home through another company during the same time period and his process was not as smooth. Im so grateful for the staff at AmeriFirst. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative.

Our specific agent was Gloria. The whole experience was fantastic. Whenever we had a question we had an answer within a couple business days and usually the same day. This was my first time buying a home. After the first mortgage company I had started to use I didnt think buying a house was going to be enjoyable. Great service, Bill Quigly and his team did an amazing job with the buying process, it was a very good experience since it was our first time buying a house, very understanding with any doubt that we had, I would recommend them to anyone who is having credit issues and think they cant afford a house.
