I want to also thank Rob Stewart for advising me on how to get my credit score from a very low 500 to almost 700 within a year. Thank you Rob!! I had a great experience with AF throughout my building process and they were very supportive and Mr. Terry Leblanc immediately stepped in when my builder was taking his time building my home. Mr. Leblanc came to my house to meet with my builder. Thats how supportive they are with their clients. Rob stayed in contact with me and continued to advise me to ensure that I was prepared for my closing part of the loan. The greatest thing is that I didnt have to find another banking or mortgage company to do the permanent loan to close my interim loan, Assurance Financial did both loans, which made everything so easy.
