I had an awful customer service experience with First Help today. I noticed two payments had been withdrawn from my bank leaving me in the negatives. When I called to cancel the payment I was subjected to a ridiculously inaccurate estimated wait time (I was told 6 minutes) and I waited nearly over 20 minutes to get in contact with a representative. Only for that representative to respond rudely to me when I didn’t understand their question and to be told they couldn’t help me. I was then transferred to the supervisor on the floor and they also told me that I would have to call back in a few days to have them cancel the payment. I now have no money to support myself and my family and am left fuming at the lack of support and rudeness I experienced today when I called. Overall one of, if not the worst 40 minute long customer service experiences I have ever had.

I am a Customer with them and I called customer service and ever person, I spoke to give me wrong information, I ask to speak to a manager and there No manager to speak with!
I been going back and forth getting paper work for them and each time I get it and call them back each person tell me there something different wrong with it! Like I only have to call One time so they can tell me that, I’m going back to my insurance all day trying to fix it and my first call was at 9:30 Am and now it 5:57pm eastern time
Teach your customer service worker, to give the right information, and not the wrong information!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCAM COMPANY! This company is the worse. Try to get help through customer service, imposible. Try to get help from the online chat, yet again imposible they answer 2 days after you submit a question. I spoke with a representative by the name of Bruno “the supervisor” could not de-escalate the situation we had. I was upset because i was not able to get a simple question answered. I dislike speaking to customer service representatives who catch an attitude with you for no reason. You dont like your job? Get another one! I like speaking with folks who got answers and are at least willing to act like they enjoy doing their job.

In the second payment of my car loan I had difficulties since on the day corresponding to the payment they successfully debited the fee from my account and confirmed it via text message, two days later (a Saturday) they returned the money to my account , they generate interest for something that is not my fault and they suggest that the following month I have the money in my account as if I had literally not been responsible for the agreement, they treated me as a defaulter due to an error between banks and they generated interest.

We have been a customer with First Help Financial for a few years. I traded off my vehicle and they pulled a payment from my account after the trade-off. I called and spoke to specialist Johnathan was the most horrible and very unprofessional agent I have spoken to for this company. I was not given the answers to my issues and asked him to speak with a manager three times and was told I didn t need to speak to one based on the information he provided until I asked him if I didn t have the right to speak to someone higher than him. He transferred me to Bruno who then explained to me the process and answered all the questions I wasn t sure about.

I am extremely disappointed with First Help Finance due to their handling of my car loan and repossession process. Despite making substantial payments, including $1,300 in March and $515 on May 21, my car was wrongfully towed. The assurances given to me that my vehicle was not on the repossession list proved false, leading to unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The customer service has been deeply unsatisfactory. Ive endured excessive hold times, unfulfilled promises of callbacks from supervisors, and a complete lack of effective communication. On top of these issues, they have even claimed a system error and asked for my bank statements again, which feels misleading and intrusive. This lack of communication and transparency is alarming, and their approach feels like a scam. There have been instances where items from my car went missing after repossession, adding to the impression of theft or mismanagement. This experience has pushed me to consider legal action due to the breach of our contractual agreement and the potential damage to my credit. I urge anyone considering doing business with First Help Finance to reconsider, as their handling of customer agreements and service is deeply flawed and unprofessional.

Terrible phone service! Ive called four times and they havent resolved my problem, the only thing I want is to pay off my loan and nothing has been resolved! They kept sending me a copy of the contract via email and that email never arrived! A lot of disappointment
