We used Guaranteed Rate to finance our new build home in 2024. The team at Guaranteed is top notch. Jared in Sales made walking us through the process straight forward and hassle free. He was quick to respond to any questions and when buying a home timely communication matters. We also had the chance to work with Paul during underwriting and Julia as we neared our closing. Both were professional, responsive and knowledgeable.

This is the third time we have financed a home using Guaranteed Rate. They have become our go-to. We have explored other lenders just to say we have done our due diligence but have found it difficult to find another lender than can complete with Guaranteed's rates as well as their seamless and non-taxing application process.
