Working with Poli was a a great experience overall. We worked with Jesse and Lynn and they were both very responsive and helpful in explaining anything we didn t understand. They provided different ways to save on costs compared to other mortgage lenders who had add-on fees for things that are required no matter who you choose so helping to save costs was appreciated. I ll spare the details but bottom line is the process was very smooth working with them. Tip: Just be proactive in asking what else is needed and start preparing docs, etc so there s no delay on your end. As long as you have all the documents stored and readily available to upload, it should be fairly simple. I would recommend them and go through the home buying process again.

Me and my wife just closed on our first house. When we first started looking we heard some horror stories of people dealing with bad lenders. It wasnt something that we feared but we figured the process would be stressful at times. We couldnt have been more wrong, out advisor recommended Poli to us it was the best decision we made. I recently refinanced with Poli Mortgage. They were great to work with. There were certain times during the process when I had questions. All of my emails/phone calls were answered within 24 hours, some even after business hours on the same day. Someone was always available to help and provide direction. When I first started the process, I was dreading it because my last refi (with a different company) was a horrible experience. I loved working with Ellen and her supervisor Sarah.The process took long but it wasnt their fault, it was the appraisers incompetence that caused this,however they kept calling to update me of the progress and also kept me calm.I hope they never use that appraiser again,he kept telling lies and was unpleasant to work with.He even came back with a number that was 60k below Rocket morgage.They managed to keep the situation under control and their rates were unbeatable.I hope they never use that appraiser ever again.Despite that,Ellen was absolutely awesome

I really enjoy dealing with Chip Poli as does all my family and friends. He is fun to talk to, very knowledgeable, you can always get a hold of him, and most importantly, he always gets me a better rate than anyone else. I have referred many friends to him and they, too, are happy customers.

Poli Mortgage was easy to work with for our refinance and has a friendly team, led by Chip, whos easy to talk to. They said theyd get us a good deal, and they did. Different people at the company gave slightly different quotes initially, so its good to call around and check in. But they are on your side - if you make money, they make money, and everyone wins. During the process, there were a few things that we were asked to do that we had to ask for clarification on - everyone was much more helpful on the phone than via email, so I suggest calling so they can really walk you through the process. This is a niche industry that many laypeople dont understand well, and communicating via email will leave gaps. Call them, and theyll help you out. After the refinance closed, we continue to get a lot of unsolicited mail from partners of Poli, but thats easy enough to recycle. The other thing - when Polis bill came to us higher than their locked guarantee because the assessor charged a rush fee that neither we nor Poli asked for, I called Poli on the phone and asked about it, and they immediately sent out a refund for the fee. Very professional and friendly service - I appreciated that very much. Overall, there would have been snags with any refinance company, so I dont think Id give anyone five stars. I was happy to work with Poli and would recommend them.

After 10 months of attempting to refinance with another company, Poli mortgage approved and closed me within one month! They were extremely receptive , responsive and wanted to close the business. Being in a business of referring clients to various professionals, Poli Mortgage is my new go to for mortgages and refinances! I couldnt be happier with my experience dealing with Poli Mortgage. Chip was extremely helpful from day 1 and made me feel much better about the process. From there the process was pretty smooth. We worked with Lynn from Chips team and she couldnt have been more of a delight to work with. They were extremely responsive (would talk to us any time of day) and understood that we were unsure of the process and made life nice and easy for us.
