this is a great pawn shops. they are cousins that own it and i dealt with them both. they are great and understanding, i pawned a few chains and i missed my due date to pick my items back up and they did not keep it they allowed me some time to get myself together at no extra cost but when i pick up my items its only fair i bless them with a few extra dollars! I took a pocket watch in for a battery replacement and they were able to replace in 5 minutes while I waited! Ill be taking the rest of my wrist watches here for battery replacement and other service from now on. Friendly staff.

Myself and family have been going to Joseph for years now. He always goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. Joseph treats everyone like family! Always makes sure to take the time to play with my kids while I m shopping even gave them some free coins to start their own collections. His prices are always above an beyond quotes I ve gotten from other local shops. I recommend this store to anyone I know and they never disappoint. My husband and I have been going to Steve at the Jewelers and Loan Co. for at least 5 years, both for jewelry repair and purchasing special pieces including a gorgeous custom wedding band to match the vintage engagement ring my husband purchased from him as well. Steve is competent, responsible, professional, and trust-worthy. There are so few of these mom and pop type places left and these small businesses deserve support from the community especially if they deliver quality workmanship as Steve does.

Steve is a very thoughtful young businessman. I have sold old jewelry to him, had repairs done, and purchased both new and vintage items from him. Prices are fair, but what impressed me most is how he treats every customer with respect as an individual.
