We purchased a home last month with help from Chad Freeman, and I can say without a doubt that without him and Embrace, we would not have won the bidding for our home! We were pre-approved, "approved to move," offered and accepted within 3-4 days. The sellers had a contract deadline 5 days after listing, and the Embrace team really hustled to get us into a good position, so it really worked out for us. Dawn Lubega in processing really helped us get our financials in order to complete the loan during the contract phase. We are first time home owners and everyone we worked with helped us feel prepared.

Not only the speed and quality of service by the individuals, but it was also the Embrace programs that helped put us ahead of the competition, as well. Property value certificate made us comfortable waiving appraisal, and the approved to move program strengthened our offer to the seller.

I will also note that we reached out to a few mortgage lenders in the area and did NOT hear back for sometime, whereas we were contacted by Embrace very promptly, and follow up communications with Chad and the team was great. That kind of lag in contact from those other company's definitely would have caused us to miss the offer deadline.

We will be back in the future, and highly recommend the people and company that we worked with.

Great experience with Nick Rozek! I was shopping around with lenders and most of them were annoying and aggressive but not Nick! We even had a lender try to come back and steal the sale from him, but Nick made sure he took care of us. The other lender actually admitted he couldn t do better. We knew we got a good loan and were happy with the treatment we received from Nick. He got us Preapproved quickly and once we found our home he sent us an approval letter quickly which helped us get into contract with the seller.
